Stopped here after dinner last night for a delicious dessert. Lion Cub is my all time favorite

I'm not really a sweets person but always thought Lion Cubs cookies were good because they were well balanced, on the softer side & huge. The price used to make sense with the size of the cookies. However, I went for the first time in years & I'm pretty disappointed. The price is still high but the cookie has shrunk!! Like a lot... I got a warm Cookies & Cream and 2 seasonal ones: Key Lime sugar cookie (served cold) & the Blueberry Lemon Oatmeal pie one. I did not care for the blueberry lemon one unfortunately even though that's a flavor combo I gravitate to. It was too sweet & didn't care for the texture of any of the components in it. The place is nicely decorated & the service is friendly! I just don't think I'll be coming back for more in the future :/ read more

I love their cookies! They are delicious! I have tried few of their flavors, but my absolute favorite is their chocolate chip cookies. It is always warm and gooey inside and a little crunchy outside, perfect in each bite. I have been to this location few times, and it is always clean and steady flow of customers. There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the bakery. The reason I took a star off is because I have never gotten a friendly welcome by anyone at the store. But I will continue to go there because of their amazing cookies. read more

So while we were out I wanted bae to try his first lion cub cookie! There were only a few selections available! W got cookies and cream, ice animal cracker, red velvet cookie, chocolate chip and I can't remember the other! Baby that iced animal cracker cookie was Delicious!!! I should have gotten two! Baby I tore into that cookie so fast it didn't know what hit it lol He played it safe and eat the chocolate chip cookie first and said it wasn't cooked all the way it was still raw in the middle! I told him that's how they make their cookies. He said he wasn't a fan but baby I love my cookies under cooked! Very clean and you can sign up for the cookie rewards program! I don't really know how it works other than u earn a point for every dollar spent! I don't what what kind of rewards u get or how the points work sorry don't ask lol But I will be back just for myself lol because the young lady told me the cookies change sometimes for the seasons! Cool works for me I paid $20 for 8 dang cookies! Or pay 2.90 for a single cookie! There was also a holiday diy kit u can purchase, holiday cookie butter flavors icing u can buy and there was a calendar on the wall of all the events going on inside the store which I thought was rly good idea! Definitely the best cookies I have ever had! The puppy chow on in particular was my favorite. Super fresh and delicious! I can't comment on price or service because I had them at a party, but it was the second time I have tried these at a gathering and both times they were huge hits. I was thrilled to snag a Too Good To Go reservation (this is an app that businesses use to avoid throwing out food, and preventing waste), since they usually sell out within minutes. This is an exceptional savings ($7 for a value of $21) if you are willing for the contents to be a surprise. When I picked up my order, I was first of all, overcome with the cuteness of the BOX! Then, when I opened it, I was blown away with the quantity (8) and the quality of the cookies. I received the Cosmic (2) and the Chocolate Peanut Butter (6). In addition to my TGTG haul, I also bought a Dirt Cake cookie to round out my order. Now let me tell you about the cookies: the Cosmic cookie is made From a warm Dutch cocoa base with melty chocolate chips, crunchy, mini chocolate, meteors, and topped with more delicious mini chocolate meteors. The Chocolate Peanut Butter cookie was made from the same warm Dutch cocoa base with creamy Reese's peanut butter chips. This was by far my favorite. Finally, the Dirt Cake was made from the cocoa base, crunchy Oreo, cookie pieces, topped with creamy vanilla frosting, and more delicious Oreo cookie pieces. All the cookies were baked to perfection with crunchy outsides and gooey insides. I thought the cub size was just the right amount for a treat without feeling like it was too much of a dessert. I was impressed with the quick pick up and the friendly staff. I will definitely come again and try all the flavors. read more

Well...the cookies taste amazing! Service was okay, I am so spoiled from the Grandview store as that's the one we've been going to for past few years. First time I tried one of their cookies was when Brad was selling them downtown at North Market. Love the grand view store, they never cease to make me feel at home and welcomed. This new store... not so much. The person who helped me had no desire for me to ask questions. The baker in back who just kept looking up but made no effort to talk to me. The inside is much newer but feels more like a chain than the 'Mom and Pop' that I'm accustomed to. Still supporting them as not one of the corporate goliaths. read more

A big fan of the brookie bombs. This time trying out the buckeye n puppy chow BB. The puppy chow BB is a little rich. A quarter of it is the perfect amount IMO. I had it with coffee so it was fine. With milk will be great choice also. I think I had it still too fresh. It was a little gooey in the middle. I think if I waited a while or maybe even tomorrow it would be more solid and have more of a crunch. I like the buckeye brookie better ,the peanut butter helps balance out the sweetness. Thats my go to BB as of now. Will continue to try them as they release more flavors. read more

You can't beat Lion Cub's! Their cookies are unmatched in flavor and freshness. I love that the Worthington location is now offering a wider range of cub-sized cookies. It makes it so easy to get a ton of flavors in one trip. The cub-sized are easy to split in half, while the king-sized we usually cut into fourths. Customer service is top tier here too. I spent the extra $1 when ordering online to add a custom message and it was so cute! Care and attention goes into every aspect here. read more

I'm sorry but people who rank these cookies are like the complete opposite of my likes & tastebuds, I guess, bc these cookies were absolutely not anywhere close to being amazing lol. The business and service is fine so I don't want to make it seem like a bad company I personally just do not love their cookies at all. Neither did my wife and teenage kids either if that helps. My son and I tried to go for the grand opening of this location since I've been SO WANTING to try these cookies, but we weren't up for the long line. We came back last weekend and I totally see what the fuss is about! We got a four pack to go and each cookie was better than the last. My personal fave was the puppy chow - so unique and delicious. I had not been to the Lion Cub's Cookies Grandview location and Worthington is now open. After the long wait on opening day along with one of the two ovens broke down on the Grand Opening and a long line but was worth it. I got the Cookies and Cream cookie because they were out of chocolate chip. The Cookies and Cream cookie was very yummy and delicious, and the manager said that was his favorite cookie. The staff was very nice in serving the cookies. The Cookies need rest like steak. 30 minutes for a regular huge cookie, and extra 30 minutes for the icing and toppings on the cookie. I will go back to Lion Cub's Cookies Worthington and will check out the Worthington location. read more

Warm gooey cookies are a guarantee with rotating flavors and friendly staff in the modern location. The decor is fun and a tad more spacious than their original location even if it is standing room only. read more
