Cake Pop and Choc Rasp shakes
    Christina S.

Stopped in for a liquid lunch this weekend. The service was fast and efficient. They have some nice seating inside. Great selection of treats! Hard decide what to get. I settled on trying the chocolate raspberry shake which has great flavor but I don't like the chocolate chips in it because they aren't blended rather just mixed in. I personally don't like to have to "chew" a shake (personal preference!) but the flavor of the shake is amazing overall. I was a little sad mine wasn't as filled up as my son's, lol. My son tried the special edition - cake pop shake and didn't love it. In fact he didn't finish it, he didn't realize it would have chunks of cake in it not blended he thought it would be blended and cake flavored. Would go back, many other flavors I'd like to try!

Nice service here, and the milkshakes are delish. They have a plenty of flavors and they come in one size, which is just right. They also sell chocolate and covered pretzels as well. The place is nice and very good. I recommend you try this place. They give free samples of chocolate as well.

Had it 2 days in a row. The strawberry chocolate and the vanilla shakes were so wholesome. Not artificial. The manager and workers were so kind and charismatic. Spacious, clean and well vented. A few tables outside.

I absolutely adore this place. The interiors are super duper fancy, it makes you feel like you are in a literal chocolate factory. The lighting is emaculate and the seating is extra comfy! The menu is somewhat confusing, but as I have frequented this place I knew what I wanted . We ordered the Jake's Shake with his #59 chocolate on top! It was the perfect chocolate hatrick and we couldn't have asked for more. We could taste everything, hot fudge, cookies and cream and brownies. We had to stop ourselves from finishing the drink in 1 sip and actually enjoy it. The shake came to us very quickly, the server was quick and made sure we had what we wanted. I wanted to go to the downtown store for nostalgia, but this was closer so we went here

I love milkshakes, especially when they are think and full of chocolate - just like this one! We came here at the end of the day, the place was still packed with customers. They have enough seating for the people who are waiting to grab their orders. The whole ambience is bright and attractive. They have a nice variety of shake options and we chose to try their new Jake's shake. It has chocolate and brownie bites, and it just tasted like a little kid's dream. I would definitely recommend.

Franchise owners opening up in Cary and Durham! Great guys that make you feel home!

I had the pleasure of trying them around 6-7 years ago and have been craving them since and they did not disappoint but actually blew me away again!!You can Taste the freshness in the shake! Absolutely delicious! Plus I had the pleasure of meeting two new Franchise Owners bringing them to Cary & Durham NC in August. Watch out NC......you are in for a treat. Check them out in August 2024 near the Durham Bulls stadium. I am going to try and great them the weekend they open! Big plus for the super friendly staff - all smalls and could teach a class in customer service. Especially with such an amazing product. Good luck fellas and see you in August!!!

I'm prefacing this updated review with-the shakes & sundaes taste fine & look beautiful. The interior is large & clean. But my problem is that this place in my opinion is SO over priced. A sundae was $10.02 with tax & then they want you to tip them too! That's nuts. I mean if you brought three people in there for shakes or ice cream sundaes you're paying well over $30-that's insane for ice cream. You can drive up Rt 19 to Dairy Queen & get a large Blizzard bigger than this sundae for $5.79. Or better yet you can drive farther up Rt 19 to the Meadows & get fresh made custard in a custom sundae for $7-8, and a large shake for $6.49. Money better spent.

After having chilidogs nearby I came here for dessert... There was no one else inside and I waited a while for the employee to come up from the back. The place is neat and clean and I do love their shakes. I got the banana cream pie shake and it was delicious! Definitely suggest stopping in!

Lots of good combinations of ice cream, sundaes and fillings. We had milkshakes, and they were delicious. There are also chocolate pretzels, cookies, brittles, barks...you name it. Novelties such as chocolate hockey pucks and baseball stitched cookies are great, including chocolate covered bacon! Great to get and take. This is a must-stop when you're in the area. You can eat in the dining area or carry out. Now, being the holidays there were gift boxes of chocolates for sale. This family food spot started out one hundred years ago as a chocolate business, and now includes delicious ice cream.

Had a Midnight Cookie and Cream. Enjoyed it and would recommend. Service was good. Had plenty of room to enjoy there. Just wish they were served in a foam cup so it wouldn't melt as fast.

