This location is in the Lakeside Plaza next to Penn Station East Coast sub shop. It's small, you need to either go to one of the small touchscreen terminals, or go to the counter and order 4 different cookies. The raspberry one was out which was disappointing so I went with Cowboy cookie. The sizes are very large, service is quick, and there is a bathroom down the very long hallway to the back of the store which is very clean. Overall, it was an above average experience for me, the cookie tasted fine but not awesome, and I hope they expand their line of cookies beyond of what is currently offered. read more

I used the app to order a half dozen cookies - one of each type: Peanut butter cup, double chocolate chip, classic Krispie bar, confetti milkshake, brownie batter, and classic pink sugar. The cookies are maybe a bit larger than the palm of your hand. Presentation was nice. When I walked in the store after checking in, my order was given to me almost immediately, after showing me what the box contained, which I appreciated. However, the flavor was just OK. I think I would've preferred something that rocked my world for the price. One of my husband's first comments was the fact that none of the cookies were cooked through (with the exception of the Rice Krispie bar). Out of the five of us who tried them, not a single person said "we need these again". For the cost, we found these to be nothing special and I don't anticipate going back. Too bad, as I was hoping this could be a place we could get special treats for friends or family on occasion. read more

They are cookies. Not ridiculously amazing cookies, but good enough to eat cookies. Crumbl is a great name with a unique business operations model and clever marketing team that built up plenty of hype on social media to build its popularity. That being said, the cookies are huge, store clean, service is good and it's kinda cool to watch those in the back constantly making large batches of cookies while waiting for your order. We also tried the ice cream and, again, it's ice cream. Like cookies, even when it's not anything special, it's not bad. IMO, the attraction of Crumbl is more the novelty than anything else. #meh read more

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I know that it is pretty pricey for some cookies, but the cookies are mouthwatering. We have been more times than I probably should admit and every single time the cookies are spot on and totally worth the money. The red velvet one was one of my favorites. I love them so much that my husband actually surprised me with them for Valentine's Day. They were absolutely delicious. The NY cheesecake one was my absolute favorite. It had the perfect amount of graham cracker and cream cheese taste. It was decadent. Next up the chocolate covered strawberry... I will be honest; I did not think I was going to like this one but holy moly. It was amazing. Sweet yet refreshing, and the topping was so amazing, like nothing I have ever tasted before. I stopped in on the recommendation of my sister. Waited in line for about 20 minutes, and entered my order for one chocolate chip cookie in the iPad terminal. They were out of 2% milk. Paid nearly $5. The cookie was presented in a nice box, served warm. I tried a couple of bites and then tossed the rest of it. I really don't get it. It tasted underbaked, with no nuts, and the chocolate chips had virtually no chocolate flavor. Save your money and go visit a real bakery in town. read more

These cookies were just as good as I'd hoped they would be! I love the way they greet you when you walk in the store/bakery. They were sold out of pretty much everything but I decided to stay to try what was left. They ended up actually restocking (baking) more cookies so I actually got to try more then what I expected, so ig good things really do come to those who wait?! My first time here and at 8 pm on a Thursday the line was out the door. We were intrigued and in no rush. Took 30 minutes. They run an efficient operation and you can see the fresh cookies being made and served warm. I tried the peanut butter chocolate and it was delicious. I also got some ice cream and tasty as well. Overall though it's not quite worth the hype to me. Lots of cookie options in town. These are good but I wouldn't wait again. $3.94 is steep for a cookie but they are big on size. I have been to this location many times because crumbl cookies are so delicious. They now have multiple iPads at the side and front where you can order the cookies yourself. The cookies are then brought out in a timely manner. Sometimes later in the evening they can run out of flavors which can be disappointing sometimes but the rotating flavors every week are very fun to try. Only the second time I've been here. I was super excited to try the pecan pie cookie. When I got mine I asked if this was normal the employee said yes to which I then pointed at the display & they told me that the display is just the best of the batch. Trying to report this to corp because this cookie is pitiful for how much it costs.
