Arrived at 11:30 on a weekday to pick up some cookies as gifts but nothing available. Ended up making me show up to a social gathering empty handed. Two of the three iPads were down. One iPad at the counter was working but very dirty. No cookies available according to the iPad. I asked the girl working a few feet away from me but she wasn't very helpful. I thought surely the iPad might be wrong. How can a cookie store run out of cookies before lunch?? No explanation that they may have sold out of their morning batch or whatever the situation is. Either she doesn't like her job or gets asked this question way too often, but it wasn't very friendly. I've never been blown away by Crumbl cookies as I find them more aesthetic than tasty. I prefer Specialty's cookies a lot more. We will see how long Crumbl lasts before cookies go out of style like cupcakes causing Sprinkles' and Crumbs' demise. read more

I come to Crumbl to get cookies a lot. The selection is great and you cannot go wrong with the standard flavors (aka chocolate chip). Sometimes I get a new flavor that is spot on delicious and sometimes I get a flavor that is just a sugar bomb. The Baseline: For a desert shop the flavor of offerings must out-weigh the taste of pure sugar, there must be unique/rare offerings that drive me to go there, and the value of the desert must be balanced with the fact I probably just finished a meal. October 2025 Review: Food: I admit I ate before my camera on this review (sorry no pictures of my cookies). They were soft, moist and delicious. If you come to crumble you will fulfill your cookie desires. Service: You order from the kiosk, pay at the kiosk, and staff is efficient in prepping your order. At the same time they are prepping cookies for that/the next day to be baked. Hard working staff. Ambiance: There is no seating but it is a clean active bakery environment. I've been to Valencia, Marina Del Rey, LA on Venice, and this location. This one is a good one! The service at all of them is very basic, ie ambiance is quiet no music and not a vibe, it's like you can feel the workers working and the "job" vs this being a fun place to be, but they're cordial, not necessarily nice but not unfriendly either, just there. But I came for a warm soft yummy cookie and that's what I got. Double Choco Chip ( which I forget is too much chocolate for my liking but it's still yummy) and the cake batter cookie which is my first time and it's a little too sugary for me. So far the strawberry cookie and the milk chocolate are my reigning favs. read more

Honestly didn't even know there was a Crumbl here. Went to Costco to shop and then was going to go to a Crumbl near my house but when i opened the app it said there was one nearby. This one is definitely nicer than the one by my house. A little bigger and much easier to park. Service was also quick. The cookies can sometimes be a little too sweet but the cakes here are really good. I got the cookies and cream tres leches and it was heaven. Definitely getting it again if it comes back into rotation. read more

I loved crumbl cookies until today. My love for these cookies went down significantly as of today. I was so excited to get my mini 6 pack cookies and as I'm biting into nanimo cookie, a staple was in the cookie and I hurt my tooth really bad. Nothing like this has ever happened and I'm super disappointed, I didn't know what to do. Now I'm dealing with a cut and my tooth is hurting from this. Crumbl do something about this. read more

I loved the Dubai chocolate cookie, I did order in advance to get it in the morning, but they asked me to wait an hour and a half to get my order. It was very inconvenient but I tried to find something to do around the area since I drove a bit far for this order. But food wise it was very yummy. The workers there are very neutral, it took them a while to acknowledge me and my boyfriend waiting in the store by ourselves, but I'm guessing it's cause they were very busy making these delicious cookies I like my food but I do think this location could be a little more nicer or at least have offered me another cookie for making me wait an hour and a half I'm not sure. read more

Ok so I had a bit of a sweet tooth today and was excited for the selection that they had this week. . Strawberry pretzel pie 2/5 kinda dry not my type of cookie . Milk chocolate chip 5/5 the classic one of my favorites . Double fudge brownie 2/5 definitely double fudge and for me a little too much not a fan . I love Crumbl, but this location is questionable. Busy location with zero customer service. They don't greet you or anything. Place your own order and receive your cold cookies in about 10 minutes after awkwardly standing around. Messy ambiance, hectic vibes, and my cookies were a mess inside the box. Signed up for their rewards program for the free cookie on your birthday. When my bday rolled around, I knew I wanted to pick up my free Crumbl cookie. Glad I tried it because it was such a deliciously buttery, caramel cookie. I liked how it came in a cute, single-cookie box. Apparently I hadn't signed up early enough to get the birthday email, but I contacted their online customer service and they instantly credited my account with the promo. Came here for my sweet tooth fix. I love me some Crumbl Cookies, was in the area and didn't even know this location existed. It's nested in a shopping center with Costco and other food places/ stores. I couldn't believe they're open until midnight on certain days (check their store hours). The cookie maker I met was so kind on my visit. It appeared that she was by herself at first until someone else came in. I got (3) original chocolate chip cookies (my fav-- can't go wrong with 'em) and (1) Banana Bread (one of the random cookies of the week) to share. There were no complaints! I decided to try crumbl since my coworker is always RAVING about their cookies. I thought - how good could a cookie actually be? Turns out, pretty good. When I walked in, I was a little confused on how to order because all the workers were in the back making cookies and fulfilling orders. You basically order at one of the 3 kiosks they have (in front and on the side), and wait on the side until they call your order/name. It's pretty small inside and there isn't any seating or anything. It seems to get really busy, especially after work so try to be patient because they seem pretty understaffed/overwhelmed. I tried their chocolate chip cookie and thought it was perfect. Not too hard and not too doughy. It did feel pretty big for just me in one sitting so I shared! I really like that they have rotating flavors so there's always variety. Makes it perfect to bring to friend hangouts. read more

Tried crumbl for the first time - caveat - I didn't get a regular cookie, I got the cherry cheesecake which was pretty good. I would say it's a lot for one person but great to share! I ordered the 6-pack with Lemon cupcake which was my absolute favorite. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk was my second favorite. Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream was my least favorite. Original ft. M&M's cookie was yummy as well. Strawberry Ice Cream Bar was a tie with my second slot which was a sweet chocolate chunk. The Sugar Shark had an amazing flavor It also has a few shark gummies on top of the icing. Overall I loved this place. Customer service was not that helpful. read more

I rushed there after work and so did many others. We were looking for Olivia's Guts Tour cookie. I picked up a dozen of the weekly assortment including four of Olivias cookies. These cookies are delicious and huge! You order from the self-serv kiosk, it was difficult to only order 12 and in what combination. As you wait for your order to get filled, you see the employees busy working to fill the orders in a clean, orderly bake shop. The aroma was delightful and not too sweet. The decor is minimal with an open layout, so you can wee all the delicious cookies. This location has plenty of parking in the strip mall. read more

decided to give it a try after seeing it all over social media for the past couple of years. when i got there i was surprised to see there wasn't a line considering it's always been popular so i got my cookie very quick. after looking through the options i settled on the tres leches cake. i'm a huge fan of a good tres leches cake so i had high hopes for it. everything about it was so perfect! the bread was moist but not too moist like how some tres leches cakes usually are. the whipped cream and milky taste just made it over the top. i finished it so quickly it was that good. staff was so kind and welcoming. i will definitely be coming back again especially knowing they have different flavors every week! read more

With the hype on social , you can't help but try these cookies : D I visit now and then, and check out on social their flavors of the week, as they change weekly. First visit to this particular business and received a very friendly greeting upon entering. Ordering is done at their self serve kiosks. They do not take cash. Ordered the chocolate peppermint, ginger snap, pink sugar, Twix, and French toast. Overall good. Did not care too much for the Twix. French toast was super cute and came with a small container of maple syrup. Enjoyed the ginger snap , very holidayish flavor and the peppermint choc but in small bites as it is rich.
