Ordering is pretty straightforward; the space has an open kitchen, and you see the employees weighing the dough and busily preparing the cookies. Most of the employees seemed pretty young; the young lady who rang me up was a bit timid. When asked which cookie flavours are her favourite she said she has not tried all so she cannot say. I appreciated her honesty. She did tell me which ones were the customer favourites. I will try to remember what I got - double chocolate, red velvet, marshmallow filling, and coconut oats (I think). These cookies are big, so most of the time I cut them in tiny wedges and shared with the family. Our favourite was the coconut oats. Depending on the flavour they are really sweet, but this is a fun way to try their cookies (the menu apparently changes weekly). For my family and I this will be a once in a while treat! read more

I've only tried Crumbl once before coming here and thought it was alright but wasn't sure if it's worthy of the price. Trying it again, it did change my mind a bit. The service at this location was amazing; staff is so friendly and you get to see them make the cookies fresh right behind the counter! They display the weekly cookies by the register so you see exactly what you're getting and it was super quick from ordering to them packaging the cookies and handing it to you. I definitely recommend eating it right away cause it was actually warm when I got it! I picked the biscoff and peanut butter oreo cookies which were both delicious. Super rich, kinda dense but it was just what I wanted. The cookies were THICK and had a nice crunchy exterior with a chewy interior, the perfect texture of a cookie in my opinion. Okay, this was the first time I heard of this company so I didn't know what to expect. Someone brought some in to my office as a gift. The box is pretty and the cookies are too. I was in love once I saw a cookie that is bigger than my hand. Smells good, very pretty and not bad at all. There were mixed emotions. My co-workers didn't like it, said too mushy in the center like an uncooked cake . My son began tasting it, he must be a magician because it vanished. I thought it was delicious, thick and had a somewhat pineapple taste to it. Not sure if that's accurate but that's what I tasted. I can take it or leave it. I don't know how in the world this place is not getting 5 stars. So you don't like every cookie. So what the lines are always long, 20 people standing outside the door. But the cookies are soft and not chewy. They have nice flavors and toppings. Last Thursday I drove past on my way to Costco and didn't see a line out front so I thought this was my chance to try! I got one cookie, and seriously regret leaving with just one. The hype is real. I purchased 6(see pics) and they all have similar tastes of vanilla. The main differences are the toppings or mixed in ingredients such as chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and either super thick but moist. My favorite was the pink one with the cream cheese topping. It was a 9 on a scale of 1-10. The creaminess of the cream cheese frosting was sweet. With every bite my teeth gently sank into the cookie like it was my last. The white and pink sprinkles with white chocolate was my 2nd runner up. It was definitely really good, moist, & flavorful. The texture was soft like a cake rather than a cookie. For the price, these did not taste like luxury cookies. We could only take a few bites and had to put them in the fridge. It was shockingly sweet to the point where I am wondering to whom can give the other cookie. These cookies are not cheap, I get it. They have high rent to pay, ingredients, packaging, utilities, and labor. I understand and that's fine, but the register automatically prompts you to add a tip. I am not trying to be a miser, but they handed me a cookie, I am not really sure what I am tipping for. Came in on a weeknight to get a taste of the weekly flavor lineup of cookies. The location was pretty empty when I walked in around 8PM. The employees were very friendly and greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. I also noticed that the cafe was very clean and well-kept. This location didn't have order screens like others I've been to, so I went to the counter to order. They he employee was very engaging and made sure to ask if I was new to the company. I let her know that I'm a regular, and she helped me locate where to add my phone number to accrue rewards pints. I ordered a 4-Pack Box of a few weekly flavors: Campfire S'mores, Snickerdoodle Cupcake, Peanut Butter Crème ft. Butter Butter, and Macadamia Nut. My box was brought out ready by an employee in less than a minute. The employees out front made sure to offer any additional items and assistance and wished me a great day. When I brought them home, they all looked and felt very fresh. The Campfire S'mores was actually still warm. By the nature of Crumbl Cookies, you take a gamble when it comes to liking the flavors. The upside of this is that I've never had a flavor I've hated; my worst flavors have just been average/nothing special. I tried a piece of each flavor to get a good sampling. All of them had a perfect combo of a crispy outer layer while remaining very moist inside. This well-balanced texture is something I find to be very consistent with Crumbl, regardless of the flavor or location. The Campfire S'mores was good, but it didn't taste much more special than an average chocolate chip with a marshmallow plopped in the middle. The Macadamia Nut did a great job of taking the authentic chocolate chip cookie and leveling up with a more complex flavor. It combined the perfect balance of flavors and textures with the nuttiness preventing it from being too sweet. The Peanut Butter Crème replicated a Nutter Butter flavor VERY well. You could tell the difference between this and a cookie with straight PB mixed into the batter. For better or for worse depending on preference, it was clearly a sugar cookie that held a bit of PB flavor in every bite. The frosting on top very clearly for the description of a PB "Crème" with the primary item being a frosting/crème. My favorite for sure was the Snickerdoodle Cupcake. It was definitely on the sweeter side, but the cream cheese frosting really gave you that "cupcake" flavor combo. In my opinion, this was a much better version of your regular snickerdoodle that added something more than just additional sweetness. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about my visit to this location, quality consistency, or flavor lineup. I think many consumers are quick to categorize one flavor of Crumbl cookie that they try as an "overly-sweet" or "mediocre" cookie forgetting to note the parts that actually matter. On a place that has continuously rotating flavors, it should be obvious that each person isn't meant to like every flavor. The parts of this business model that matter most are a consistent recipe format, high-quality ingredients, and good customer service. I've been to quite a few Crumbl locations at this point, and I think the franchise does these very well. read more

But I do love that their cookies are huge and have such unique flavors that change every week! I typically will find one or two a week that catch my eye. Usually their cookies involving fruit especially the strawberries are really yummy and not too heavy. The cookies last long in the fridge, I always end up snacking on them throughout an entire week.
