Super friendly service here at this location. My friends and I stopped in not long before closing on a Saturday night, and the employees were very pleasant and helpful. I had a sweet tooth and was craving a Cookie Thin, so I decided to stop by. This location can get pretty busy because of the area. It's located in the middle of a strip center with shared parking, and the parking lot can get crowded, so be mindful when visiting during peak times. When I arrived, they weren't busy inside, so I was helped right away. I love a quick and easy sweet treat pickup! The inside of this location is a little larger than some of the other locations I've visited, which made it feel more spacious, especially since there weren't many customers inside. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the amazing sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies, which is one of my favorite things about Crumbl. I also love that the cookie comes in their signature pink bag, it's such a fun touch. My cookie was warm and fresh, and I couldn't resist eating it right away. The crumbl staff today were super quick preparing our groups orders. We tried their limited time Dubai chocolate strawberries and the fried Oreo cookie. The strawberries were big, fresh and tasty. Visited my first Crumbl on 6/5/21 when I resided in Indiana. The employees were nice and advised of us on the different flavors available on that day which were the following: -Double chocolate -Poppyseed -Chocolate chip -Peaches and cream The cookies tasted very good. My experience was great, however, this is simply opinion only. I honestly didn't really like how thick the cookies were. It was soft and reminded me of cake. I may as well have eaten cake. LOL! Walked in and it was empty but then someone came out. Ordered at the kiosk because that is what you do. Got 3 minis and 1 regular size cookie. The toffee sea salt always good. I was curious about the oreo sandwich but of course it's rich. I ended up getting a free large oreo cookie too! Too much cookie. The strawberry biscoff was good. I had stopped here due to me having a sweet tooth. I had been to this location multiple times and each time it doesn't disappoint. They have an app to where you can order ahead. You can also earn points from each order even it's in the store or ordering off the app. Customer service is very quick. I typically don't have to wait a long time if it isn't a long line. Crumbl is having its moment on social media and I think it's cool how there's new flavors every week. My cousins and I came by for dessert after dinner right before closing on a weekday. Our flavors: oreo cheesecake, chocolate chip, strawberry, and fruit tart. We got a 4 cookie box. I thought it was pricey until I saw the size of the cookies--they're huge! It's like $5 dollars per cookie after tax and tip. We don't have sweet tooth's so we each shared a bite. I recommend having this with milk to wash down the sugar. The idea of a 800-1000 calorie cookie scares me but I would have a hard time finishing just one, let alone a whole box on my own. The strawberry cookie had a sweet strawberry icing that tasted like real strawberries! Didn't taste artificial; not tart and had added sweetness from the sugar but this was the highlight for me. The cookie was a sugar cookie base. The red white and blue (?): Another sugar cookie base, this was a pretty cookie but quite sweet. Nothing to write home about. The chocolate chips in the cookie were caramel-colored and a bit big so it doesn't look like a traditional chocolate chip cookie. It was my favorite out of the four. The chips are too sweet for me so I like the dough more. The oreo cheesecake looked the heaviest so we saved it for last, but surprisingly it was the least sweet! The cheese flavor balances the sugar out. There's a nice crust on the bottom too. Honestly didn't feel that great after eating this for dessert but it was a novel experience getting to see all the flavors and pretty cookies. read more

Things I love: the branding... pink boxes, cute logo, fun ordering system, and more. I also think it's so fun that they rotate out flavors and make it exciting to try new, seasonal flavors as they come out. It's a popular spot, with a line out the door sometimes. I just am not a Crumbl gal. I make it a priority to eat healthy, real foods most of the time and love an occasional sweet treat. I, however, cannot eat these because you can taste the overly sweet flavoring that's added. If you look up some of their rotating cookie ingredients, there are so many things you won't recognize. My taste buds went off immediately when trying them because it just doesn't take like a normal sweetness. I just wish that a cookie company could just use the normal butter / sugar / flour / baking soda / etc ingredients that are real and recognizable. The chocolate chunk cookie has the best looking ingredients, which is probably why it's listed at the top of the ingredients page. If they can lean more into authentic ingredients, I could get on board. read more

I've not had a bad cookie from Crumbl, ever!! The only complaint I have is the reason for this 1 star review. Crumbl needs to change their procedure on ordering. If you place an order and the cookie shows in stock, they aren't reserved. I drove an hour after finding the cookie and placing an order, only to be told that they ran out right before I got there! If an order is placed, it should be honored before walk-ins. read more

We had the classic chocolate chip, double chocolate brownie, the sea salt Carmel, the peach cobbler, and strawberry shortcake. If you have never had these cookies; they are large in size (polish them off solo if you like, no judgement from me) but since I was sharing with coworkers, I had to share. I placed my order online through the app. The menu changes weekly which I like because it offers variety and gives you time to try items. This particular week Dirt Cake, Banana Cream Pie, Milk Chocolate Chip appealed to me. Sugar Cookie was sold out although it is regularly offered each week along with Milk Chocolate Chip. They also offered a peanut butter cookie to round out the rotation, but PB isn't my thing. My cookies were done ahead of their scheduled time despite having a small line including people waiting outside to come in. The cookies were so large and rich; I could only eat one at a time. My friends were raving about Crumbl and I was finally able to check them out- I have now been here twice and think these are some of the best cookies I've had. I love that their flavors change every week- the new flavors are released on Sunday evenings. Keystone is a little out of my way so I am excited there is a location coming to Westfield. I love that the cookies are soft and flavorful. They are definitely big enough to share. I was a huge fan of the Hawaiian cookie (can't remember the exact name but it was a birthday cake cookie with a coconut rainbow frosting) - the dole whip cookie also tasted just like dole whip! The sugar cookie to me tastes surprisingly better when served chilled (how it's recommended) than room temp. The packaging is also super cute. The service was great and quick when I was here. This is a gourmet cookie shop located in a small strip mall. It is an up and coming chain. There is ample free parking and they offer curbside delivery. The shop is very clean and offer 4 or 5 weekly rotational cookies. They are busy making them right before your eyes. You can call your order ahead, order online or place your order when get there. They are very efficient. I ordered when I got there and I only had to wait about 4 minutes to have my order filled and me out the door. You can buy a single cookie, a box of 4 or a box of 12. The cookies are large, but I must admit, they are a bit pricey. I got a 12 pack and a 4 pack and it came to about $45. They have some exotic flavors. During my visit, they had Mallow Sandwich featuring OREO, Cornbread, Birthday Cake, Hazelnut Mudslide, and Milk Chocolate Chip. I got at least one of each. The cookies were delicious, very delicious and huge. They are soft, chewy and pack with flavor. I could have put myself in a sugar coma that I ate so many. I'm a huge fan of these cookies depending on the week and what flavors are available. These cookies are great to share with friends and family because they have huge. Eating Crumbl Cookies is an experience, my favorite flavor is the churro. It's warm gooey and has the right amount of cinnamon.