I finally got to try The Milkshake Factory and it lived up to the hype! I do wish there were smaller sizes/portions or sugar free options since I was with my dad, who is pre-diabetic.

I'm happy to have a location so close to me to get a cup of hot cocoa which I believe is the best in town on this usual April 1st snow day. I picked up some easter candy for family, too, for famil and was thrilled they were not completely out yet. I lucked out and didn't have to wait to order. Within minutes a crowd stepped inside to get some milkshakes. I liked how they had the store setup that you walked in through one door and out through another door to keep social distancing during this time.

My favorite place for milkshakes or other sweet treats. My boyfriend and I love treating ourselves to The Milkshake Factory and trying different flavors. You won't regret ordering any flavor. And their house made chocolates are to die for. Love getting the chocolates for people as gifts. Highly recommend if you live in the area or visiting.

The bright pink building is adorable and gives it such a cheerful vibe. The very young woman helping with the ice cream flavors was a sweetheart and made the experience even better. I got the buckeye ice cream and it honestly tasted about as close to a real buckeye as you can get. The peanut butter was rich and creamy, and the chocolate coating reminded me of the shell on a Klondike bar. What really made it stand out though was the Americano I had with it. The coffee had such a bold, rich flavor that cut through the sweetness perfectly (it balanced out the creaminess so well). I highly recommend getting coffee with your ice cream here (even warm coffee with cold ice cream just works). Honestly, the coffee is so good I would come back just for that. I went with a friend and between the ice cream, coffee, and playing cornhole in the back, we had more fun than we've had in a while.

Sincerely Yogurt is a restaurant that sells frozen yogurts, smoothies, and Hershey's ice creams…read more The yogurts are non-fat or low-fat, come in dozens of flavors (e.g., vanilla, apple pie, coffee, blueberry, chocolate, eggnog, peach, pineapple, huckleberry, mint, banana, cheesecake, snickerdoodle, and strawberry), and have dozens of possible toppings (e.g., mango, chocolate chips, sprinkles, brand-name candy bars, walnuts, granola, cereals, cookie dough, and graham crackers). The smoothies are available in many flavors and may be customized with add-ins (e.g., whey protein, glutamine collagen, and creatine), and type of milk or water. When I entered this business, a friendly employee asked me if I had ever been there previously. I had not, so she explained that the yogurts are self-serve. I chose a waffle cone, filled it with vanilla yogurt, and topped it with Heath chunks. The employee weighed the container to determine the price of ~$9 plus tip. Some tables, chairs, and board games were available in the dining area. I thought that my custom yogurt was a large size and tasted good.

For example, they also serve cookie dough, and I wanted to try it. So I did. And it was pretty meh. It wasn't the worst cookie dough I've had, but it certainly wasn't impressive. In an odd way, it was kind of flavorless. They do offer several kinds of cookie dough, and I went the peanut butter cup and the chocolate chunk. The chocolate chunk barley had any chocolate chunk pieces. The peanut butter didn't have a strong nutty flavor. It was just kind of bland. All in all, maybe I'll come back for the froyo, but the cookie dough wasn't worth it.

I have to be honest, based off of experiences at locations I've had in DC burbs I thought Crumbl…read morecookies were really, really over-rated (especially for the price). I don't know how this location seems to make the cookies that much better, but this was a conversion experience haha For starters, I can't say how exciting it was to find out they were open until 11 on a Friday :D We were driving up from DC for the Pierogi festival in October and it is a bit of a culture shock how early things close. Ex. needed coffee for a boost to finish the long drive; Starbucks is long closed by that point, made the mistake thinking Mc Donalds at home have a number of 24 hour locations, but the one next to this Crumbl closes at 10; so we were ecstatic to find Crumbl still open! There wasn't a rush at 10:30 by any means, but there were a couple orders. My order was ready super quickly, and they were the best chocolate chunk cookies with sea salt I've ever had! I had resigned myself to that flavor because regular chocolate chip (my usual preference in cookie types) wasn't an option. I seriously, usually don't enjoy chocolate chunk cookies. These were the perfect amount of soft/gooey but completely baked, with just a kiss of salt. I mean we drove another 45 min to our air bnb after crumbl, and they were still perfect with no extra effort or heating on our part. I'm afraid they set the bar too high for me and I'll be let down at other locations again in the future haha But this one I solidly recommend! :D
