This is my first time at crumble and I'm not super impressed. I've heard amazing things about this place so I was excited. The staff were not very friendly. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. The counter that had the display cookies wasn't clean which made me nervous. A couple people who ordered after me with big orders got theirs before me but I thought maybe the cookies I got weren't done yet so I brushed it off. My total was $9.98 and I added a dollar tip and it went up to $13 which I didn't catch until I got to the car. As far as the quality of the cookies, they're alright! The semi sweet chocolate was good but not really worth the price. It was just another chocolate chip cookie. The lemon glaze was pretty good but again, not worth the price. The glaze was delicious but the cookie itself wasn't anything special. Overall I'm not super disappointed but I think I'll skip the cookies next time. read more

Let me start by saying this was my first experience with Crumbl Cookie. We were traveling through the area and stopped for something to eat. On our way back to the highway after getting food we spotted Crumbl Cookie. I've been wanting to try it it for the longest. A new shop will soon open near me so I was excited to see what the fuss is about. The location is nice, the shop appears to be super clean. The display is pristine. There were several touch screens to the right as you entered the store...two more touch screens at the main counter. Again this was our first experience so here's what I was disappointed about. No one greeted us up entering the store. As I've stated this was our first time so we had to figure out on our own how it all worked. Basically enter your order onto the screen and they serve your cookies. There's was little to no customer employee interaction. So for this I would give zero stars. It felt extremely cold and uninviting. A young man even walked over to us as we were placing our order just to flip one of the screens around. He never acknowledged us or spoke. Each week the menu here changes so we were able to try the chocolate chip (didn't care for) the honey bun (we loved), the galaxy brownie (also very good), and the blueberry cheesecake (delicious). About $18 for 4 cookies. I would say that's on the expensive side. The cookies come in 1, 4 ,6 or a party box of 12. 12 cookies is $40. So this is definitely a splurge...a treat. We don't live in the area so I can't say how long this location has been open but they really need to work on their customer service skills. The young lady who served our cookies was nice but she was the only interaction that we had. When you want people to spend money you have to be mindful that a good deal of the experience and draw is how the customer is treated. read more

I saw the Dubai chocolate brownie all over the internet and when I got it, it looked nothing like the picture. Way to much brownie and the chocolate on top was to thick. Was expecting it to be really good because everyone said it was but it's really bad. Idk if it's just my crumbl but they should stop selling it if they don't have the ingredients to make it right. 10/21/21: We've been waiting for this place to open!!! We've tried them in NC already. I was in the area today shopping at Target, so I decided to stop by before they closed to pick up a few cookies for the family. The customer service was excellent even 45 min before close. They were cleaning the store & eager to help me order. I ordered a 4 pack of 2 sugar, a Twix, & a peanut butter cup for my family. Sugar is my favorite. My son gave his peanut butter cup flavor a 3. He said he just didn't like it. My son's dad gave his Twix a 2 because it was too much caramel & not enough chocolate. He felt that it would be better if there was more chocolate and less caramel on it. The caramel was just oozing & he didn't like that. All in all, I gave this visit a 4 because of the excellent service & the fact that I liked my sugar cookie. Yes, the cookies are dense, but I like the flavor of the icing on top. I can't wait to try other flavors. The store was very clean & I loved the way the store is set up with kiosks in the front to order yourself. I recommend them highly. read more

Underwhelming and maybe a little undercooked. I stopped by on the way home to surprise the family. They have a few kiosks upon entry where you can order yourself or you can get personal assistance at the counter. The order process was effective and pretty user friendly. Order options are Single, 4 pack, and Party box(12) @ $44 for a dozen. Overall it was a very good experience. As for the tasting. I was met with very excited wife and son. We open the box put each cookie on a cutting board and started sampling. We eagerly tried them one at a time and discussed which would be our favorite. I personally like the gram cookie the best. My wife held back her pick, and my son liked the Oreo. After we complete this adventure we quickly came to the consensus that they were just okay. Each was excessively sweet. They also seemed a little under done as noted by my wife. Shockingly she recommended that I take the remainder of the cookies to work with me the following day. She didn't want them anymore. Cons: On a purchase of a single cookie, the lowest tip button available was $2... it's just one cookie. The cashier turned and got it from a heated case. That's a 50% tip on the $4 cookie! And again that was the lowest option it gave! Do people honestly give 100% tips on things? (I was a server for years, and I always try to tip very well and make sure everything is easy on the server.... But this is just handing someone a cookie.) Does Crumbl not pay their employees?? It was sooo awkward when I used every ounce of my courage to choose custom tip on the giant iPad and type in $1 under the cashier's glare of disdain... that's literally 1/4 of what I paid for the cookie. The cookie was very underbaked. It's basically a giant blob of frozen cookie dough that they heated up. I left half go cold to see if it would harden a bit like homemade cookies, but alas it stayed gooey dough on all but the very edge. Very disappointed. No cookie is worth that. read more

I was super skeptical with all of the hype crumbl received when they first opened but then I tried them for myself and WOW!! I WISH they offered the ginger snap and rice krispy every week! If you like your cookies medium rare...this is the place for you!!! Ok..what I mean by that is..if you like soft cookies. Plus, they are open pretty late. Flavors change weekly, with chocolate chip always being a choice. They have creative flavors like piña colada and salted caramel cheesecake. Went in about a month ago -- got to the register, placed my order and then stood at the end of the counter and waited.... And waited and waited. Saw people come and go. It wasn't that busy that anyone would have been confused or not able to keep up. Finally, one of the employees asked me if I was driver picking up... I told her that I placed my order at the register... she went to the register and couldn't figure it out. She asked who I ordered with and I pointed to the young man that took my order. He seemed confused and acted like he didn't know me. I had to show my Apple Pay transaction to prove I ordered. ..... they asked then what I ordered to which I told them. They went immediacy and pulled the cookies out of the warmer and gave them to me. Here's the deal -- if you charge that kind of money for, let's be honest, pretty standard cookies that are just way over hyped, then you should be able to take and fill orders quite easily. As for the cookies -- I got mostly the buckeyes and chocolate chip. The Buckeyes were pretty bad.... Way too messy. Way too sweet. Way too much cookie. The chocolate chips was just okay... I think I can do better at home. The store was clean and very inviting -- but you really need to live up to the hype if you are going to charge those prices. I will preface this by saying I don't think you can make a bad cookie. With that said this cookie was good but not my favorite at all. It was raw on the inside which is fine I had cookies that were made like that before but with this cookie it just didn't sit right with me. Also the lack of chocolate chips in a chocolate chip cookie was a first for me. I had several bites of the cookie which didn't have chocolate chips and the batter of the cookie itself taste buttery yet raw as in the flour so it was confusing. Like I said to each their own!
