Cookies are Amazing! Even though they seemed short staffed they were very prompt, nice and curtesy. When we came in Lindsey welcomed us then let us know that they had snickerdoodle cooling and it would be just a few minutes to wait if we wanted that particular cookie, that struck my curiosity so we decided to buy a 6pk of said cookies. The whole time she and another gal were working ( looks like folding boxes ) Lindsey kept conversation with me while I was waiting. Excellent Customer service and she is extremely friendly, you can tell she's a people person based off how she kept her coworker engaged and laughing as well. Okay I've been going to crumbl for over a year now, and this location has always been my favorite. The staff are always so nice and informative of what is available. Even if something isn't available they try their best to get it for you. The place is often not packed and is decently clean. The cookies are always prepared nicely and taste delicious. We love crumbl. Sometimes it's hit or miss but when it's a hit, it's good. I love the classic pink cookie and they have a triple berry that's delicious. Probably my favorite.
