We've ordered the 6-pack of cookies a couple of times over the last month, and the weekly flavor selections have always been great. Although they're a bit pricey, they're a fun sweet treat that we really enjoy. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the customer service. On both of our visits, the employees simply called our name, handed us the box, and didn't greet us or smile. They may have just been having off days, so I don't want to judge too harshly, but a friendly greeting would have made the experience more welcoming. Finally got around to trying Crumbl in Carson City. It's a nice addition to the quick service treat scene, but probably won't be a staple for my family. We stopped in to order and were directed to a pair of kiosks. I guess they don't do any in person ordering anymore? We ordered the 3 pack of mini cookies which was just under $9. Pretty crazy prices for three small cookies. There is no where to sit here, so be ready to take your cookies to go. There is just a large monitor which displays that they are working on your order and a small area to stand and wait. The cookies we ordered included the Oreo, Celebration, and Pink Sugar. Honestly, they were not amazing in any way. 2 of the 3 were rock hard on the edges and clearly over baked. The Oreo was ok. The calorie to size ratio is also pretty crazy, similar to the price to size ratio. The biggest competitor in this area for Crumbl is Dirty Dough, which is a better product for sure. They are on opposite sides of town though, so I guess Crumbl is great for people who live in the South part of town. Overall, Crumbl is ok. The cookies are easy to order, boxed up quickly, and are fairly tasty. They also rotate their flavors weekly which is a great perk that keeps you coming back. However, the prices are high and the quality isn't spot on, at least from my first experience here. read more

Yummy cookies, no need to explain! I am glad they open the location at Carson. The service is great and the staffs are nice! My only complain is that the order pickup area is very limited, which can barely fit couple of people. Service was great, I had no idea how crumble worked and the cashier was very patient with me as I asked questions. I placed my order for 6 large cookies and it was ready to within 5 minutes. In regard to the cookie cutter it is expensive at $5 for the device and works great on the Crumbl cookies themselves. They didn't have any knives to cut the cookies or napkins, so they kindly provided me with paper towels. The cookies themselves were not for me. They were extremely sweet and hurt my teeth and stomach after a few bites. Cookies purchased were: 1. Milk chocolate chip cookie - this tastes like I was biting into a stick of butter 2. The original pink sugar cookie - best out of the bunch and the least sweet 3. Confetti cake - sweetest of the batch, the frosting is over powering 4. Nope not for my family cookies were cold all of them. I could literally go to Costco and get one of there warm melty cookies for half the price and have it be ready and warm. Maybe I had to ask them to warm it maybe I missed something. I don't know but definitely not worth it or prepared with care. Twix shortbread cookie was so skimpy had like Twix dust on it when the sample view cookie was covered in Twix. We won't be back probably stick with dirty dough way better product and served warm. read more

*Disclaimer* I work in the service industry and I did go in 20 minutes before closing (annoying I know but I'm traveling 10+ hours and don't have crumbl where I live so I got excited and went in).. When I opened the door 1 of the 2 girls working (red hair at the register, brunette packing orders) was mopping the floor so I asked if they were closed already or if they were still open.. she didn't even look at me and said "yeah". Not a single smile was given, and after placing our order the other girl working started putting our order in the box and was genuinely slamming the doors shut. I felt so uncomfortable, you could cut the tension with a knife. Awful customer service and even worse attitudes, if looks could kill I would've been dead on the crumbl floor lol. If you're working in the service industry you have to have better customer service. Reflects really poorly on this area (being an out of state visitor). read more

Cookies were good. The reason for 2 stars is customer service. When you walk in. There is no acknowledgment of you coming in. You have to use a kiosk to place your order. So if you have never been there is don't use technology. You are lost. I do know how to use technology so I proceded to use kiosk. It would have been nice for staff to acknowledge your arrival and ask if you have been here before. Ask if we need help placing an order. I see a trend in retail. The the younger generation has no customer service skill or don't like to interact with customers. If I am spending my money in your store make me fell welcome. Also may have an opportunity to upsell. I guess I see thing differently since I am a business owner. But as a consumer I want service. I felt uneasy giving a tip because they did nothing for it. When I go to McDonalds I don't tip. So why do I need to tip for no service. I hope that management sees my post and works to get there customer service skills up to par. I am not sure I will be back. There is nothing that made fell like I want to come back. I felt like I was bothering them. They don't even smile when the give you the order. read more

I ordered the large chocolate chip (1 of 4 cookies) and when they handed me the box, one of the cookies was in a small bag. Not until I got home did I realize that instead of their soft chewy cookie, they gave me 2 very thin very crispy cookies. It was like peanut brittle instead of a cookie! Why didn't she tell me when she handed the box to me. If they weren't in a pkg, I would have noticed right away.
