Looking for something healthy and delicious? Who knew coconut jelly could taste this amazing! It's both refreshing and satisfying. The spot itself is cute and spotless, with friendly staff that make you feel welcome. Definitely hits the spot every time!

What a fun experience! Not just a dessert place but an experience to try together. We skipped the dessert at dinner and decided to take the party to melo melo for a second round of fun. We came late but it was quiet and staff was friendly and dessert was awesome I'm gonna get the rose one the rose pistachio.

My husband found this place looking through Yelp. We decided to give it a try and we are pleasantly surprised! We got the Taro, Jasmine and Sunset Mango. Everything is great and refreshing! We truely enjoyed everything and will definitely be back!

Love melo melo!! The best not too sweet dessert. Also not too much in the coconut flavor if you don't like it. They have many flavors/options to choose from. ALSO you get to keep the glass jar so I think the average price of $10 is worth it. Seating is minimal. Just an elegant marble/granite table at the front.

I LOVE Melo Melo! I was skeptical at first, but the Sunset Mango Coconut has become my favorite dessert. I love the jello-like coconut and the rice gives it a little added chewy texture, and the mango adds just the right amount of sweetness. My boyfriend loves the banana Nutella one. We love it

Great spot for a different style of dessert. If you like coconut and/or haupia you'll love it. The base is just like haupia and the flavors are good, fun glass jars too. Light and easy to eat!

Randomly found this spot trying to find a cafe in the area and this place caught my eyes! I tried the Matcha and it was insanely good! I also bought the Ube and Sesame Walnut - super excited to try them!

Best healthy snack You can never go wrong with the regular coconut flavor . If you love coconut this is the best snack you can get.

Coconuts about Melo Melo Coconut Dessert! I recently got to check out Melo Melo in Westchester and I am such a fan now. This dessert shop is so cute. With it's minimalistic look the shop is warm and inviting from the get go. The shop specializes in coconut jelly desserts made out of the freshest ingredients. For this trip; I got to try some of their newest coconut dessert flavors. I got Melo Melo's Pistachio Rose, Triple Matcha, Jasmine Coconut and Coconut Triple. It was a true taste of paradise for each. The desserts are served cool and one must refrigerate as soon as possible if not consumed right away. They're really the perfect summer dessert because they're cool, refreshing and oh so yummy. My personal favorite is the Coconut Triple. This has three coconut delights in one. It has Melo Melo's signature coconut jelly made with milk, coconut water, and coconut meat. Each of the desserts are served in glass jars with the exception of the Coconut Triple which is actually inside a real coconut shell. I love their packaging so much! I really love everything about Melo Melo and think this is the dessert spot to visit this summer!

What a cute little shop with such delicious looking treats! Definitely recommend checking it out. They're so helpful and great at recommending if you're unsure!

My friend suggested we check out Melo Melo for their famous coconut desserts in ready to-go jars, and I was excited. But for being a coconut dessert spot, I was surprised at how few vegan options actually existed. There were only two available (and both were clearly marked which is great): coffee and osmanthus. I went with the latter and I'll admit, the jelly dessert was good: not too sweet which is perfect for my Asian pelate. However, I am torn with how much these costs. $10 for my non-dairy vegan option but most hover around $13. Plus by going late at night, it felt like the worker just went to the back to grab a jar from the fridge and the dreaded payment screen still asked for a tip. I hate tipping culture here lol. You pay for quality sure, but for the amount and the few options I have that's non-dairy, I think I'll pass in the future. I do like their recycling plan where if you bring wash and return 10 jars, they do offer a free one on the house.

    So many delicious flavors!

Any update on whether this place is still going to be open for business? Just drove by again today and it's still closed.

Just ordered from them today 7/7.

What are your hours? They seem to vary?

I think they are closed :( they had a sign up saying back by 5/18 and I went back a couple of times and they were still closed 😭😭 I really do hope they aren't closed permanently.

