Staff is always nice, waiting area is always clean. They are generally pretty quick with orders. A bit disappointed with today's visit. One of the cookies I purchased does NOT look/taste like the picture (they normally do). This one is missing ALOT of the topping. Which is what makes the cookie, giving it the flavor it should have. Never heard of Crumbl, but was bored browsing food places near me on Yelp (anyone else do that on their down-time?). As someone who lives kinda in the outskirts with no Target within a 5 mil radius, tend to plan my shopping trips to hit as many new places as possible within one trip. With that, I decided to try out Crumbl since I was craving something sweet. Located in the large shopping plaza off Countryside tucked between a Michoacán snack store and a T-Mobile, Crumbl is like the cookie version of Sprinkles. Specialty cookies served in pastel pink boxes - flavors change out every week/month I believe. I ordered the following: Pineapple whip sugar cookie White chocolate macadamia cookie Sea salt hazelnut cookie Chocolate chip cookie First, the cookies are pretty large. About the size of my hand from palm to finger-tip. Second they are a little pricey. Third, of the ones I ordered, only some of them tasted really good, the others were basic or not my style like the pineapple whip. Overall, it was an OK experience. I've definitely made better cookies. BUT I will probably return if one of their weekly flavors intrigues me enough. read more

As someone who has lived in Utah for two years it is nice to see a familiar Utahn favorite here in Turlock! Count my excitement when I noticed their grand opening sign. This location is located next to the Buffalo Wild Wings in a busy plaza where a large portion of the shopping stores are so shouldn't be trouble to find parking. The place itself is very nice with a modern look. You can order on their tablets by the entrance and they will have it ready within minutes! The cookies here are pretty good that can have any cookie fanatic screaming in pure joy. The textures can vary with some being very soft, or others in a more "crumbly" texture with a cream on top. The flavors that they depict is always spot on and never ceases to amaze me. With some tasting better than others, you will most certainly find something to your liking. The staff here are all fairly young and it always surprises me how many workers there are for one cookie shop. I guess that shows you the work and dedication that goes into this establishment! If you follow their Instagram you can see their new weekly menu as it constantly changes. So make sure to do that! read more

Let's start with the Milk Chocolate Chip, all cookies are served warm, it is a moist decadent chocolate hug that sweeps you away to Chocolate Chip Land. The Strawberry Poptart is like a current blast from the past and you do not have to wait for the toast to pop. Sugar Cookie is overall a great cookie but in my opinion does not hold up to the other 3. It might be because it is served cold. The best cookie I think I have ever had was the Buckeye Brownie. It's a YES for me ! My favorite is the chocolate fudge this week. I also claimed my free birthday cookie (I got toffee), definitely a different taste than I expected but it wasn't too bad. Really sweet but I liked that the cookie was cold. I love how fast we get our cookies. We're literally in and out of there. Walked in and was serviced quickly. They have all their cookie flavors at the register so you can see what they look like before purchase. The menu is listed above as well, easy to read and understand. Quick service, ordered a dozen and believe I waited less than 5 minutes for my box of cookies. Ordered all of the flavors in my box. The birthday cake was very good, the frosting on it was right on. Chocolate chip did not disappoint nor did the frosted sugar cookie. The cookies are large enough to share or cut in half for later. The flavor is rich, surprisingly I couldn't eat half a cookie in one sitting. Pricey but worth if for the serving size. The only negative I would say is that it's loud in the shop. Really yummy cookies and fast service. They are pretty pricey for cookies but portion size is always really large. You can for sure share a cookie with at least one other person. Their unique weekly flavors are generally really great. I like that they are creative with their flavors even if it's not the best tasting cookie it's still so nice to see the different weekly cookies. I have been coming to this Crumbl since they opened it! This is such a good spot to come grab a warm or chill cookie depending on what flavor you get. Really fast service whether you order online or on their kiosk or at the register! The staff is real friendly! Nayeli took our order and she did amazing and informed us on the flavors of the cookies for the week. It was very clean inside and it was quick to order. I ordered from the little kiosk they have in store. Unfortunately they didn't have the 6 cookie option so i settled for the the 4. 1. Lemon Glaze: this is definitely a fave cookie of mine. It tasted similar to a lemon bar and it was not overly sweet. 2. Sugar: if you are a fan of almond flavored you will enjoy this cookie! 3. Snickerdoodle: this was delicious! I thought the frosting would be too much but it was perfect! 4. Brownie Sundae: It came with a cherry, chocolate fudge, and whipped frosting. The girl with colored hair (maybe pink?) doing curbside had a disgusted look on her face as she was taking orders out. And last time one team member yelled at another in front of guests. The last few times I've been there I sit and wait while the girls chat it up. I am also a little concerned with the young ladies wearing plastic gloves and touching the time clock screen with them on and then pick up a cookie. I've seen them also on their phone with the plastic gloves. OMG y'all, I finally made it inside a Crumbl location. We're on our way to my Sister's and it just so happens that we pass through Turlock -YEEEESSSSSS! We walked in and were immediately greeted when the door opened. There were several pleasant young ladies working away. We interacted with Sadie, Sirene, Cynthia and I believe there was another young lady as well. Bestie and I split a party box (doz) 5 choc chip, 3 PB bar, 1 choc molten, 2 cinnamon swirl and 1 sugar. Okay, so our Sis Kim tasted the choc chip and instantly fell in love. She then ordered a 4 pk insisting of 2 choc chip, cinnamon swirl and caramel popcorn. Bestie says both PB and molten lava were DELICIOUS - I gave Brother who decided to wait in the car a choc chip and found myself again out of the car and back in line ordering a 4 pk of just choc chip for Brother. Overall, Crumbl has a good product and as this was my first time inside ordering for myself, I must say I was pleased with the customer service and suggestions received from these lovely young ladies. Went during the grand opening. Was hearing all the hype about these cookies and knew I had to give them a try. After checking out all the flavors, couldn't decide what I wanted to get, so we got a variety. The cookies are very large. Even finishing one cookie was hard. As for flavor, my husband, myself and our 2 girls weren't thrilled with any of them. My husband has a huge sweet tooth and has eaten his fair share of cookies and these just didn't do it for him. Just came to say the Mini 3-Pack was super dry and no comparison to the reg cookies. Doesn't even have the same taste either tbh, id Just buy the reg cookies lol not worth the hype. Regular cookies r so yummy + addicting. These mini cookies were a solid 1.5/10 because of dryness and lack of taste.
