Coffee: latte and psl very good, it's different. Staff is friendly very nice decor and there's a variety of beverages including cocktails and gelato ice cream. Breakfast burrito was fine. Will for sure be back.

Brew House Coffee is now a go to for me. They have a large variety of coffee for many different coffee lovers. I am so happy I found it just walking around Lodi. The first thing I noticed was I loved the decor with all the coffee items and sayings. I really like the openness of the shop and how much seating is available to go and read a book or meet a girlfriend to chat. They also had ice cream and pastries available that I will have to try next time. I ordered the Vanilla Latte with oat milk and it was so good! Creamy and just what I was in the mood for. My husband ordered the mocha and that was also good. I noticed they also served Nitro cold brew and the barista was kind enough to let me try it as I usually like sweet drinks but wanted to try the Nitro. I was really impressed with how smooth it was and might have to try that next time I go.

I haven't been to this place in ages. Gave it a try this morning since I was craving an iced caramel macchiato. Omg, it was made perfectly. Not too sweet, not too much milk, espresso perfectly strong...just perfect. They should name this the Goldilocks Macchiato instead

This place is in a beautiful location and the coffee here is really good. Iced coffee on a hot day is a perfect combination. Everyone was really sweet and super helpful as it was my first time. The place inside is really nice if you would like to do homework or just relax. I am looking forward to going here again when I'm in Lodi.

Passion Tea, Avocado toast and Turkey pesto panini on the patio!

Convenient place to grab something quick and light before walking around town. Everything was very reasonably priced in my opinion. The bathroom is for customers only. It's outside and up the stairs or the elevator and you get the key from the workers. Drink came out right away, food took about 10 minutes. It was pretty busy when I got there, about 9:50am on a Sunday. Plenty of parking this early in Downtown Lodi. The breakfast food selection is nice bc it's not over whelming. Burrito with egg and bacon or egg and sausage. A few paninis, avocado toast you can add meat or eggs to & then a good assortment of pastries!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Shake (from the ice cream shop side)

My review is for the ice cream shop side of the establishment. You can watch them make the peanut butter chocolate shake with real peanut butter! I was very impressed with the quality.

    rude girl

The food and beverages were excellent! We were greeted and rung up by a nice young man. But the girls working here were very rude. When we asked for a knife or refills they responded in a very annoyed fashion, almost like they thought we were interrupting their conversations. One girl specifically constantly has a negative expression on her face. It's not that hard to smile! Wish we could score it higher but the two girls definitely ruined the experience a bit.

I looked up a coffee place to try something new, was disappointed with this place, I asked for a Carmel coffee blended, yes like a Carmel frappe, and it tasted like water down chocolate milk... i got a coffee cake warmed up as well and it tasted like dry sponge. No flavor. The two girls working, not welcoming at all. Yes one said hi welcome in, but with the least energy anyone could have. Very quite. Either way I tried this place. And I won't go back coffee, pastry, and service was very blah. Thanks!

Super cute place to spend the day studying/doing work. They have everything you need: coffee, food, alcohol, and a comfy couch! The food is very reasonably priced and they actually have a very large variety of food like paninis, appetizers, soups. The service was also great. I will definitely be back here to try some more drinks (alcohol & coffee) and the paninis/breakfast burritos look really good.

Generally, liked my experience here! Ambiance: (5/5) I love the decor and seating. They also have chess boards which was a fun addition. Aside from the games, it is a great place to work. Price: (3/5) Seems a bit on the expensive side. Food: (4/5) I really liked the caramel macchiato with oat milk and it was nice that they have an XL size. It's not super sweet which I prefer. The pumpkin cheesecake muffin was good, but I definitely like the Starbucks muffin better because of the filling. Service: (5/5) Food comes out really quick

We noticed the mango and they said the mango paired well with their sticky rice. I had to pause. Sticky rice gelato?? I was definitely sold! So obviously we had to get the mango sorbet and sticky rice. We also got the mango and lemon meringue. Each cup came with a mini cone or a wafer and we picked a cone. The sticky rice and mango sorbet were like heaven. Literally heaven. I'm never in Folsom but I will need to come back for this flavor. The idea of making sticky rice into gelato was genius but then combining with mango was just next level. I will be dreaming of this flavor. We were enjoying it so much I never got to take pictures. That's when I know something is good. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were lots of regulars coming in and out. The store is also adorably decorated and clean. My wife & I also hired Aldo's to do the dessert at our kids birthday party our 1st year in Tracy as well, it was a huge hit. Hard to find anyone who doesn't love gelato. My favorite flavor overall since I've been going there is "cookies" They do a good job rotating flavors too. They usually have a few test flavors in their main display for people to choose. They also have a few keto flavors typically as well. They carry custard, vanilla or chocolate, and sorbets too. Lots to choose from. Rich, Michelle, & the crew are all super nice, and give great customer service & a great product. One thing this place is really good at, is being open. Local business we've noticed, close pretty early, or sometimes aren't even open when they say they are. If I go to Aldo's before 10 pm, I don't think I've ever seen them closed. Give this local family owned spot a try.

We made a brunch reservation for 11:30am, though we ended up ordering off the regular menu rather than brunch. That was the first odd note of the afternoon. Before the appetizers, they brought out focaccia with herbed butter, a nice alternative to the standard bread basket. The calamari appetizer with marinara and tartar sauce was fine, nothing memorable. My mom's eggplant parmesan arrived warm but not hot and cooled down quickly. The pizzas, a Funghi and a Margherita, were cooked well in the stone oven and were genuinely the best thing on the table, but they arrived warm and cooled down quickly, the same issue as my mom's eggplant parmesan. With the air conditioning blowing directly overhead, hot food didn't really stand a chance. The service is where things unraveled. When we were first seated, the manager came by and helped with my dad's walker, which was a nice touch. After that it went downhill. When my dad asked for something light, the waiter recommended the carbonara, a dish built on guanciale, grana, egg, and black pepper. That's not light by any definition. It's a basic gap in menu knowledge that does the guest a disservice. The menu also had salmon, ricotta toast, and eggs in purgatory. My dad also asked for red pepper flakes to go with his pizza and they took unusually long to arrive, so he had to flag down a different waiter to get them. The waiter noticed I was drinking my Bloody Mary slowly and offered a different version that actually tasted better. If there's a preferred version, lead with it. When I made eye contact to signal we were ready to pay, he acknowledged it but continued socializing with a coworker before finally coming over and taking my card, as if he was surprised we wanted to pay. When a customer is ready, they're ready. He took my card, asked if we wanted dessert, went to grab the dessert menu, then handed it back. Just hold onto the card. I'm paying with the same card regardless. Handing it back makes no sense. The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, with a full bar, outdoor seating, a small store at the entrance, and a vegetable garden out front. It's a great setting. Dinner service might be a different experience, but on this visit the dining room wasn't particularly full, which made it more noticeable that the staff prioritized socializing over the guests in front of them. For the record, the suggested tip on the receipt started at 18%. On the way out, two hostesses stood by and did nothing while my parents, one of whom was on a walker, made their way to the door on their own. Getting the door is common courtesy for the elderly. Pietro's has the ingredients of a great restaurant. The space is beautiful, the stone oven pizza is genuinely good, and the brunch menu has real potential. But a restaurant is only as good as its execution, and right now the service and the food temperatures are letting the kitchen down. They just need to meet it.

Although not cheap, the cup was packed with a generous amount. There's a decent amount of seating - and our parking spot had one hour before it turned into a pumpkin - so we could relax and enjoy the gelato. Wow, this is the real thing!
