Every week new cookie flavors which I enjoy. They also started to include some staples in the weekly menu which is appreciated.

Ambience: is cold straight forward, you select your cookie on a screen, you pay for it there too, and then you are expected to tip by doing everything on your own but deliver the cookie... Service: Sometimes the staff don't say anything since they're busy making orders and the only thing they say is your name when your order is ready. They will answer you if you have questions about what's in the cookie or whatever your question is. Food: The cookies are usually a meh for me. But my kids like's them and I try to make an effort to give businesses chances if they've become any better. Especially they have the 3 smaller cookies for $9.99... Now VS the last time I came here..(yes it's been a while).. But the last time I ordered the 3 pack small cookies I had gotten the chocolate chip for my daughter (because those were her favorite here).. it did not have a single chocolate chip on them.. WHAT A SHAME! So that was $3.33 down the drain. I realize what a scam this was place was. This is why I gave them a 3 stars. SOME cookies are good mainly the ones with cream as a topping.. Some are too dry. Plus the cookie is expensive as hell! Ok to try but not a daily treat to do. Maybe, an occasional treat but would I go here as my first treat. Nope! Learn to make them your own. Maybe you're just not for me, but they're way too sweet and artificial flavouring and just very hyped up. There's nothing special about the store. The service is fine. I just don't see the quality in the cookies or their cakes. I prefer a much more than the cookie, maybe it's just my taste budsbut I'm not into all that sugary frosting and thick dry cookie. Cookies were fine. I didn't appreciate that I could use cash when I came in 20 minutes before close. If it was 5 minutes, I would have been fine. But I stood there for 15 minutes being told they already closed the register. Terrible management. I don't blame the girls working, they were nice just following their manager. read more

Yesterday I went in the store at 400 pm to get my free cookie. Just for the record I frequent this Crumbl cookie store. When I asked the young man about it he said they wouldn't have any till 700 pm. Ok that gave me the impression that they were completely out of the free cookies. Well the man behind me was told we have the cookies if you want to buy them I couldn't believe it. The man behind the counter said to me well that's what we do when I questioned it. I really thinks that was handled poorly. Grand opening day! First time trying these, never been. We waited about 30 min in line outside, not bad for their opening day. They ran out of a couple of cookies and there was a 30 minute wait (we didn't wait.) We tried the sugar shark, coconut and upside down pineapple - all were really good! We'll definitely be back! Ordered the cookies ahead of time on their app. Easy peezy, but can also just walk in and choose from the daily options available. Nice thing about ordering through the app is you can add a nice message that will get printed and posted on the box with a sticker such as "just because" or "happy birthday!". I think it's a nice touch. Brought home cookies for the fam and I wanted to try the icecream. I enjoyed the the raspberry cheesecake flavor. Was nice and creamy, not a lot of raspberry or cheesecake though. Would probably go back to the cookies next time and maybe try another flavor next time I'm craving icecream. I came Thursday May 2 around 9pm and the service I received was horrible. We placed the order for 6 cookies and then another for tres leaches cake. The lady working had a very bad attitude that was unacceptable. Then she went up to another customer and very rudely told him we don't have no more tres leaches cake and the guy was I didn't order that. So she went back to check the name and comes back and calls my wife name and tells here super rudely we don't have tres leaches cake and my wife was okay and asked for our money back since it had been paid for and normally when something is out you block off at least at other crumble cookies you do that not here. The lady had a very bad attitude when refunding our money, this is what ruines business people like here. If she doesn't want to work there she should have stayed home or look for something else to work in. I been here several times and I don't know if it the environment there but most of all them have poor attitude. read more

This store needs help. Let me pre-order brownies on app. Charged my card. Pickup was 12pm. I drive a half hr to get there. No order. Theyre sold out. Not understanding why they allowed a pre-order and then dont have any. They open at 8am. Maybe a phone call saying they dont have any would have helped instead of letting me drive there to find this out. This is NOT the 1st time this has happened. Asked to speak with manager and manager screamed out from the back "call corporate". No eye contact no nothing. Very unprofessional and a horrible image for Crumble. Thanks but NO thanks! Very over rated. Cookies are huge and very appealing to the eyes, but the taste is just eh. Very cake like texture and flavors are just typically normal, chocolate chip tastes like a piece of chocolate chip cake. I did care for the banana bread cookie, maybe because it tasted more Iike banana bread than a cookie. It was cool to try, but I don't think it's something I need to come back for again. Been looking forward to this establishment opening for a while. This is a gourmet cookie shop. The menu is changed weekly. I bought a container of four. I tried the basic chocolate chip (standard for every week), sugar, and macadamia chip. Tony was very impressed with the macadamia chip and the sugar. The sugar cookie was my favorite. The employees must be miserable. They failed to even recognize I was there to pick up my order. Two girls standing there. One making cookie balls ignoring customers, the other behind the pickup counter cooler acting like she's too busy to say hi or any sort of greeting, I'll be with you in a minute or anything. After a bit I had to step into their space so they'd look sup and I said Hi. I'm here to pick up an order. Nothing said.
