I'm not the biggest fan of the Dubai fad but I've tried them all and I have to say that this one was my favorite!! I loved the softness of the cookie and the inside texture complimented it. I felt that the two cookies didn't overwhelm the inside filling. I also felt my filling was sufficient. I used my bday reward for this but I would actually pay to get this cookie again. I stopped in here after work to try their dubai chocolate brownie with strawberries. I ended up buying 4 cookies and that wasn't my favorite, but I did love the strawberry cake shaped like a heart for Valentine's day. Very fluffy and moist cake with delicious strawberry frosting. Location was easy to get to, easy parking and the staff was polite and friendly. I ordered from a young woman at the counter and my cookies were put together immediately for me. I don't love everything they make, but I do love that they make the desserts from scratch right there in the shop. You know they're fresh and not as over-processed as many grocery store treats. I had a very disappointing experience. Two individuals working there were extremely rude, and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was in line waiting to pay and as they were counting my money i was off by 50 cents and told me to leave the store. They didn't ask if i had the other 50 cents, they completely refused to take my money when i said i had it in the car. Their behavior came across as unprofessional. Customer service should never make someone feel disrespected or dismissed. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. I've ordered crumbl from this location multiple times. Every single time, they've somehow messed up the order. The cookies are dry and/or are missing an ingredient. For example, their NY cheesecake one was missing strawberries, but since I left without checking, I didn't go back. I went today 11/06 for the free cookie, they said it was one cookie set per GROUP. Honestly, you can't go wrong with Crumbl cookies. Well technically you can when you order too many and can't finish them all. I look forward to the new releases. The cookies seem to be always fresh and kept at a decent temp before serving. The service is always fast. Once we place our order, it's a matter of 5-10 minutes ( based on how busy they are) and our order is done.
