Siblings took me and my family here during our most recent visit. What a cool and fun concept mixing cereal with dessert treats and drinks! We had just finished dinner and while I wanted to be bold and try the Killerz Ice Cream (2 scoops and 2 items), I talked myself down and settled for the Kids Ice Cream (1 scoop and 1 topping). The line was pretty long when got there even thought they were close to closing for the night. We waited about 15min in line. The employees were friendly and somewhat energetic. Walked in, 3 customers waiting for their order of 1 items each. 2 employees who clearly didn't want to be there, no greeting. My daughter and I were clearly confused on the process, only a window that says "pick up order" but nowhere to "place order". As we stood there for 8 minutes still not acknowledged, a couple walks in to get their order, still not ready so they say "ok, we'll come back-again". Another 5 minutes goes by and those 2 employees still refused to ask "can I take your order" or "do you have any questions?" Instead, one of the employees just randomly walks out the front door not to return. How you have zero care in the world to even acknowledge customers after 13 minutes while being backed up for an order of only 3 people in the entire store is beyond my understanding. I love a good ice cream shop and dessert place, so we came here after dinner. There were 3 people ahead of us so I figured oh that's not a bad wait, but to be honest do not stop in if you pressed for time. It took us about 30 minutes to get 2 items ordered and made. The person working there recommended the waffle and ice cream combo, but she forgot that she made the last bit of the batter in the order before ours. They were out of buns as well. The shake machine takes quite a bit to make people's shakes between each order and cleaning, it almost seems like they should have more than one machine. I'm sure those machines are expensive, but if you want to help multiple people at once make the investment in another machine. There were people who came in after us and left because or the wait. So excited to finally try this place. We ordered the cereal Bun with vanilla ice cream, fruity pebbles and strawberry syrup and an ice cream bowl with berries cereal and fruit loops. Both were super good. We came in on a Friday at about 4 pm. There were 4 other ppl waiting for their items but we were greeted but who I believe was the owner as soon as we walked in. This is of course a very small, specialized cereal and Ice cream shop. They offer cereal bowls, cereal topped and other candy like ice creams, and iced coffee inventions. They have a few other items on their menu like donuts cereal sandwiches ( weekends only) and churro waffles when in stock. They were out the night I went. They use Thrifty ice cream brand. The decor is really cool for a few fun insta type of photos and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They sell a few funny T-Shirts too that my friend had to buy me one. Worth checking out for a fun summer Treatie. I DoorDashed two cereal bowls last night. I asked for 2% milk which was spoiled. As soon as I tasted it I began throwing up. I sent information to DoorDash and asked if the store was going to be advised and the answer was eventually. Thinking I was doing the right thing I called the store to advise them sooner rather than later. I spoke with a rude young lady who provided no greeting, just said hello. I told her I'm not asking for correction or anything in return I just want to advise you the milk is bad. She immediately replied the date on the bottle is the 28th. I told her I understood but again the milk I received was bad and possibly could've been sitting out too long. She told me I was wrong since it's refrigerated until pickup. I knew this wasn't true based on the milk being warm and tasting sour. I received my order in less than an hour so I shouldn't have gotten warm milk. The young lady was adamant about the date and refused to apologize or take any responsibility. I thought I was just being a good citizen and stopping another customer from having the same experience but obviously not the case. read more

Friends and I went out to eat and afterwards just felt like ice cream. One had driven by here, and wanted to see what's what, so we decided to head over about 8ish. There was no wait, we were the only ones ordering at the time. 2 of my friends went with the milkshakes (Karamel Killerz and Funfetti) and I went with a cup of ice cream with 3 toppings. They loved their shakes!! And mine was a scoop of vanilla with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, chocolate syrup and marshmallows...delicious!!! I'm not sure, but the ice cream felt like they had mixed some of the CTC crumbs into it, which gave it texture and made it really cinnamony...yummy!!! The staff were super friendly and gave us details on how to order, since it was our first time. We also liked that they have Disney+ on their screen, and we watched the end of The Lion King and, since we were the only ones in there, requested Moana after that...favorites of all 3 of us. They don't really have a place to sit inside, except for a small "bar" set up with 4 stools. When we got there, a family was sitting there, but by the time we were ready to sit down, they were leaving, which worked out for us. Otherwise, we would've gone to sit in one of our vehicles, because there weren't any places to sit outside, either. But, after we were just sitting down, another family came in, ordered, got their stuff and