Watching them make them I noticed a scale they use to measure the weight of each on before going in the tray for the oven. No kids fighting over who got the bigger one. Cookies are not just large in circumference but also height. They are heavy hitter with nothing flat about them. Crispy corners and crumbly all around. Not dry but also not moist. They offer 6 different flavors they change up every week. Some flavors stay like the Milk Chip (aka chocolate chip). So if you find a favorite like my wife wanted the coconut pretzel chip cookie you have to get it the week it is out. Also gives you a chance to try something exciting and new every week. Service is fast and they are usually busy. Open until midnight (closed Sundays). Great for gifts, date night desserts, or sugar fix. One cookie is more than enough per person per sitting. I'm pretty sure I've ordered the last boxes of cookies I ever will order. Bad first time experience. Ordered my cookies to be delivered between 8:30 and 9:30 and placed a note on the message text box that there was a coconut allergy and to sorters that cookie from the rest. At 6:30, I get a notification that my order is on its way and shortly thereafter, got a notification that my cookies had been ordered. So I called and confirmed that they would be delivered by 8:30, and the young lady reiterated that the almond joy cookie would be separated due to the coconut allergy. At 7:13, I got a notification that my order was once again on the way. At 7:16, the order arrives. Fortunately, I was home to accept the order. I told the driver I was not expecting him to be early and he thought it was a compliment. He did say he was not notified that the coconut cookie would be separated. I explained the situation and expressed my dissatisfaction. He was gracious but the damage has been done. As far as the actually cookie, it was good and I enjoyed it. But great service for my hard earned dollars mattered tremendously. 2 stars for the cookie. None for the disorganization. Thought I'd try something different than the competitor I frequent every weekend for cookie delivery. Next weekend, I will order from said competitor (*cough* Chunk Cookies *cough*). Saw it on instagram that they're opening today so we tried their cookies. They only have 2 flavors available today & we tried both of them. The cookies are huge, 4-5 inches wide & maybe half an inch thick. The warm chocolate chip was good, crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside & chocolate is slightly melted, it melts in your mouth! I was not a fan of the chilled sugar cookie because it was too sweet for my taste. My son loved it though. The packaging was really nice. The box was pink & the parchment paper inside has cute prints on it. We'll definitely go back to try other flavors, excited to try the double trouble & the sea salt toffee! I am have a Crumbl cookie addiction. My recent visits will probably cure my addiction. This Gilbert, AZ Location has gone from perfection to sloppy. They have stopped showing the cookies to you when picking them up. They just hand you the closed box. Attached is a sloppy appearance of sea salt caramel. I am sure it is going to be super yummy though. I guess I have been spoiled all this time. Also I brought 2 Ice Cream purchases from the freezer to the counter, and a male worker came over and told me "they are not selling those" Hmmmmm I said I didn't see a sign. His tone got short with me and he left. I asked the cashier if she would like me to put the ice cream back, (Not certain of their COVID rules), she said no and that she would take care of it. This place smells amazing! They seem to have two standard cookies that are always available and a few that are available on a rotating basis. Standards are chocolate chip and a frosted sugar cookie. I had the chocolate chip. It seemed to be fresh, since they bake them to order. It was just not that great. It was a big slab of semi-baked cookie. I'm not kidding about them being large. The flavor was one dimensional. Just sweet. I think it would have been amazing with a semisweet chip instead of milk. I would also have preferred for it to be cooked a little bit longer. Cookies cost $3 each or 4 for $10. It would be nice if they had small samples but they don't. Service was fine. They explain their menu well and let you know that if you're getting a single cookie, you don't get a cute pink box. read more

Arrived at the crumble cookie in Gilbert went to order the four pack of cookies that was listed at $10.99 the cashier rang me up in the total came out to $13.24 and I asked him why there was such a difference in price compared to what was listed and he stated that the cookies are now $12 and some change and I asked him why hey screen said 1099 but they're charging customers $12 and he stated there's nothing they can do I had the manager come over and he said and I quote I am just letting you know now I am not giving you this price. I enjoyed these cookies! My fiancé surprised me with a 4 pack of cookies which included a raspberry cheesecake cookie, a frosted sugar cookie, a chocolate chip cookie and a s'mores cookie. We cut each cookie in 4 and tried a 1/4 piece of each and they were all tasty in a distinct way. It's hard to judge a cookie as I'm sure preference varies, but overall each flavor was balanced and they were aesthetically pleasing. The bite was not soggy, nor too dry. Not overly sweet. The s'mores and chocolate chip cookies could be described as buttery. None of the cookies that I tried had a crispy factor. Definitely a denser consistency versus cakey or crispy. The fact that they have a store dedicated to cookies pretty much gives this place 5 stars. read more

Several months ago tried to place an order over the phone they aren't able to process phone orders and their app wasn't working. No way to order on the website either. Today placed an order for pick, they set pick up time for 1 hour after my order was placed thru app. Went to get my order 1 hour after their scheduled pick up time and order wasn't ready. They were processing in person orders before promised app orders. Most of the staff their was very rude in answering questions of customers. I know they were busy but Crumbl Cookies you need a better system to keep up with your orders (or not allowing the app to overpromise). Went here Saturday to try out. My daughter and I were on a much needed mommy daughter date night, and looking forward to trying out this place. We got there at about 630 and were told it would be about a 15 min wait for cookies as they had sold out and were baking more. We were hungry so decided to grab food at the Chinese place 2 doors down . I asked if we could order cookies and then come pick up after eating, and was told we couldn't but that there should be no problem getting cookies right away when we were done eating. Had dinner and went back about 45 min later. We were then told it would be 1.5 wait for the cookies! My daughter and I were beyond disappointed, but there was no way I was going to wait that long for cookies. Hopefully they can fix these opening bugs.
