The Baseline: For a desert shop the flavor of offerings must out-weigh the taste of pure sugar, there must be unique/rare offerings that drive me to go there, and the value of the desert must be balanced with the fact I probably just finished a meal. October 2025 Review: Food: I admit I ate before my camera on this review (sorry no pictures of my cookies). They were soft, moist and delicious. If you come to crumble you will fulfill your cookie desires. Service: You order from the kiosk, pay at the kiosk, and staff is efficient in prepping your order. I loved crumbl cookies until today. My love for these cookies went down significantly as of today. I was so excited to get my mini 6 pack cookies and as I'm biting into nanimo cookie, a staple was in the cookie and I hurt my tooth really bad. I've been to Valencia, Marina Del Rey, LA on Venice, and this location. This one is a good one! The service at all of them is very basic, ie ambiance is quiet no music and not a vibe, it's like you can feel the workers working and the "job" vs this being a fun place to be, but they're cordial, not necessarily nice but not unfriendly either, just there. But I came for a warm soft yummy cookie and that's what I got. Double Choco Chip ( which I forget is too much chocolate for my liking but it's still yummy) and the cake batter cookie which is my first time and it's a little too sugary for me. Honestly didn't even know there was a Crumbl here. Went to Costco to shop and then was going to go to a Crumbl near my house but when i opened the app it said there was one nearby. This one is definitely nicer than the one by my house. A little bigger and much easier to park. Service was also quick. The cookies can sometimes be a little too sweet but the cakes here are really good. I got the cookies and cream tres leches and it was heaven. I loved the Dubai chocolate cookie, I did order in advance to get it in the morning, but they asked me to wait an hour and a half to get my order. It was very inconvenient but I tried to find something to do around the area since I drove a bit far for this order. But food wise it was very yummy. I decided to try crumbl since my coworker is always RAVING about their cookies. I thought - how good could a cookie actually be? Turns out, pretty good. When I walked in, I was a little confused on how to order because all the workers were in the back making cookies and fulfilling orders. You basically order at one of the 3 kiosks they have (in front and on the side), and wait on the side until they call your order/name. It's pretty small inside and there isn't any seating or anything. It seems to get really busy, especially after work so try to be patient because they seem pretty understaffed/overwhelmed. I tried their chocolate chip cookie and thought it was perfect. Not too hard and not too doughy. It did feel pretty big for just me in one sitting so I shared! I really like that they have rotating flavors so there's always variety. Makes it perfect to bring to friend hangouts. read more

Came here for my sweet tooth fix. I love me some Crumbl Cookies, was in the area and didn't even know this location existed. It's nested in a shopping center with Costco and other food places/ stores. I couldn't believe they're open until midnight on certain days (check their store hours). The cookie maker I met was so kind on my visit. It appeared that she was by herself at first until someone else came in. These cookies are delicious and huge! You order from the self-serv kiosk, it was difficult to only order 12 and in what combination. As you wait for your order to get filled, you see the employees busy working to fill the orders in a clean, orderly bake shop. The aroma was delightful and not too sweet. I had a sweet tooth on this day so I decided to break bad for sweets. I've passed this shop for months and finally gave it a shot. I ordered the 6-pack with Lemon cupcake which was my absolute favorite. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk was my second favorite. Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream was my least favorite. Original ft. M&M's cookie was yummy as well. Strawberry Ice Cream Bar was a tie with my second slot which was a sweet chocolate chunk.
