The staff is super friendly, they greet you when you walk in, there is a choice to use the kiosk or walk up to the counter where they will personally help you. I like that they have started to make the smaller cookies during the week (was limited to only mondays) sometimes I am just not in the mood for a huge cookie. be warned they are a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for. if you have not baked I remember when butter was $1 a lb now it's over $4 and that is for generic butter not shortening which if you ever see them make the batter they look (and taste) like they use butter. read more
