I have to be honest, based off of experiences at locations I've had in DC burbs I thought Crumbl cookies were really, really over-rated (especially for the price). I don't know how this location seems to make the cookies that much better, but this was a conversion experience haha For starters, I can't say how exciting it was to find out they were open until 11 on a Friday :D We were driving up from DC for the Pierogi festival in October and it is a bit of a culture shock how early things close. Ex. needed coffee for a boost to finish the long drive; Starbucks is long closed by that point, made the mistake thinking Mc Donalds at home have a number of 24 hour locations, but the one next to this Crumbl closes at 10; so we were ecstatic to find Crumbl still open! There wasn't a rush at 10:30 by any means, but there were a couple orders. My order was ready super quickly, and they were the best chocolate chunk cookies with sea salt I've ever had! I had resigned myself to that flavor because regular chocolate chip (my usual preference in cookie types) wasn't an option. I seriously, usually don't enjoy chocolate chunk cookies. These were the perfect amount of soft/gooey but completely baked, with just a kiss of salt. I mean we drove another 45 min to our air bnb after crumbl, and they were still perfect with no extra effort or heating on our part. I'm afraid they set the bar too high for me and I'll be let down at other locations again in the future haha But this one I solidly recommend! :D read more

While not everyone loves Crumbl, I absolutely do. Their giant cookies last me most of the week when portioned out, and I like the rotating menu that keeps things fresh week to week (although there's been fewer new flavors to try these days). Crumbl has a pretty uniform store design, so when I walked in here the usual sights greeted me. The kiosk for walk-in orders is on the right, the main display is straight ahead of the doors, the pick-up counter is on the left, and behind all of that you can see the bakers hard at work. This store feels bigger than the stores I usually visit though (as I was only in Cranberry after spending a day in McConnells Mill State Park). The extra space definitely makes a difference - the store in general felt less cramped as excited customers waited for their cookies. That said, I use the Crumbl app to order ahead so I was in and out of the shop very quickly; and the cookies as always were absolutely delicious. If I was passing through the area again in the future, I'd stop by again! read more

Crumbl Cookies is a national chain that was founded in 2017. This franchise in Cranberry Township opened more recently. Crumbl sells a selection of cookies and ice creams, and the flavors rotate weekly. Last week, I visited this franchise for the first time. As soon as I entered the business, several employees who were working hard in the back shouted, "Welcome to Crumbl!" To the side, I saw touchscreens for ordering. I felt surprised that the selection of cookies was only six flavors--milk chocolate chip, honey bun, cowboy cookie (oatmeal, chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans), chocolate crumb (Oreo), raspberry doughnut, and classic pink sugar. I also felt surprised that the prices started at $4.70 per cookie. I considered ordering also ice cream, but three of the six flavors were out of stock. I ordered a 4-pack box of cookies for $15.28. Several minutes later, an employee brought my box to the front, and he opened it up to show me the cookies. He told me thank you and to have a nice day. At first glance, the cookies seem to be pricey, but they are a very large size, and they are baked minutes earlier so are very fresh. Here are my reviews for the cookies: Milk chocolate chip - 4 stars - My husband ate this cookie. He described it as "pretty good." The cookie contained large chunks of chocolate. Raspberry doughnut - 5 stars - Both my husband and I ordered this flavor of cookie. This cookie had a large center of raspberry preserves, and it was topped with pieces of doughnut and powdered sugar. We would definitely order this cookie again in the future. Classic pink sugar - 4 stars - This sugar cookie was very thick, and it was topped with almond frosting that tasted very sweet. read more

Seldom have I seen such indifferent, cold workers at a food establishment. You MUST order on the kiosk. You cannot ask the associates any questions, make small talk, etc. Cookies are supposed to be a happy food! The floor always looks like it needs to be mopped. I don't understand the hype of this place. My first time here, I wanted to ask about catering. I stood at the counter for over 40 minutes. I was never acknowledged and walked out. read more

