When we arrived, one employee, Ariel, was preparing sandwiches for another customer. We showed our receipt and asked if we could quickly pick up our prepaid order since it was already sitting behind the counter. Ariel told us, "Your bag of chicken is right over there, but you have to wait your turn," and continued preparing the sandwiches. We also asked another employee beforehand if he could help us since it seemed like it would only take a moment to hand us the order, but he told us we also had to wait our turn before walking away to another department. I understand helping customers in the order they arrive, as I also work in food industry, but it was frustrating to see a completed pickup order sitting there while we waited for a lengthy sandwich order to be finished. A little flexibility or communication would have gone a long way. The interaction felt dismissive, and the customer service left a poor impression. 1 star is being way too nice.

It was more than a bakery, with tables to eat it, which we did. We had slices of flan, a sweet bread, a biscuit, and coffee. Everything was great, but what stood out here was the cleanliness and the friendliness of the owner and her daughter! They have a great assortment, and you could tell by the care they took for their customers that we were in for a real treat!!!

It kept me wired for the rest of our drive home. Not much to say that is different from any other location. The line wasn't too long at this location and moved fairly quickly. We ordered at the drive-thru so I cannot comment on the ambiance, but staff was very nice and chatted us up at the window while we waited for our drinks! I love Dutch Bros and I prefer it over Starbucks for multiple reasons! Leave me and my sugary drinks alone!

Very disappointed. After reviewing her photos and comments on Facebook, I decided to have my mom…read moreorder my baby shower cake from Nani's. I was impressed by the designs of her fondant cakes. We fell in love with one specific design she had posted on her Facebook. It was a baby shower cake with polka dots and a bow on the top layer. We placed the order 3 weeks in advance and requested for a layer of buttercream under the fondant with chocolate and fresh strawberry filling (and fresh strawberries) on the first layer, second layer white cake with strawberry filling (with fresh strawberries also). We were told because of the fresh strawberries and design of this cake it would cost $120 (pretty pricey for a cake to feed 30) so our expectations were high. On the day we picked up the cake, we noticed it looked a little plain. Come to find out, we realized she did not add the bow on the 2nd layer. We were guaranteed that the cake would be the same as her Facebook photo. Then when we decided to cut the cake and eat it for the shower, we discovered a very tiny amount of strawberries and no buttercream under the fondant layer. The strawberries didn't even have enough filling around them for a better taste. When I say tiny amount of strawberries I mean tiny. It seemed as if she cut 3 strawberries in the smallest amount of slices possible to spread out in the entire cake. It was a rip off. We also had a party of 50 people and a ton or cake left over. We even threw it away we had so much left over. Very disappointed and will be ordering from save mart next time!
