If you love gourmet cookies then this is a solid option. It was "ok" in my book. They are definitely on the more expensive side but are large cookies. The flavors change every week so don't get too attached to your favorite flavor!!! read more

I am a Crumbl fan.. have supported the Delaware store many times. Delicious. Today was disappointing. I prefaced my order with I'll be ordering the 4 pack and I'm informed that they are out of boxes for the 4 pack but they can give me 4 singles "and it will be more expensive". I kindly asked why that would fall to the customer and she said "I don't know". So I ordered 1. Manager, poor business decision and please train our young people how to handle a decision such as this. read more

The cookies are absolutely incredible. You really can't go wrong there. For us the polarizing part of our visit is unfortunately the customer service today. My wife ordered via the app and scheduled a pick up in a 1515 to 1530 window. We arrived at the pickup window and waited for almost twenty minutes without receiving our order. We eventually had to leave because of an appointment that we had scheduled and couldn't miss. We called the store and told them we left and they said sorry you couldn't wait longer.... Then my wife went back later in the day to pick the order up and had to wait at the window AGAIN for almost thirty minutes. That just isn't right. I feel like at that point a comp or a discount should apply. Deadlines exist for a reason. I very much dislike leaving negative reviews but a bad experience is a bad experience. Hopefully service improves and matches the food because it is a great establishment and we are loyal customers. read more

I should be eating my emotions with warm cookies but here I am instead venting my emotions on Yelp. I placed an online order which automatically defaulted to a "now" time. Which was way earlier than when I needed to pick up the cookies. No big deal - I'll just call and have them change the time. Wrong. I spent 20 minutes with the most awful hold music about a Crumbl cookie love affair being told I was caller number 1 with no answer. I took a break and called again 30 minutes later. Still nobody answering. I called the Dublin store for help, they said they would try to look into it. Gave it some time. Put my phone on speaker and let the phone ring another 20 minutes. Still no answer, still caller #1, still the awful hold song. Now I am stuck disputing the charge on my credit card because I can't even get a hold of anybody to cancel my order. So stinking good. Flavors are always changing, and I've never had a bad cookie from here. Literally best cookies around.

Still trying to figure out if this company will do well. You go in, you tell them what cookies you want, you wait while they get each cookie out of their oven, sometimes putting icing on them. They put them in a box, which is a fairly hefty, pink box. You take them home, the cookies are huge. They are hot out of the oven. They are tasty. However, when you normally get food that is hot out of the oven, it's because you want to eat it right then and there. Because these are so big, you usually eat about 1/4 of a cookie at a time, and they last a few days. Are they good? Yeah, they are pretty good. I just think their business model is a bit overkill with the large size cookie, waiting for them to get the cookies out of the oven, hefty boxes, which I am not too crazy about from an environmental perspective. read more

Not able to give a lower rating due to yelp's limitations, would have given a negative rating if possible, -1. Poor rude service. Very poor selection. An abomination to call these baked from scratch cookies simply because mixes are not used. Lousy corporate recipes and extremely high priced product inferior to all but the worst amateur home baker. Incredibly slow. We've been waited 30 minute after being told the cookies would be ready. No sorry, no thanks for waiting. I get you're busy but don't take our order knowing they won't be ready for half an hour. Everyone is just standing and waiting. Staff is so welcoming and helpful. We got the 4 pack of cookies, three flavors of the week- peanut butter brownie, pink velvet, sea salt toffee and one mainstay- chilled sugar. They are out of this world good. Packaging is also extremely nice. read more

These are the BEST cookies I've ever had! They are not only delicious but served fresh and warm and they are huge! I love their 2 staple cookies that they always have, chocolate chip and frosted sugar cookie but what is really great is the four flavors they come up with each week. Makes going there always a surprise! And if your not feeling a cookie (which I can't even imagine not wanting a freshly baked cookie but...) they have ice cream! Everyone that help me was so friendly and nice they gave great suggestions and the service was fast despite the long lines of people! So glad crumbl is finally in Ohio! read more

The cookies here never disappoint! I get a new favorite cookie each week. The pink design inside is so cute and sets a great mood for a customer when entering. Also, the employees are outstanding! I was being helped by Laney and she made my experience at Crumble enjoyable by suggesting flavors to me and having the most upbringing attitude. Will 100% be going back soon. read more
