Our family was excited to come try the Benson Boone cookie. Loved the music, stickers, and cookie. The staff (2 employees) completely ignored us. We ordered on the kiosk and even when she brought the box over to show us she said absolutely nothing until I asked her a question. Then there was no "enjoy" or "have a good day". I honestly think had I not asked a question it would have been total silence. That's just basic customer service. I can understand having a bad day, but BOTH employees? I didn't say anything and when we got in the car my 13 year old mentioned how awkward and unfriendly it felt in there.

I love Crumbl Cookie and I was happy to see this location open! Recently I ordered a holiday special which was the Willy Wonka red velvet cookie. It came out right away and it was soooo delicious! I wish I had gotten two.

Yikes What happened I ordered the big box of a dozen cookies Lots of people milling around waiting for their cookies apparently they bake as you wait At least 5 people working preparing cookies I need to add this information because it bothered me a bucket of raw eggs right next to the register at front Finally got my cookies after waiting over an hour They were pretty enough Got them to their destination and most of the cookies were undercooked almost raw inside. Maybe the cookies are good but my pink frosted circus cookie was too undercooked to eat

    Yummy Flavors every week!

I don't want to rate this place too low because I love crumbl cookie in general but this location isn't like the others. They've been open for a while now and it's still Not organized. Don't even bother with the app, I've actually gotten my cookies faster ordering there than ordering ahead on the app. The cookies are always a hit or miss. They're either on point or sloppy, guess it depends on who is working that day. Found a hair in one of my recent cookies... which was a bit of a turnoff but whatever. I rather just make the drive to clearwater crumbl cookie which sucks because this one is literally 2 miles from my house.

Crumbl Cookies in Westchase is conveniently located at the corner of Sheldon Ave and Linebaugh. The app makes it very easy to order, and their cookies look delicious. I'm told they're delicious too. The service is great, but they're a bit on the pricey side. I would have liked to see 1 gluten-friendly cookie option. This is the reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

Have been here a handful of time , it's usually very crowded with a line going out the door. Every week there are four new cookie flavors. With chocolate chip cookie always being on repeat. We usually come by and try all of the new cookie flavors , a box of four cookies is around 14.50. This review of based on Customer Service and consistency. There are recipes for cookies so I'm not sure why the flavors would be inconsistent. Sometimes the cookies are good , sometimes not so much. If you come in at 11 PM and they close at 12 AM you will not get any customer service. You will get glared at like you are bothering them. Understandably a bunch of high school kids working with no management. And if you're still at the register for a few minutes there will be no service. I eventually figured to go to the kiosk if I wanted to order cookies. All of the cookies were either rock hard or undercooked. A couple tasted like it has been sitting out all day and definitely was not warmed, as chocolate chip usually is. I would say the outlet location is much more consistent. As another reviewer said there is no direction or quality control with the foot traffic at this location. There is a very small waiting area. Online orders, walk-in's, and customers waiting on their orders are all jumbled up with no direction or much space to stand. When the cookies are made fresh and correctly, they are delicious. Unfortunately I do not want to take my chances again with a $4 cookie. I would rather to get boba :)

Cookie making in progress.. 10 minute wait for molten lava cookies

New cookie shop in town, and right down the road from me. That could be dangerous. Attached to the adjacent Wild Fork store... on the linebaugh side. Easy enough to find. Walked in, quite a few people present (16-20 people). Small customer area... not well planned in my opinion. Turns out about half the people there were waiting for cookies to be made, the other half waiting to order. Line moved decently fast, though. Ordering is easy... Staff is friendly, although seemed a bit flustered (and that could be due to the lady in front of me, who first was on her phone when time to order, and then could not make up her mind!)... but staff handled it nicely. I ordered 2 molten lava cookies, 1 peanut butter cookie, and one milk chocolate chip cookie. I was told there was at least a 10 minute wait for the molten lava cookies, which I said was fine. Got my cookies are a short wait, and they are in this long box. I was on my motorcycle... and I was hoping the box would fit in my saddle bags. Nope... didn't fit, so one Molten Lava got a bit squashed. That is ok... I figured it had volunteered as a TEST cookie, and was eaten first when I arrived home. Cookies are served warm (and some are served chilled, LimeAde for instance). Actually were pretty hot.... very soft. But got them home safely except for the one casualty mentioned earlier. Molten Lava - more like a slightly crispy brownie than a cookie, and stuffed with molten chocolate syrup! Very tasty! These could be addictive! Peanut Butter cookie - kind of soft and seemed partly raw inside. Aroma was better then the flavor... but still ok. But probably won't order again. Like eating slightly gritty mush... bleh. Milk Chocolate Chip cookie - soft, but tasty. I do prefer a dark chocolate to a milk chocolate... not into the super sweet stuff. But a tasty cookie. Still seemed raw in the middle... but a lot of people like the cookie dough type cookie too. Me, not so much. I did cut up some cookies for my Yelp research, and tried to get pictures of the cookie interiors... and the less cooked parts are pretty obvious. Prices are pretty high. 4 cookies cost me $15.12 with a 15% tip. I sure they will be very popular with the majority of people... just kind of average to me, though. But then I bake cookies the way I like them, rather than buying them... usually at least. It was time for a Yelp review so I did it! :)

Crumbl Cookies is hugely popular these days. Glad there's a location in the Westchase area. Be sure to order ahead or go during the off hours or else the lines can be out the door! Overall, I love the rotating selection of cookies that they have. You can find your traditional cookies like chocolate chip or oatmeal but also get pretty unique flavors like caramel peanut. The shop is small but bright and inviting and aims for efficient movement of people. Overall, solid place to go for more unique cookies and a good option if you want to gift something unique to someone :)

