Haven't been to a place with this level of dysfunction and inefficiency in a very long time. Place is overcrowded with a line that wraps around and goes out the door. They don't have a waiting area or even seats so people are just waiting around, shoulder to shoulder. There's like 6 people working but there seems to be no order and im pretty sure this is why there is such a long waiting time. After waiting to order and then waiting for your food for over half an hour, they ask you for your name and then start "making" your order, only to find out they don't have any more of the cookie you ordered and already paid for. How do they not know how to count what they have and communicate this prior to you paying for something they don't even have? How does this not occur to the manager? On top of that the employees are super rude. After they make you wait and tell you they don't have this cookie or that cookie, i told them "fine, just give me 4 of whatever you do have", and then they say we can't do that. You have to cancel your order and re order again. Like what? A complete disregard for people's time and no one even cares. It's like they specialize in inefficiency and lack of communication. Seriously, what's wrong with the management here? Will never come here again. Don't recommend. A total waste of time. read more

I work at a cookie shop so I know a thing or two about cookies and let me tell you that Crumbl cookies are the best cookies I've ever had. The closest store is an hour away from me and I still make the drive almost every other week. I found out recently that a new Crumbl location is being built six minutes from my boyfriends house and I don't think I've ever been so excited for a store opening in my life!!! OMG! This place is AMAZING!!!! Everyone has always ranted & raved about Night Owl Cookies. I've NEVER liked them. They had the same exact cookie base for all their cookies & it wasn't even anything good (back in the day, don't know how it is now since I never like them). Crumbl is 1,000X better. They have two steady flavors: chocolate chip & sugar cookie. Every week there are 4 "new" rotating flavors. For example, this last week was berries & cream, waffle, cheesecake, & some double chocolate dream cookie that I loved. This week it's cookies & cream, lemon bar, carrot cake, & peanut butter & chocolate. They are baked when you order so they're warm & gooey & delicious. Everything a cookie should be. They also have ice cream flavors that are great to try if you don't overload on the cookies. Definitely A+++ read more

This place sucks. I really don't understand why people come here its not very good at all. Their on brand with their advertising though as their cookies do basically crumble in your hands when you try to eat them. Their sugar cookies are very dry and taste basically like bread.. don't even get me started on the "classic" milk chocolate chip cookie. Its even dryer than the sugar cookies and tastes horrendous, like how do you go wrong with the original? The funfetti tastes bad and so does the "classic" pink sugar. I can go off about how overrated it is but I'd probably drown everyone out. No point in variety and quantity if the quality is through the floor. read more

Creative cookies with a rotating menu. I slightly prefer Insomnia cookies in South Miami but this Crumbl is a welcome addition out in West Dade. Interestingly enough, their basic chocolate chip is only so-so but their other more innovative flavors are typically better. I really love this place. The cookies are served at the right temperature. Most of the time when I take my daughter to her dance class I stop by there and get a cookie. The only down side is if there is a good cookie it is only available for a week. Except for chocolate chip and sugar cookie. I love the sugar cookie it is chilled and not too hard or soft. My daughters and husband love chocolate chip the chocolate chips are kind of melted and it makes it super soft and delicious. If I could I would get a cookie everyday. The manager to this store should be demoted. After ordering our cookies THRU the crumbl site, the doordash driver decided the address was too far and returned the cookies back to the shop. The manager didnt have the courtesy to call us and let us know we weren't getting our order. Then they expected US to do their job and call doodash for a refund, when the order was placed through the crumbl site. We were told that we had to call doordash so they could refund crumbl and crumbl could refund us. WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS?! turns out that after complain they COULD refund it. So basically they lied to us about the refund, they didn't have the courtesy to inform us that the cookies were never coming, and when I asked to speak to the manager directly, they didn't have the courtesy to answer the call. GET SOME COMPETENT TEAM LEADERS CRUMBL and train them on customer service bc this was unacceptable. read more
