I arrived near opening time the bakers and workers were busy baking and packing I requested no icing, since let's be real, icing ruins the cookies - Crumbl, I am not the only one who feels this way I asked, is that my order being freshly packed? Can I have some of the cookies with no icing as requested? The gal looked back and said...'those need to cool' My reply, what about those on the line, waiting to be iced? Can I have those? No, she said. They are being iced. Again I replied, I have requested no icing, I see there is a way to help me out with that request, I will wait for curbside and hope you can figure out how to make a few of these sans icing To no avail Sent a message through my app No response I'll be back, since the cookies are just really good...well, at least those with no icing!!! read more

The Sierra Center location in Lutz is conveniently located and they have a clean restaurant. Tons of parking. This is a grab and go type of location so there's no seating. They also offer a quick and easy iPad ordering station so you don't even need to wait in line to order. The app is super easy to use and I'm so glad my husband told me to download it. Finally got around to see what all the hype is about. There was a line out the door but it moves quickly. You can order curbside in the app otherwise you order on a kiosk inside. These are not your average boring cookies either. The flavors change regularly with the classics always available. I ordered brownie galaxy, sugar and cookie dough. Cookies were ready almost immediately! Some are served warm like the galaxy but the sugar and cookie dough are served cold (probably because they are topped with icing.) Cookies are also large in size. I will definitely be back to try new flavors. Worth the wait. read more

In these troubled times one of the few things that we all can agree on is that mint and chocolate is one of the most glorious food pairings of all time. I was beyond excited to see that not only did a place in Wesley Chapel sell a mint chocolate chip cookie, but also that they would deliver them! The cookies from Crumbl Cookies were much larger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I appreciate that they're willing to experiment with unusual cookie flavors. For example, today they have cornbread cookies and coconut lime cookie. Can't say I've ever seeing those offered before. Be aware that some of the cookies come with a healthy dollop of frosting so if you're planning to keep them around for a few days before eating they might not be the best choice. The cookie I ended up liking the best was the one with peach frosting, which was a surprise. As for the mint chocolate chip cookie to be completely honest I could barely taste the mint. If you would have just handed it to me and told me it was a regular chocolate chip cookie I would have believed that without a doubt. I wasn't a fan of how the delivery was handled. It's great that they partnered with Doordash, but Crumbl doesn't show up on the regular DoorDash website. You have to order through the Crumbl website, which means I had to pay the full $10 delivery fee instead of getting my normal discounted delivery fees as a DoorDash DashPass subscriber. read more

This is the 2nd time I've been here and they were sold out of everything. There are only 5 cookies on the menu. How do they always fall behind? No way can all of cookies be sold out at the same. They need an organized manager that can handle the turnover. They should provide the time of when the next batch of cookies will be ready on their order screens as opposed to saying "sold out". I love that this place opened up in Wesley Chapel, we needed new spots to go out and have a treat. They have really come out with amazing cookies. The experience is also great it is super easy to order and I have never waited too long to get my cookies. I sometimes go for their chocolate chip cookie but when I go around 7pm they say they are sold out. This has happened a few times and it's weird to me that they run out so early. Tampa doesn't have much in the gourmet cookie arena. Our best cookies are really the couple of cookie delivery services (unfortunately they only do deliveries once a week). The idea is that crumbl has a weekly rotating cookie menu so they only have 6 flavors at a time. Unfortunately, that means during busy times, you get to deal with a lot of sold out flavors. In two visits, I've yet to be able to try the cookies I've wanted to. For the cookie, only dirt cookie was avaible. The consistency and flavor is more brownie than cookie. They use a frosting on top which worked well with the cookie. As a brownie or even a cupcake, this would be pretty good, but not really what I would call a cookie with how soft/cake-like it is. The heay emphasis on frosting makes me think that the rest of their cookies are very similar. I was hoping crumbl would be able to provide great gourmet cookies anytime. Sadly, I'm still stuck looking for a cookie brick and mortar that can hit that spot. read more

Purchased a party box and was disappointed by the grease stains in the box and sort of messy look today. I think a paper liner under the cookies is missing. If I was buying a single or 4 pack for my family at home no problem, but a $40 party box is for special occasions or gifts, extra care needs to go in to packing them in my opinion. read more

They had amazing cookies and their flavors were so different and delicious. They were very big in size and it's crazy that one cookie has 7 servings. I love that they come out with new flavors weekly. The only disadvantage to this place was that they do not offer any vegan cookies and if the cookies aren't stored properly they get very stale. Got the party box with 12 cookies. Pretty pricey if you ask me but the cookies are large and very thick. One cookie would be good for two people. By the time went they only had a limited amount of flavors available. I got chocolate chip which were so warm and gooey, biscoff lava cookie butter which were so rich, sugar cookie was not my favorite, funfetti was ok. They also give them to you warm. Instead, I ordered, oreo, sugar, chocolate chip & lemon: Oreo: the best of the 4 but not good enough to justify returning or the price Sugar: the worst of the 4 flavors. I'm puzzled why it tasted so bad. Maybe, bleached flour?? Too much salt?? It had an odd flavor. Lemon: not sweet enough but just enough lemon flavor Chocolate chip: too salty, not sweet enough & they made the mistake of only using milk chocolate chips as opposed to both milk & semi sweet chocolate. Crumbl's Colossal Cookies!! First of all, the name, Crumbl had me sucked in- - - cutest name ever! Walking into the store was so very aromatic with the freshness of the cookies. It's a quaint store with minimal features but has fancy-dancy technology. You place your order using a tablet on the wall then viola- within a matter of seconds the order is ready. Literally! It was so fast that I could not take it all in to see what else they had to offer. I had very little interaction with the staff to ask questions. It seems as if they offer a limited variety of cookie selections on a daily basis so the element of surprise is fun but if you want a specific cookie it may not be available. At the time of this post, indoor seating was not available; possibly due to covid-19 restrictions or perhaps it is not meant to be a dine-in experience. The cookies were extremely tasty and crumbl'd in my mouth. Although I ordered a variety of flavors, the taste of each cookie "base" was relatively the same as if the flavor came from the toppings only and not within the cookie itself. The pink packaging sets the tone for the yumminess inside and pops against the black & white decor. For a four pack of cookies, it was about $11- at first I thought it was pricy but for the size and rich quality it was worth it. All in all, Crumbl was a big hit! I will most definitely be a regular. TERRIBLE!! first of all the cookies were LITERALLY RAW, like no joke! It felt like i was biting into play dough. When we tried to kindly tell them, the employees weren't really resolving the issue and were PRACTICALLY IGNORING US. Then the manager came out and tryed to resolve the issue that apparently the employees couldn't. The manager proceeded to tell us that that is how they normally are and that they bake the cookies all at the same temperature for the same time.