Variety of cookies: Confetti Cake, classic Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Brownie Batter, and Passion Fruit

Crumbl Cookies have been opening all over Florida, and FINALLY the Westchase location is open for business! Crumbl Cookies serves a rotating menu of 4-5 decadent cookie flavors each week. The cookies are HUGE, bigger than the size of your hand! Their classic chocolate chip cookie is available all the time, and honestly, it's one of the best CCC I've ever had. I got a box of six cookies to try most of the variety. I got chocolate chip, Confetti Cake, Brownie Batter, Passion fruit (featuring popping pearls), and classic oatmeal. These cookies are best eaten warm, where the bottoms are crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy. My favorite flavors are the brownie and oatmeal, as I do find the frosted cookies on the intensely sweet side. Crumbl Cookies also offers ice cream half pints so you can eat your cookies a la mode! There are numerous ways to enjoy their cookies, such as pre-ordering on their app, delivery, catering orders, and direct shipping. Not only are these cookies delicious, they are easily accessible. I will definitely order more Crumbl Cookies, as they are soo good for dessert and make excellent gifts for friends.

Delicious fresh cookies ! So thankful they are located closer to me. Friendly service & highly recommend. Plenty of parking spaces and overall always nice & clean.

It was their Opening Weekend, so lots of people. I would've left a little mad only because they were flooded with customers after we put our oder in and there was no place to sit with lines out the door, so we told the cashier we'd be back in 10-15min. After walking to Sprouts. We returned to pickup our order except someone took our cookies or the orders weren't placed...luckily fresh cookies were just taken out of the oven and we got it shortly. I ordered Mom's, Hazelnut, Red Velvet & Mango. After they put the cookies in the box, they opened it back up for us to inspect. Mango Frozen Yogurt icing was my fav. - very sweet and fruity. All of the cookies are fairly large, great for splitting for 2-3 people. Parking can be tight and order ahead option available. Personally, 3.5/5 for me.

Ok so this may not be a popular review but I am not impressed. For as old as I am I still like to have cookies with milk. You cannot dunk these into milk because they are still very doughy. If you held the cookie at one side and held it up it would fold over and drop on the floor. We ordered the macadamia nut, chocolate chip and the sea salted toffee which were good but would have been better if baked longer. For $4 a cookie I expected more. Now there were lots of people there so the odds that they also write a review are high so please read other reviews as well and then decide if you would like to try them out.

I am familiar with Crumbl Cookies as I have enjoyed them at other locations. This one in my area recently opened so we gave them a try. Like other reviewers experienced, the four cookies we received were inconsistent in terms of being fully cooked or not. We did order two of the same flavor and shockingly, one of them was well done and the other was still very doughy around the edges. Still a work in progress at this point so give them a few more months to get things down before giving them a try. We will be back in a few months and I will update my review then.

This is a true authentic French bakery, no doubt in my mind. The iced salted caramel latte is the best I have EVER had. I could taste every flavor and it blended with the coffee perfectly. The ham and cheese croissant was so flakey, the perfect ham ratio and just all around fantastic. The pastry I got had raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache (I don't remember the name of it) and it was seriously the best pastry I've ever had. Most pastries can be too sweet, but this was just right. The jam tasted fresh and homemade (probably is!) and the white chocolate ganache gave it just a touch of sweetness. It is a little pricey so be warned: $48 for two coffees and two pastries. Definitely worth a splurge!!

Even though slightly crumbly, still yummy! I also bought butter cookies, sold by the pound. Those are relatively ordinary; I'll skip those in the future. Next time, we are carrying Cuban sandwiches home! I really wish I carried them home. I was having Cuban sandwich withdrawal. This location is older but functional; there isn't seating. Paris Baguette has EVERYTHING I love. Cake. Latte. Bread. Pastries. What more can a woman ask for???!!! I was already swooning over the photos and menu options seen on Yelp and Google, but TASTING is BELIEVING and now I'm so glad that I can say it's everything I hoped it would be. It's like a little piece of Paris right here in Tampa! (I've been). So I've come for cake, stayed for latte and quiche, and because why not, threw in the salad so that lunch and dinner is taken care of, too! Okay, first off...what I got. The quiche is light and airy, and is basically a croissant with quiche filling instead of a quiche slice. I love croissants, so this was a nice treat for me that I could hold in my hand. The Salted Caramel Latte I thought was pretty unique, because yes, there's a PRETZEL on top of it (which I plucked off and ate the first thing when I got it. It was a decent size too, not too filling, with a good variety of veggies such as cukes, carrots, tomatoes, on top of mixed greens with Korean beef, which was the only heavy thing on the salad so you don't feel weighed down. It's great to know if you're watching your waist line or caloric intake, Paris Baguette has you covered with no problem as the nutrition facts are listed on the menu so you can make an informed choice. It's EVERYTHING I could want and more and I must ask WHY ISN'T MOCHA CAKE MORE OF A THING NOW???? The sponge cake was light and airy like a coffee cloud as was the buttercream, not too sweet, rounding out my whole meal in nice elegant, finish. The shop itself is cute, but Muffin and I ate outside since the outside area is dog friendly. It reminds me of those open-air cafes in Europe, especially in Paris, elevating my lunch experience with my dog. The staff is super nice and welcoming on approach, too.
