Walked in to see lots of people, I know the workers had a lot stuff going on so I gave patience, watched as they threw the cookies into the box and when they gave us the cookies the box WASNT EVEN FOLDED OPEN! No greeting nothing. The worker left it there for us to unfold the box and close it. They have employees talking without masks over your cookies or when making your cookies. Further, they do not change their gloves when needed -- more details in below. When waiting for our order,there two two little kids helping with the process, again no mask, talking over our open box of cookies to each other. The little girl then started to put some sort of cream cheese in little plastic jars, wearing gloves, pressing down the cream cheese before closing the lid. When our cookies were ready, she came to deliver the box to us, wearing the same greasy gloves that she wore to press the cream cheese. Of course, her greasy gloves made our cookie box all greasy and gross looking from the outside. Then! She went back to pull those cream cheese and press the cream cheese down with the SAME gloves! What is going on with their management? They think this is their own fun kitchen for their little kids when selling to the public $4 a cookie!?!? Not worth the hype at all. On Sunday I ordered a 12-pack of mini dessert pies for Thanksgiving with pick up on Wednesday. My account was immediately charged for $75.80. The pies I ordered were 4.25 inches each. When my husband arrived to pick them up, they had no record of the order. After much digging they found the order, but needed time to prepare it. My husband left and went back in about 20 minutes. He grabbed the box and left. The pies we got were 2.6 inch pies! I paid $75 for 12-teeny tiny pies with a 15% gratuity! An absolute rip off and incredibly bad service. Never again. read more

There are 2 nearby locations in the Ashburn/ Leesburg area. While shopping the Target and Costco area, we visit this Crumbl location. They have LOTS of employees working. They are all very sweet and personable. The reason for the star deduction is that our order is never ready when we pre-order. Even when clicking the "I'm here" button it still takes a good 5-8 minutes to get our order. Keeping up with the orders means the cookies should be popping out but they are not. The cookies are delicious and very large. But be sure to allow time to wait for your order. read more

I absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookie - something about the classics that you just can't go wrong with!! It was crispy, soft, gooey, chewy, and delicious. What I would do for a nice scoop of ice cream with it (they ran out when I went). My husband loved the strawberry shortcake and said that was his favorite. I also got the peanut butter brownie and the turtle and they didn't live up to the hype. They were okay and I felt like they were missing something. The chocolate cookie from the brownie one was yummy but everything else in that cookie just didn't work. Def check it out! I love how they always have different flavors!! Tried this place out for the first time last night. I had ate dinner nearby and was craving something sweet. I didn't realize this location had already opened. There was a line when we got there but figured it must be good if people are waiting around for them. Super cute decor. Love the logo of the place, cute pink. Waited about 20 minutes in line and grabbing cookies total. I order a red velvet, lemon glaze, sugar, and chocolate chip. I was so excited because they look so good and they were massive. Not going to lie though not sure it's worth the hype. I paid 14$ for 4 cookies you think were created by God for that price. But they were really, really sugary. This is coming from someone who loves sugar, I have a problem with it. But this was a lot even for me. Felt like I was going to get onset diabetes from consuming them. I couldn't even finish a full one it was too much. But besides the sweetness the flavor was 4/10. I also get the name is crumbl but I hated how the cookies fell apart. Okay so picture it, it's a Saturday night around 10pm and you're posting reviews on Yelp and they suggest a local cookie place that's open till midnight!!! Yep you read that right. How is this possible when the city of Leesburg goes to sleep at 9pm!?! Lol You quickly Yelp it and tell your bf that he needs to bake the cookies we bought at the grocery store or take you to Crumbl. Soooooooo we pulled into the parking lot, lol, and it's situated in between Panda Express and Potbelly. Super bright and we are greeted by all the employees as we walk in. There had to be 77 people behind the counter making cookies. Lol They all looked like young teens who were baking on a Saturday night and having fun. It was such a cute, friendly, welcoming vibe. Anyways, the menu is brightly lit and samples of the cookies are on the counter. It's so easy to make a decision and order easily, which I like when I go to a place for the first time or hell anytime. I hate asking a million questions when I could just read and easily see pricing and options. We ordered the 4 pack which was roughly $15. The cookies are huge and they were all delicious. From what I've read the menu changes weekly sooooooo we will be back next week. read more

I will start at the beginning. This business came in with great fanfare. Lines are snaking around the building still a week and half after opening. These cookies are touted to be AMAZING! The first hiccup experienced was we tried an advanced order to be delivered. We were not allowed to choose the day of delivery or time. It assigned a day a week later and 8:00am. This was to be a treat for work. Alas, it was a day that 1. I was not going to be there to accept delivery 2. We are not even open at 8am I call the Crumble line and was told they COULD NOT cancel the order. I would have to wait until the day of the order (mind you they don't open before 8, so how in the heck am I suppose to call them?) and that they would not charge me before then. I login into my bank a few days later, Crumble has indeed charged me in advance despite being told they were not going to. So I call my bank and dispute it. Crumble agrees to the refund. All seems well, order should be canceled. Monday morning I am running errands and notice there are no lines and say what the heck, I'll pop in and get cookies. I get the most popular instead of flavor of the week. The most popular should be outstanding. Chocolate chip, sugar cookie, Oreo. The chocolate chip is so bland and boring. It should hide itself in shame. Any family recipe shines above it. Even tollhouse's recipe is better! The sugar cookie is incapable of holding it shape and falls apart. The frosting on top taste metallic. The Oreo is overkill in sweetness. There needs to be balance. I weep for the loss is what I am only assume is lack of home baking if this what people think is a good cookie. People need to pick up the phone call grandma and ask her for her recipes and learn to start cooking again so they will know what real homemade tastes like. Crumble is not it. Tuesday at 8:30 am rolls around and a door dash guy calls and says he has my order and wants to know what business to bring my cookies to. I tell him the order was canceled last week. He says Not, I have it.' I explain no, deal with Crumble, they have a very bad ordering system. read more

A high end cookie shop. Cookies are made in batches based on a schedule. These are huge truck tire big cookies, piled high with toppings. They are pricey, for cookies, but they are really well crafted. I am going to call out my favorites, which I can't guarantee will be on the menu when you visit. I love the Strawberry Shortcake and Red Velvet cookies, but there are some great choices that I can't predict! Side note: the ordering and menu system is very well realized-- touch screens and 100% electronic.