left. Not sure if they had wanted to stay or not. With all the hype of this place being open, we had to try it. First off the wait was absolutely horrible. We waited a hour & 20 minutes for our three items. We ordered the Cookie Monster, Ferrero Rocher, & a S'More Fire Tingz Milkshake. Once we got our order after a hour & 20 minutes, the order was wrong so we had to wait another five minutes for them to fix a milkshake. They only have one machine that mixes the drinks, which is a little ridiculous. As for the Cookie Monster, it was not great. Literally the coffee tasted like I just ordered it from McDonald's. I watched them make it, they poured pre-made iced coffee, added some milk, whip cream on top, along with some cereal bits. I would never pay $6 for another one of those. I tried the other milkshakes that were ordered. They were decent, but not anything I would go back to or say "you have to try this!" As for the service, the manager/store owner (I believe) was super friendly and kind. When we were trying to order we could not hear the cashier & understand what the cashier was saying. The cashier was not talking loud enough for us to hear, which is not that big of a deal. While we were waiting for our orders, it was getting close to closing time. We watched the employee's turn down two groups of people at 2100 hours. They simply told them, "We are not accepting anymore customers right now. But come back tomorrow morning." Mind you they close at 2200 hours. Then at 2110 hours a couple came in & they allowed them to order. After that couple, a family walked in (four people), and told them they are not accepting them & to come back tomorrow. The customer stated that he already tried to come in yesterday but was unable to order and he will not be back tomorrow morning. The employees then laughed at the customer & the family walked out. At 2130 hours, a family of four walked in & the employees made their order for them. I know I may look like I was watching the employees like a hawk, but I had nothing else better to do. It's basically a donut, cut in half and filled with cereal and ice cream and syrup. And then put into a panini/waffle press and served warm. So eat fast because the ice cream is already starting to melt as soon as it's handed to you. I decided not to get syrup in mine, and have no regrets about it. I am so on the fence here on how to really rate Cereal Killerz. I have been hearing so many things about this place and had to stop today while in the area to find out for myself. If the name doesn't give it away this place revolves around cereal. There are so many options I can't possibly name them all. It's definitely for people with a sweet tooth to say the least. They offer coffee options, milkshakes, waffles, make your own bowls and more. I have to be honest I wasn't quite paying attention when i ordered my treat, The Peanut Butter Loverz because I thought it was just an ice cream cup, but I quickly realized it was a shake. It definitely looked delicious (if you like peanut butter that is) and includes chocolate ice cream with with every peanut butter cereal in stock. They also add a whole scoop of peanut butter. It is topped with Reese's Pieces, More Peanut butter cereal, chocolate drizzle, and a Reese's cup, WOAH, I said the same thing. My son ordered the Cinnamon Killerz iced coffee which is white chocolate, cinnamon, toasted marshmallow, and whipped cream with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top. The employee asked if we'd like it with more coffee or sweeter. We opted for the sweeter option. There were quite a few very loud teenagers waiting in line and with only one employee I could see how backed up it could get. They seemed to only have one blender so it took a bit to get our order, but not long enough to be impatient. Service was ok, but not anything over the top . Honestly he seemed like he might be having a rough day. We all have those. He was still kind. While we waited we looked around a bit. There are a few chairs to sit at a bar type table against the wall. They have a very cool photo wall made all of cereal boxes and even have t-shirts for sale. Once we received our drinks we took them to go. After a couple photos we took our first drinks. My milkshake was thick, like so thick o almost couldn't even get any up my straw ha ha. Once I did wow was it SWEET. Definitely a great peanut butter flavor, but also the sugary/cereal crunch blended flavor you get from drinking the milk after eating your cereal. I managed to get about a quarter way through before I had to give up. Way too much sugar for me. I know, I can't believe I'm saying it either. The Cinnamon Killerz Coffee was also very sweet, but tasty. Next time I'd add more coffee instead of the extra sweet. My son drank most of it, but once it got towards the bottom of the cup it became a bit too much for him. All in all our total was close to $20, with the milkshake being $11 of it. A bit out of my normal budget, but for a once in a while treat it wouldn't be too bad. If we come again I'll opt for the build your own bowl or maybe the karamel Killerz iced coffee because it sounds like heaven. It's a little overwhelming with the options but the lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful in helping my 11 y/o decide. The size is appropriate and they definitely do not skimp on the toppings. It's always nice to get something that looks as good as the picture! Cost seems a little high as first but keep in mind this isn't McDonalds, and trust me - they hook it up on the mix-ins.
