It is very disappointing the last few times we have bought cookies here they are not fresh and warm like they used to be. We love crumbl, but it seems like it's not the same since they opened at least when they first opened the cookies after always fresh and warm especially when your passing almost $5 a cookie. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. I've visited Crumbl Cookies in Concord and the cookies were warm and delicious. When entering the establishment you were greeted with a welcome in. On Saturday, July 29, 2023 I visited the Lodi branch, no other customers were there, just two staff members, neither one said nothing, not even a hello. I ordered two cookies from the kiosk. It took at least 10 to 15 minutes to receive two cookies that were just sitting in the case (and they weren't warm at all) So all he did was get a spatula and put them in a box. No sorry it's taking longer than expected because I'm tired or whatever the reason maybe have been. If you want a tip I feel you should at least greet your customers and be friendly, I don't mind tipping as the salary isn't much these days for the young people, but that being said I will not just give my hard earned money to you and you can't even greet me when I enter the building. I will try one more time if I get the same treatment, I guess I will wait to get cookies from Concord.....they can teach Lodi Crumbl Cookies a thing or two about customer service. read more

Yum! My family and I enjoy trying the weekly flavors. Due to work I always go early and have never had to wait in line. The staff are friendly and pump each other up, it is good energy inside! Super good and people the cookies aren't raw they're meant to be soft in the middle which makes it super yummy

Unfortunately, I think our last visit will be our last visit. The first couple of times we purchased cookies, they were great. As of lately, each order we've placed, we've encountered a problem. On one visit, our cookies didn't have any toppings on them. Also, one of them appeared to have a bite out of it and was so greasy, we couldn't even eat it. We contacted management, and they offered us two free cookies as an apology. Those cookies were okay. One of them was the s'mores and the marshmallow on top was so incredibly hard, I had to take it off. Our latest visit, we ordered for curbside. After waiting for 10 minutes, the app miraculously said they were delivered. We waited a few more minutes, and still didn't have our cookies. My husband walked in to see what was going on and they had our cookies sitting off to the side and offered no explanation as to why they hadn't delivered them. The reason for the 3 stars instead of a 4 is because there's been a few times I have came and they are out of one of the weekly flavors. I ordered some cookies for my childrens teachers. My son wasn't feeling well so I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. After checking in on the app and sitting in the car for 30 minutes, we went inside to see why we hadn't received them yet. I told the girl that I had been waiting 30 minutes. She said she couldn't find my order. I showed her my order number on the app and she said she would have to go look it up in the back. Like I was lying? It was right there on my phone. A few minutes later, she came out with the cookies. Handed them to me and didn't say a word, then handed another customer her cookie, saying "I'm sorry for your wait". I don't expect much, but the least she could have done was apologized for the wait, since she did that with the other customer right in front of me. Their customer service is lacking and the female employee working on the evening of 5/5/22 was rude. I won't be coming back. Such a shame because the cookies taste great. read more

Writing this review on behalf of my boss whom I sent to the store to get cookies for an office celebration. He drove from Stockton and ordered a dozen (for the office) and one for himself to try. He received one box and assumed all 13 were in the box. He drove back to Stockton only to discover that the box contained only 12. He drove all the way back to Lodi with receipt in hand and was met with very poor customer service. The manager was rude and questioned him as if he were lying about it. The manager handed him the cookie (with an attitude) and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Needless to say, my entire office will be taking their busy somewhere else. read more

I always love going to this Crumbl. Tonight, however was different. I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order for pick up at 9:30pm. I get there around 9:45pm, my cookies are not ready. I received my cookies around 10pm, none of them were warm, and my boxes were obviously dirty and sticky with frosting. They also forgot to add syrup for all of the waffle cookies I ordered so I went back in. The two girls on shift, looked at me with a "what do you want" face. Worst experience ever. read more

TERRIBLE customer service! Wasteful policy! I had my order filled incorrectly, was at home and was told over the phone the manager said I needed to bring the whole box back from Woodbridge just to get what I ordered, did not apologize at all, for my time, my wasted gas. I have my receipt to prove I ordered correctly but was treated like I messed up without them checking it to see if they had. I asked to have the cookie they gave me by mistake since they were just going to throw it away and she said no we have to throw it away, you can't have it. The other cookies aren't warm anymore. Cookies are good but the employees suck. They're teenagers so it's obviously just a paycheck, but they should pretend to have some costumer service. I wasn't acknowledge and waited a few minutes. The girl that did help me was very rude and short with me. Loud rap music was playing so I could barely hear her and half of the employees had their mask below their chins. Yes the cookies are good and I'd even say worth the price but the staff at this location is really rude and won't let you know what flavors they're out of until after you pay. The cookies here are pretty good and we love trying the weekly flavors. Biggest issue we have is that on most occasions that we've tried the curbside pickup we end up having to call the store because the app shows they were delivered. Each time they say that they couldn't find us then bring them out. Today when I had to call, the staff stated that they couldn't see the vehicle and the cookies were ready though (we were pretty close and could literally see the whole store front, sidewalk included, from our car). I said ok thank you and thought they'd bring them. We waited a few minutes and watched the staff stand behind the counter, talking to each other, and helping the 1 customer inside. I drove up to the front and my daughter got out and walked to the door. One of the staff watched this and grabbed our boxes (I assumed to give to my daughter). She opened the door, walked passed my daughter and gave them to me through the window, barely saying a word. We got the brownie and peanut butter brittle cookies. Pretty good. read more
