I stopped in here after work to try their dubai chocolate brownie with strawberries. I ended up buying 4 cookies and that wasn't my favorite, but I did love the strawberry cake shaped like a heart for Valentine's day. Very fluffy and moist cake with delicious strawberry frosting. Location was easy to get to, easy parking and the staff was polite and friendly. I ordered from a young woman at the counter and my cookies were put together immediately for me. I don't love everything they make, but I do love that they make the desserts from scratch right there in the shop. You know they're fresh and not as over-processed as many grocery store treats. I'd stop here again if I see they have my favorite flavors in.

They didn't ask if i had the other 50 cents, they completely refused to take my money when i said i had it in the car. Their behavior came across as unprofessional. Customer service should never make someone feel disrespected or dismissed. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. Mind you this is my first time at this location and never have i ever felt so unwelcomed.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with Crumbl cookies. Well technically you can when you order too many and can't finish them all. I look forward to the new releases. The cookies seem to be always fresh and kept at a decent temp before serving. The service is always fast. Once we place our order, it's a matter of 5-10 minutes ( based on how busy they are) and our order is done. Always clean and the individual working the counter always have a smile on their faces.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Dubai fad but I've tried them all and I have to say that this one was my favorite!! I loved the softness of the cookie and the inside texture complimented it. I felt that the two cookies didn't overwhelm the inside filling. I also felt my filling was sufficient. I used my bday reward for this but I would actually pay to get this cookie again. I'm so glad that I'm near a tester store!! I ordered thru the app for pickup and the store had some people also waiting but they were pretty quick and efficient. They showed me the cookie before closing the box and were friendly at this location. read more

I went in a couple weeks ago and the cashier first said welcome in with a attitude and turns the other way. I waited a couple minutes until she noticed I was there. I asked her questions about the cookies she couldn't describe them good. I ask if I can have a mini by it self and she said no RUDE. I asked her for her name I think she said Rain can't remember it. Came in recently for a pick up and she was the cashier again I waited atleast 10 minutes just her to give me my pick up cookies that was given with a attitude . Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. EDIT: For some reason, my one-star Google review mysteriously disappeared, so I'm reposting it here. Don't bother responding unless you're actually willing to take accountability. Please address the issue instead of responding with, "We're sorry for the trouble! We'd love to look into this. Please reach out to our customer support team at crumbl.com/contact for assistance." This is not an adequate response from a business, as it clearly ignores the concerns I raised in my review. Your employees are not following the rules set by Crumbl, and your vague response does nothing to resolve the problem or hold them accountable. I will be sharing this experience online through social media so that others are aware of the poor service and misleading practices at this location. A proper response would acknowledge the mistake, explain how it will be fixed, and ensure this does not happen again to future customers. However, based on your response, owner, it seems you don't want them to give out free cookies to every single person. Even though, the day was set by Crumbl themselves. ORIGINAL (11/06/25): I went to get a free cookie today and only received one pack because the cashier said it was "one per group." However, the app and online clearly state it is one set per person, meaning everyone should receive a cookie set. This store cannot even follow such a simple rule. I also received an email confirming this. I wouldn't recommend going to this location if you expect employees to follow the company's own rules. read more
