This week's line up of cookies/cakes was preeminent! Each week I am checking the second I find out the new weekly flavors and deciding on which ones I am going to go to first! Well this decision for my friend and I was a no brainer never saw there was a chocolate peanut butter cup cheesecake!!! There were many options took into consideration like the nilla bean cupcake cookie that made me wonder if it tasted like a vanilla wafer, the cinnamon crunch cookie that being my favorite cereal, and the North Carolina lemon pie! There is something about their fruity tartness I love!! That being said we will certainly be back tomorrow to get another batch of these as well as a 3 pack of the mini cookies! We absolutely love this location the workers are so nice my best friends son loves to get up close and personal with the cookies on display and the girl working is always totally chill about it it's really sweet! FYI... I just wanted to let you know that I had a decent size catering order (60 individual cookie boxes) and there was no means of bringing them to my truck, no offer of a bag and/or box. I had to take them out on a cookie tray, as I had dropped a couple upside down. You should have said something via text and/or email to please bring your own way of carrying your cookies to your car, better yet your place of business can offer you a bag or a box for the amount I spent on your cookies. Absolutely ridiculous.... I ordered the 6 pack of cookies at 6:49 PM and I received confirmation that the order was placed and my pickup time was 9:20 PM (over a 2 hour wait) Please reference photos. I arrive and park by 9:19 PM and I respond to the text, "HERE" as that is what is asked of you when you place an order for pickup. I send my daughter in at 9:21 after the text was sent to show them' "hey we are here!" It is now 9:47 PM almost 30 minutes later than my pickup time and guess what? No cookies yet because they aren't ready, so we are still here because now I have invested driving here and waiting 30 minutes already that I don't want to leave but this is horrible and I won't be coming again. For the inconvenience my funds should have been refunded and the cookies should have been at their expense. read more

Cookies are amazing. But today the service was not. I walked in, guess I should have ordered online ahead of time. Anyway, ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies, and they only had about four of them available and now I'm waiting for more of them to cooked. Kind of feel like that's something you're always gonna have ready and available. Now I'm waiting 20 minutes for the cookies to cook so it puts my day behind. Obviously, if I'd order them online ahead of time that probably would've solved the problem but I didn't know that was gonna be an issue. I had an issue with someone using my rewards and asked him to help me with it, he said, "sorry there is nothing I can do, call corporate " then I asked for the number ans he have me a wrong number. You would think he would have offered a discount or a free cookie considering I had enough rewards to get one (before someone used it) ..but nooo l. Horrible customer service for a "manager ". The Hubbs and babes were out cruising in the jeep to get out of the house and spotted Crumbl, $20 later they returned home with a large pink box which contained 4 cookies! These are jumbo sized specialty cookies. Erring on the side of caution, the Hubbs got 2 Classic Chocolate Chip and 2 Pecan pie. As soon as I got home I cut 1 of each flavor cookies into 4 pieces and we each had a quarter. The size and sweetness of the cookies you really can't eat more than 1/2 a cookie in one seating. The cookies are pretty and have a homemade taste but aren't the best I've ever had. They're very good, quality ingredients and taste like they have the same basic cookie dough with added toppings and flavors. Dough is crisp with a crumble and not too sweet to allow for toppings. I would definitely get this over a specialty cupcake but then I prefer cookies to cupcakes. If you like the soft sugar cookie type cookies you'll love these cookies. As for me, I prefer the thin crispy type cookies but I sure wouldn't turn them away! Not a destination location, but if I happen to be near a shop, I'll stop in to try a different flavor. read more

The cookies were great but service was horrible at this location. Walked in and no one bothered to greet me or ask my name for my DoorDash pick up. Six other customers walked in and not one greeting was received. Staff avoided eye contact and kept going about their business behind the counter. About 10 minutes went by of them calling out names and handing over boxes before I had to speak up "I'm just picking up my DoorDash order!" One of them went to get the tablet to search for my name and the order (already 40 minutes in) wasn't even ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes before the 4 cookie box was completed and rudely handed to me with a "What was your name? Oh, here you go."
