I have no idea who frosted these cookies... but I opened the box and all I could do was laugh. I was so excited for Crumbl as I havent had it in almost a year- but it is clear the quality has gone down significantly. It genuinely looked like a toddler frosted these. This is how they ARRIVED. I finally got to try Crumbl Cookies! My friends treated me to these delicious cookies and I completely understand what the hype is about. It's super convenient to order your cookies. You can order ahead or use one of the kiosks in the shop. They were ready in under two minutes! I loved how they were served warm and it only added to just how delicious they were. Each of the cookies were so good, with my favorite being the Sea Salt Toffee. It was the perfect combination of sweet, salty, gooey, and crunchy. With that being said, the s'mores and apple crumble muffin cookies were absolutely awesome. Plus, the cookies are HUGE. This particular location is in and near lots of shopping centers. It's a great location for you to great a quick, tasty dessert after a day of shopping & running errands. There is no seating options indoors but there are numerous tables outside. Love the location of this Crumbl! It's in the same shopping center as Publix and Romp n Roll, so I already know this will be a staple and my routine. Last week, i took my daughter to a Romp n Roll class and then we stopped at Crumbl for a little sugar high. Sugar high, it was! We grabbed 3 cookies and I actually liked these more than I have liked some others that we got at the Mechanicsville location. The sugar is very good, and any chocolate based cookies are quite good as well. I hate that I'm not a huge fan of the chocolate chip, but something about it just doesn't jive with me. It's good, but I've had better! I did grab some ice cream as well, but it wasn't anything to write home about. Overall, this is a fun new place and I'm glad it's here. At first glance the cost was pricey... then they brought out this enormous cookie. For $4. A 4 pack was like $15. I couldn't justify that to my brain so we bought one each. I had a cheesecake one, she got the Strawberry one. While both were good, that cheesecake one was everything! Only thing was the icing was super duper sweet. Finally got to see what the hype was all about now that there's this location! When you first enter, you are greeted by their front staff and can order your cookies either on the touchscreen kiosks or via their app (highly recommend so you can see what flavors they have before you go). I ordered 4 cookies (from least favorite to best): berries and cream, chocolate chip, waffle, and ny cheesecake. The berries and cream was a cold cookie and I personally didn't like the taste at all, it was weird and tasted kind of off to me. The chocolate chip was like a 3.5/5, I liked how warm and moist it was but it didn't particularly wow me. Next was the waffle cookie which came with a little package of syrup. I give this one a 4.5/5 for creativity. The cookie alone tasted very cornbread like (which I actually really liked). The syrup was what gave it the "waffle" flavor. Lastly, the NY cheesecake was a 5/5 all across the board. Despite not really liking cheesecakes in general, I loved how warm and rich these were. I'm pretty particular with my sugar, but all of the cookies were made with the perfect amount of sweetness. Biggest gripe is the price, these cookies cost a pretty penny but depending on which one you get I would say it's worth the nice treat every now and then. Overall, I'm so glad we have this new addition to Henrico and look forward to trying more flavors in the future! read more

I've always shop at this Krogers for convenient reasons, most of the time disappointed. BUT today was a 10 STAR experience. Great fruits and vegetables, all clean and no mushy ones. All the beef and chicken sections were well stocked and very clean. There were sufficient staff around, that was available, and very nice, in the past it was always understaffed. We got the chocolate chip cookies to see what the "classic" was like and yeah, it's delicious and great warm etc., but just seemed like it was so soft because it was underbaked. I'm not a fan of soft cookies anyway (I'm a sucker for a good molasses because of the chew) but still. The info is also a little bit misleading on calories - there was no way that giant cookie was like 160cal and then I noticed the liiiittle asterisk - each cookie is 4 servings and it's 160cal/serving!!