Gave Crumbl another try after enjoying a few flavors a guest brought over. Ordered a half dozen, 2 each of 3 different flavors for 8pm pickup on a Saturday. They were decently busy upon arrival and after standing in the pickup area for 5 minutes or so, I was abruptly "greeted" by a young man with a very curt tone, zero eye contact and a rushed attitude when I gave him my name. After another 5 minutes another woman came.over and asked what I was waiting for, and I repeated my name for my order. She comes back over and now tells me one of the options I ordered wasn't available. Mind you, they are now sold out of 3 of their 6 flavors (2 that were marked off while I was waiting). I asked if she could put the repeat 2 in their own box and she just immediately blurted out that "I have to buy the boxes." Taken aback a bit by this whole experience, between the attitude of their young staff, no customer service when they couldn't accommodate my order as it stands and not even an apology. To say I'm excited about Crumbl opening in Cranberry today is an understatement. I'm from the west and each time I go home, a stop at Crumbl is a must! If you're unfamiliar with Crumbl, the cookie menu changes weekly. The flavors are always so fun, unique, and delicious. If you download the app you can earn points for future free cookies! They also have ice cream and milk for your cookies too. Though I wanted to try them all, I knew I'd need to slow my roll a bit because I know I'm going to be back here far too often. Haha! Today I tried the cookies and cream milkshake cookie and the honeycomb cookie. The first was much like a sugar cookie but had lots of Oreo bits throughout. The second had chocolate covered honeycomb on top, was nice and warm and so delicious. Staff was friendly and quick, despite the fact that the store was packed with customers for opening day. Clean, smells amazing, and super cute inside! Can't wait to come back way more than I should! Congrats to the owners on opening day!! :) read more

I can't even go here anymore because the staff is so incredibly rude. They don't greet you or even look at you when you enter. I've been here twice now and I'm shocked how ignorant these 16 year olds are. Horrible service. Sure the cookies are good but it's not worth it when you walk in and are completely ignored. Horrible manners and does not make you feel welcome or excited to go. Also the whole kiosk ordering is very impersonal. Overall experience is very cold and rude. I shouldn't feel like an outcast when picking up cookies. read more

I had never heard of this chain, but was anxious to try their giant cookies. The store is located in the plaza next to McDonald's in Cranberry Twp. It's next door to the Philly Pretzel Factory. People actually ordering cookies by Door Dash! You get 4 giant cookies for $14. I ordered one of each flavor. They come warm from oven & one cookie feeds (at least) 2 people. All flavors were good. I have been seeing Crumbl Cookie stores popping up and finally decided to try this one. Upon entering, we were greeted. I looked at the cookies on the wall and picked out a 4 pack. Waited at the register for a bit, even though it looked like there were 10 people working, no one waited on me. I guess they want you to go over to the computer check out. Even though no one said that. I couldn't believe I was spending $15 on four cookies. The order came out quickly, 2 chocolate chips, one cheesecake, and 1 churro. I've waited a long time for a Crumbl to open in the Pittsburgh area and I've got to say - it was worth the wait! We went on a Saturday afternoon and though there was a line, I was impressed by how quickly it moved and how efficiently things were working on the inside! Wow-I've been wanting to try these cookies I hear people raving about! My middle bonus daughter didn't have trouble convincing me to take her since neither of us had tried it. We got the dozen so we could sample that week's flavors! We went around 6pm on a Friday and although the line was long, it moved relatively quickly. These are pricey cookies but for a once in a great while, the sweet treat is well worth it! We loved the classic chocolate chip, walnut brownie, old fashioned donut and cotton candy. The fried ice cream cookie was my favorite! It tasted like a snickerdoodle with a light icing. We enjoyed all the cookies with the exception of the lemon; it was a bit too tart for our liking. I was so excited to hear that our area was getting a Crumbl Cookies! I waited about a week after the grand opening to go, and I was looking forward to seeing what the flavors would be. The classic pink iced sugar cookie and milk chocolate chip are always on the menu; the week I visited there was New York cheesecake, waffle, berries and cream and dark dream (chocolate chocolate chip). My fiancé loved the dark dream cookie and the waffle cookie was insanely good -- it came with a dollop of honey buttercream icing and an individual packet of syrup to pour overtop. I definitely can't visit all the time but it's a great option for an occasional treat. My wife and I have been big fans of Crumbl ever since we first stumbled across them in Denver several years ago. They've taken over the West by storm so I knew it was only a matter of time until one popped up here in da Burgh! One of my favorite things about Crumbl are the rotating flavors that keep things interesting. For opening day I opted to try the cookies and cream milkshake cookie and the honeycomb cookie. Honeycomb was best served warm and had nice crispy honeycomb bits on top that made for a nice texture. The cookies and cream had good flavor but seemed like perhaps the dough wasn't moist enough before the bake as it readily fell apart upon the first bite. Not the end of the world for me, and tasted just as good. I'm glad they're here, hope they do well, and look forward to stopping in again soon! read more

I was impressed by the amount of people making cookies. You see your name appear on the list while they're making your cookies, and we waited for maybe 5 minutes total after ordering.
