Crumbl's Colossal Cookies!! First of all, the name, Crumbl had me sucked in- - - cutest name ever! Walking into the store was so very aromatic with the freshness of the cookies. It's a quaint store with minimal features but has fancy-dancy technology. You place your order using a tablet on the wall then viola- within a matter of seconds the order is ready. Literally! It was so fast that I could not take it all in to see what else they had to offer. I had very little interaction with the staff to ask questions. It seems as if they offer a limited variety of cookie selections on a daily basis so the element of surprise is fun but if you want a specific cookie it may not be available. At the time of this post, indoor seating was not available; possibly due to covid-19 restrictions or perhaps it is not meant to be a dine-in experience. The cookies were extremely tasty and crumbl'd in my mouth. Although I ordered a variety of flavors, the taste of each cookie "base" was relatively the same as if the flavor came from the toppings only and not within the cookie itself. The pink packaging sets the tone for the yumminess inside and pops against the black & white decor. For a four pack of cookies, it was about $11- at first I thought it was pricy but for the size and rich quality it was worth it. All in all, Crumbl was a big hit! I will most definitely be a regular. Crumbl cookies are dangerously good. I find myself checking their website every Monday morning at work just to see what flavors they have for the week. That's the cool thing about Crumbl...you get to try a different flavor every week. The crappy thing is if you really enjoy a flavor you better get your fill that week because who knows when you will get it again. Back in December I ordered some mint cookies and they were the most delicious cookies I have ever eaten. By the time I went to order more the new weeks flavors came out and I have not been able to order them since. The chocolate chip cookie and sugar cookie are the only two consistent weekly flavors. The chocolate chip cookie is delicious but I could do without the sugar cookie. I do wish they were slightly cheaper. TERRIBLE!! first of all the cookies were LITERALLY RAW, like no joke! It felt like i was biting into play dough. When we tried to kindly tell them, the employees weren't really resolving the issue and were PRACTICALLY IGNORING US. Then the manager came out and tryed to resolve the issue that apparently the employees couldn't. The manager proceeded to tell us that that is how they normally are and that they bake the cookies all at the same temperature for the same time. Not a friendly location. Employees seem as though they don't like working there. Got the oreo mallow sandwich cookie and the filling was gray, gritty, and thin. Consistency of the filling was WAY off. Texture and taste of the filling was not fluffy or creamy as stated in the cookie's description. Wowwwwww these cookies are outstanding and you can taste that they use quality ingredients too. I ordered and paid online, parked and they brought the cookies out to me. Make sure you click the receipt link sent to you and click "I'm Here" so they know you're ready. I tried the pumpkin, peach cobbler, chocolate chip snd oatmeal chocolate chip. It's hard to choose because they are all awesome customer but i think my favorites are definitely peach cobbler and pumpkin. All were served warm except the pumpkin which was served chilled. This place is like the Jelly Belly of cookies. They absolutely nail flavors, from more conventional to totally weird, they all taste amazing. One criticism I have is that consistency can be an issue. The chilled "sandwich" cookies and the baked cookies themselves are great, but toppings/icing can be way off from the displays. Sometimes you'll get a cookie decorated like it's pulled right off their promo material, and other times you'll get one that's just off. Still worth trying them out though! read more

The cookies were yummy. I got the new flavor Oreo and after I bit into it, there was something weird i was chewing on. I pulled it out washed it off and opened it up(it was in a ball).. and it was the butter wrapper the size of a quarter.. after that I threw the rest of my 4 pack cookies away, didn't wanna take a chance. We loved Crumbl. When you go in-- they have ordering panels on the wall and you pay there. The cookies are huge. About 4-5 inches in diameter and around half an inch thick. We got chocolate chip, an all chocolate and cinnamon swirl. They were fresh, hot and the right amount of gooey. The cinnamon swirl cookies which the swirled icing on top taste a lot like a Cinnabon roll which is awesome. read more

Overall I had a great experience at this yummy new cookie location! When I first entered however no employee greeted me or said anything directly to me or explain how the process worked. I did figure out on my own now you use the iPads near the front of the store to complete your order. You then pick up your order at a different counter. The cookies were absolutely incredible and they had such a fun variety! My husband and I enjoyed all four of the cookies that we purchased.
