I've never met a Crumbl Cookie I didn't like. The Fudge Brownie is moving to the top of my cookie billboard, while the pumpkin is sliding closer to the bottom. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered online, and my cookies were removed from the oven as soon as I arrived.

I'm a fan of some of Crumbl's cookies, but I had to highlight the cakes--specifically the strawberry cake this week. I was hesitant at first (a cookie place doing cakes?), but I gave it a try and was genuinely impressed. It was moist, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. Honestly, they're starting to rival Nothing Bundt Cakes. That said, the customer service at this location has declined. I keep coming because it's the closest, but it doesn't have the same friendly vibe it did when it first opened. A smile or simple greeting would go a long way.

Did not have the car delivery so went inside. Had to wait a bit. Always good cookies.

Is the hype real behind the famous Crumbl Cookie? I think it depends on the week and the flavors they are serving. I love how the company introduces four new flavors every week nationwide. It's a great way to keep customers returning when you offer something new. This week, they offered a cookies and cream and butter biscoff cookie that caught my attention. The cookies tend to be thicker and have a stronger layer of toppings. The cookies were very sugary I was only able to take a single bite out of each one. I always check online to see if the flavors interest you; I have seen some weird options. The service is simple: You order everything using an iPad and then wait until an employee calls your name to hand you a delicious box of goodies.

I always tell myself not to indulge... and yet I find myself here or ordering it. I like tThe flavors this week were great, and honestly, you can never go wrong with the classic chocolate chip. It's just so good every time. If you're wanting a sweet treat, just go ahead and treat yourself hehe

We were nearby having a sushi lunch and decided to stop by here for "dessert". Family had told us about their cookies and how delicious they were and the place sounded intriguing. It's completely takeout. You wait in line to order and pay and then pick up your cookie(s). The selections available that day were posted on the wall behind the counter. There wasn't anything that appealed to me, specifically, but we decided to buy just one. My husband likes ginger snaps and we got one in that flavor family. You can tell that it was just okay by the fact that neither of us can remember the exact name of the type of cookie it was. They put the one cookie in a box by itself. It was big, but not huge as we'd expected. And for the size, it was pretty expensive. In any case, we are glad we stopped by. Now we won't feel like we are missing out on anything.

30 people waiting for orders. This in only about half.

Lots of people baking cookies, but no one fulfilling orders. This place is a mess. No supervision and no one providing direction. Management needs to wake up!

Not sure what kind of cookies
    Sindy C.

These were delivered to me yesterday. I would have been disappointed if this would have been delivered to someone from me. I have no clue what kind of cookies and the over all presentation was not nice. The pink cookie looked like someone have hands all in it. The box was left on my dirty porch not in a bag.

Do they make custom made cookies too?

I'm sure they do with stipulation since some items are only available through catering. You'd have to calll and order a bunch

You truly can taste the passion for excellence in every bite. It's right there in The Krate, off I-75 at SR 54 in Wesley Chapel. There are limited parking spots along the street out front and ample parking just steps away. The adorable little shop has only one or two tables inside but there are several cute outdoor tables. When I walked in, around 9am on a weekday, it was so bright and cheerful inside. The woman who took my order was very nice and made good recommendations. I ordered the gorgeous croissant a l'emmental and a beautiful berry pastry. I wish I could tell you I ate one there and took the other home for the next day. But that's not what happened! I got to the car with the second one and savored the whole thing right there. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to enjoy both of them popping fresh. They were melty and so incredibly delicious-and I so appreciate the obvious talent and care baked into each one. They import butter and flour from France, which makes a difference, too. Oh, what a perfect little jewel! I can't wait to go back!

I opted for the twelve (12) mini cupcakes for about $24 and one six (6) gluten free mini cupcakes for about $15. It was a bit pricey but felt it was going to be worth it. Delivery came on time and the delivery driver was kind and very aware of the mini cupcakes, so they weren't ruined. While I understood we were getting a nice variety for the twelve minis, we couldn't pick or choose as we ordered online and it was being delivered. When received we did received a nice assortment but it would have been nice to see what were the flavors, maybe a sticker on bottom so people knew what they were getting. The cupcakes were really tiny, literally bite size. Decorated nicely. The frosting was over powering which made it super sweet. The cupcake itself was a bit dry and no flavor, which I guess was good cuz then it truly would have been over the top sweet. I don't want to knock the cupcakes or the business as I see her cakes are amazing but for the price it wasn't the best cupcakes. They left everyone lacking. As small as the mini cupcakes were they didn't go as quickly, normally desserts are the first to go. Just a bit disappointing, but I am optimistic and next time on an occasion I will try the cakes. And hey if you want try out the mini's - they may agree with your palette and flavor.

We went to Latte Vino and I had high expectations. I've watched their social media so I was looking for what I saw. We had Latte Flight which is 4 different Lattes. Our flavors were Toffee Nut, Salted Caramel, Mocha, and the Coconut Vanilla Matcha. Flavor wise was ok. Kind of watery but the flavor came through. We also shared a piece of the blueberry lemon loaf. It was delicious. Super moist. My granddaughter also had the chocolate cake pop that she enjoyed. This is a really cute place. Nice vibe. Can't wait to go back. Side note: back to my expectations. The Flights that are shown in pictures is not what we got. No cold foam or whipped cream. It was disappointing because that is what I saw and really wanted to see and taste. I think it would have add to the taste and the esthetics of the lattes. Bummer for sure. Editing my review: Thank you Laura for your reply. You definitely have made a difference in my review. The staff... both the guy with the tablet who took my order while I was in the drive-thru line-and the gal at the window-were so warm, friendly, chill and helpful. I'd go back just to bask in their positivity! But kindness isn't the only thing on the menu. There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different! Hello new year! This knocked "the usual" on its head. I'm not sure that it will end up being my favorite offering here, but yeah... here's to shaking things up! I also tried the rainbow bagel-which was pretty and tasty. I liked the chew. Next time I'll try the strawberry cream cheese with it. There are filled croissants, too... but I forgot to ask about the flavors-and you can get mini donuts, too. White Duck was founded by a couple of Seattle transplants, who wanted to bring the "two windows in a shed" model of Pacific Northwest coffee shops to the Bay Area. And that's exactly what this is-a drive thru-no indoor seating-and I didn't see any outdoor tables, either. This is grab and go. But there's parking behind the building, if you want to sit and savor a bit. The shop is way up on North Dale Mabry-near Van Dyke-on the east side, right next to a Wendy's. It wasn't busy when I first got there but there at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, but it soon picked up. I can see why... it's so convenient and the staff is so nice. They really stand out. I can't wait to stop in again and try more! I read on the website that the owners lost a child to cancer and part of the proceeds from each purchase goes to research. Well now I just have to try all those 75 flavors! See you soon, White Duck!
