Stopped by because I was curious to try their Dubai chocolate brownie. I tend to like crumbl cookies though they do skew sweet. I came in around 6 pm on a weekday, there was plenty of parking and no rush in the shop. I ordered on their screens, and my order was ready almost instantly. The place is clean and nice, looks like every other crumbl. Good place to stop by for a quick cookie! The brownie itself was great, I would recommend whenever it's in stock. read more

Second time trying Crumbl at this location and giving it another shot. The service is quick! After having it for the second time, this style of cookie just isn't my first choice. It's thick, crispy on the outside, but also a bit dry. It's dry like it was maybe reheated too much or an older cookie. And personally I'd prefer a more buttery softer cookie. The cookies at this location are delicious and always made well but the stellar customer service is what sets them apart! Victor & Angie are so helpful, kind, friendly & accommodating. It is always a pleasure to get cookies from these two. Recently, they were out of an item needed to make a cookie I ordered and Victor called me to let me know they would have it the next day. This is a review on my second time at Crumbl's Milford location. Crumbl had a recent promo giveaway on the new Thread's app. I had just joined Threads and was excited to participate in their branded scavenger hunt. I guessed one of their first special cookies was their midnight chip. It got me one free cookie! I follow Crumbl's social media to see their weekly reveals. I was excited to see they had a lemon cookie. I checked the nutrition facts and to my dismay it had cream cheese in the frosting. (I'm lactose intolerant) I decided to get my next favorite the semisweet chocolate chunk! I arrived after securing my order on their crumbl app. You simply hit I'm here before you walk in and they prepare your order! I love the Crumbl crew all greet you as you walk in. The store looked bright, clean and welcoming! I took a picture of the week's offerings they openly display on the counter. I know from the cookie descriptions that the strawberry shortcake crumble has a strawberry filling. They had one of those cookies wonderfully displayed as a "money shot" with the filling visible. Smart!! The crumbl crew member asked me my name and quickly got my order for me. They thanked me and told me to have a great day. How can you not with smelling cookies baking and having a warm cookie packaged in their cute, recognizable pink Crumbl box? 5 stars! Will probably be back next week ;-) read more

My family and I love to look at the flavors for crumble every week. and when we on a cookie, which is usually the most famous one. always out of it and whenever we call to ask if they are going to make more, they always tell us yes but then when we go to the store and try to get it, they always say they're not making which is a real inconvenience because we live 11 minutes away. And whenever you walk in, no one even greets you, and sometimes when you stand at the register, waiting to order the staff takes about five minutes to come receive you. I would not recommend coming here. The service is not good. read more

Location was busy yet pumping cookies and customers in and out like no tomorrow. Very clean spot and friendly staff. Even had the mail lady waiting on cookies !! Overall our cookies were great. The Pink velvet was really good and the blondie was loaded with white chocolate. People talk about them not being cooked but they are cooked with a slight softy center. As compared to other crumbl locations I've been ordering from, this one is far superior. It seems very organized and the wait is not as bad! They seem to keep the line from getting too long (unlike Fairfield). Basically you order and then wait outside since it's so tiny inside. The cookies have been quality, you get what you order. Crumbl cookies are expensive but that's across the board and standard for all locations. I think it's worth it, I tend to buy 4 because it makes them a little cheaper per cookie and we always share them so we could try all the flavors. Staff is friendly, you can tell their all new but they are friendly and helpful, doing their best! read more

Best cookies in the world. The way they make this product and how the market it is simply genius, and their cookies are simply fantastic. Service sometimes is a little funky because they tend to get crazy busy on weekends and the lack of personnel is evident. Worst Crumbl location I have ever experienced. Despite entering to an empty store and full staff, and coming to pick up an order, I waited for more than 20+ mins and had to ask the staff myself. I was not greeted, and despite waiting by myself in a fully staffed store, was looked at blankly w/o help. The team of 5+ were congregating in the middle of the shop just talking and made no move to assist me. Shortly after, the store was flooded with customers- many also waiting till the store. I have ordered online two times at this Milford location, and each time I went in, the cookies were not ready despite being there at the time the app says they will be ready. Also, you walk in and nobody greets you. I had to flag somebody down to ask for my cookies the other day and I assumed he was going to get them and I see him in the back texting on his phone. After 5 minutes, another employee comes up to me and she has to put the box together. What the hell is the purpose of online ordering when they are never ready? My absolute favorite cookie shop. I hate that they're local now because I want cookies several times a week.

Not up to par with what I'd come to expect from Crumbl. We started getting weekly cookies when the North Haven location opened and loved that they were warm and delicious and beautiful. Because the Milford location is closer, it makes more sense to get our weekly fix from them. But we haven't been as impressed with their level of service or the state of the cookies. The butterfinger cookie is a good example of this for this week. The toppings always seem to be a bit skimpy. The m&m cookie was slightly underdone. And when we would pick up from North Haven, the warm cookies were always warm. I've never had warm cookies from the Milford location. The staff welcomes you, but doesn't seem to have a set person to help, so you may wait a few moments to receive your online order. Also some confusion with the app because it never says the order is ready and places you at random spots in line despite the store being empty. (But that is probably the app, not the location.) We thought this would iron itself out in the first few weeks, but there seems to be no improvement in cookie quality, which is the biggest consideration writing this review. read more

We got to crumbl at 9:26, and the store was not busy at all. We stood at the 'order' register waiting to order. There was all of 4 workers and none of them acknowledged us. After about 10 min a few more people walked in and that's when they all said "welcome to crumbl" but none of them took our orders. It was then we had figured we need to use the self checkout. A MUST is a sign saying to use the self checkout or something to guide costumers in the right direction. Once we ordered our cookies we waited. But then someone walked in and the girl took them at the register! So we were confused why no one acknowledged us nor took our order. To note Good customer service, typically you take the customers who are in store opposed to those who Uber eats/ door dashed it. Also a side note an additional worker was on their phone in the back and was not helping at all. Needless to say we've been to better locations who prioritize better and we will not be returning to this location. read more
