This was my 1st time at Crumbl, and maybe my last at this location. 3 stars is because I didn't eat and won't give 1- or 2- stars without trying food. I only came in for the Dubai brownie because I saw it in a review and it looked delicious. They were out of those. That's ok, it happens. They must be deliciously popular. But nobody said a word to us. I wandered around the front of the store because I wasn't sure if I needed to use the self-service ordering or if I could have somebody take my order. There was 5-6 people in here all talking to each other and doing work. No greeting, no attention, nothing. I saw the sign they were out of the brownie, looked at the menu since this was my first time, and then we moseyed on out...not one word or "can we help you." Very weird...and cold... 3 stars is very generous as to how I felt. I still want to try the brownie. I pass other locations from time to time. read more

I recently tried ordering online & picking up, from my local Crumbl. When you pull up in your car there is one parking spot reserved for pickup. Only one. * They should have at least 2 more, from what I've observed . I let them know I was there to pick up & waited. They had two others waiting. I noticed; When one left another pulled into the, only, one spot. I waited & pulled in after. I waited approximately 15 min. They also had two customers who went into the store & were waited on before me. It was extremely hot outside but luckily I had air in my car. I watched others enter & I was about to do the same when someone brought me my cookies. I got 12 pk. The cookies were 2 Dubai chocolate brownies & others, I choose. They were all delicious. Score for us. Y'all got a give them a try. I'm confident you will be a permanent customer. They are costly, but if you join online you get bonus points every time you purchase therefore getting free cookies every so often. That makes it worth it for me. Perfect if you have guests coming in from out of town, especially at the last moment. Or if you're like me and you want to surprise your man when he gets home and you don't have time to cook, you can always drop in and grab a few as a gift. I purchase some for Father's Day for him. He loved The cookies and the box and wrapping that came with it. It was perfect for him. Thanks for always making great cookies. I appreciate you! Very good cookies, but absolutely awful service. The employees never greet you and genuinely act like they hate their job. Most of the workers are on their phones the entire time customers are in the store. Would definitely not recommend this location. read more

The service is very poor and they are consistently sold out of cookies before they even open.

The people are really sweet and make sure the cookies look good, when they actually have them. They tend to sell out and be out for a while. All they say is "We're out, we know when we will have it again" when you ask when the next batch is done. Store is clean and relaxing from the waiting area. read more

So I went into this location on 2/4/2023 and only 2 employees said welcome to Crumbl Cookie. I went to the self checkout and placed my order and then proceeded to watch the employees inside as they worked. I was shocked as I watched the young girl open the cookie cabinet to retrieve my cookies and place her face within an inch of the tray holding the cookies to look into that tray to see if their were any cookies on that tray. They need to teach their employees to pull the rack out and look so your not putting your nose and mouth close to the cookies breathing on them. Lastly as I was leaving I noticed an employee park in the handicap parking. Normally I wouldn't think twice about this but this employees vehicle had no handicap plates or handicap placard in the window or on the dash or their vehicle. I come to learn that this is the store manager that felt the need to park in the handicapped parking space. I find this extremely disrespectful, that a Store employee especially the store manager that is not handicapped would park her car in this space and take that away from someone that is handicapped, but hey I guess that manager doesn't think that people with disabilities buy Crumbl Cookies. I will not ever go back to this location ever. Breathing on the cookies shows me that the manager isn't aware of how her employees are handling the food, but when you disrespect the disabled like she does then I have nothing to do with you. read more

Love me some crumbl! one Of my favorites is the cornbread cookie but they are all so good!

I was very disappointed in this crumbl location. I went inside and stood at register for a while to order since I was paying with cash. The worker was cleaning up and they did not close for another 1 1/2 hours and she never asked if she could help me and just looked at me so I ended up leaving and not getting anything. I would understand if she would have been busy or several customers in the store but I was the only customer in the store. read more