Two Hommés is truly an absolute gem in Inglewood and I highly recommend coming here because of how they've blended West African, Mexican, West Asian, and American ingredients & flavours - the food is a lovely mix of feeling light & fresh, paired with more meaty (but not dense) options, and overall very delicous. Pro-tip: Make a reservation online through Resy - this restuarant qualifies for AmEx's Resy credit! Layout & seating: The front-door faces the main streetThere are high tables, bar seating, and low tables throughout the area. I haven't used their bathroom, so I can't speak to that. Parking: There's a free, public parking lot in the back that's shared with the school, so be mindful that you're not parking in designated spots during school hours. Other times, e.g., weekends, it's fair game. It thankfully has never been packed, so I have been able to grab a spot for myself. Accessibility: The door is a little heavy, but there are no steps to get inside from the street, so that's good. The inside can feel a little cramped. Ambiance: During the late afternoon, the sunlight filters and the entire dining area feels nice but not too bright. Service: Very prompt and attentive; friendly staff. What I've tried: Pre-Summer menu 1. Duck Dibi Ssam: Senegalese smoked lamb shoulder, bib lettuce, green Shito, pickle, and suya peanuts; $52 I love the combination of Senegalese and Korean dishes here to create this juicy duck dish. I do wish there was more Shito because the amount you get is not enough for the entire plate and extras have a cost. 2. Jollof Platter: Ghanaian jollof, bomb azz black beans, plaintains, arugula salad; sauces: Scallion, BBQ jerk, cilantro-lime cream; added on root beer braised short rib; $28 + 22 (protein add-on) Absolutley tender, fall-off-the-bone short rib in a rich mole-like root beer sauce. The jollof was well cooked - definitely parboiled before cooked off at the end with the seasoning & spices, and nicely smoked. The beans were simple, but I do remember tasting the bay leaves and seasoning. The plantains were soooo well cooked; crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. Summer menu 1. Suya Mushrooms and Greens: Oyster mushroom, snap peas, peanuts; $15 Absolutely scrumptious mix of suya, fresh & crunchy snap peas, and just smokey enough. I cannot stress how much everyone must try this dish, if nothing else on the menu. 2. This is, A Tasty Burger: Short rib, caramelised onions, pickles, cheddar, Gold-Coast BBQ sauce, fries; $23 Not heavy, but very filling and juicy; loved the BBQ sauce - I think there was mustard in there? Either way, the flavours were so "simple" yet flavourful. The meat felt "light", if that makes sense. 3. Lamb + White Bean Hummus: Flatbread, yassa onions, (ground) lamb bits; $21 The hummus felt very traditional Palestinian/Syrian and the ground lamb was delicious. The flatbread was reminiscent of the flatbreads from the Levant, Khubz Arabi or a type of pita - soft, pillowy, and perfect for hummus. 4. Smashed potatoes: Labneh, Lula Mae's chilli oil, fried rosemary; $15 This feels like their version of Batata Harra and it was nice; loved the fried rosemary and garlic - so crunchy and flavourful. Really rich & tangy labneh - I wonder if it's homemade or from a Lebanese store? 5. Drinks: Hommémade lemonade (jamaica) and Mocktail of the week Love the (spicy pineapple) Both drinks were well-made - a little tart, a litle sweet, and well mixed. My absolute favourite items have been the duck and the Suya Mushrooms and Greens; I cannot wait to go back and order more of the latter and try out the Big Fish, and finally try the desserts! My only issue is the noise; there's a TV that's on in the background, music playing overhead, and rather close seating to the next party (to the point that you can hear what they're saying rather clearly). Having a conversation is very difficult with all these competing sounds. Note: There is a time limit for parties of 4 or larger of 1.5 hours, so please be mindful as Two Hommés gets busy from opening to close.

I went thru the back door. It's a small boutique wine shop. The restroom is clean and to your right as soon as you enter. A water station to your left. They have several tables and a bar to sit at. Pictures on the wall complimenting the vibe. Everything was clean. The shop is beautiful in its own way. The music wasn't loud, it was just right. It's definitely a welcoming atmosphere. I let the host know that I was there for the wine tasting and he immediately set me up with a menu and a table. I decided on the "shareable flights". I then chose 2 white and 2 red wines. Didn't have a preference so I went with his recommendations or suggestions and allowed him to choose lol. The individuals who were there last night were mostly locals. Had the pleasure of meeting an older couple (Erin and Conrad Stanley) in which I ended up giving my last flight to them while we had an awesome conversation lol. Everyone was friendly and real cool. Not making me feel out of place nor uncomfortable. I also met another couple after they left. I went to the restroom, came back and a couple was standing near my table. So into his conversation, dude sat down then apologized for sitting at my table and I told him it's all good haha. Next thing you know we're all laughing and conversing haha. I really enjoyed my 3 hrs here. I had a great experience. Took a cross word puzzle for my entertainment and ended up meeting some new wonderful people instead. I will definitely be back. No food but you can order from "Olive It" which is next door. I'm bringing my charcuterie board next time tho. They make you feel like you're at home. The service was hospitable. I also had the pleasure of seeing the owners and interacting with the wife as she cleaned the tables and made her rounds checking up on all of the guests. The husband was doing his part also, entertaining at the bar lol and providing whatever services needed. I love it... They do their best to provide professional and friendly service. I have no complaints whatsoever. I was even told they allow dogs. Big win !!! lol
