Ordered through the app at 2:00 for a 4:00-4:30 pick up. Walked in at 4:30 and was told what I ordered was not available, they were just starting to make the cookies, and the wait time would be long. They offered to replace with other cookies then preceded to help other customers, make batter, clean up, all while I waited. Twenty minutes later, they started to box my order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time at this location where the service has been subpar. I can not recommend this location. read more

This week's line up was GOOD so many delicious options they have and I LOVE when they have the cheesecakes! I had to get one myself! It was a classic strawberry one and delightful! The cookies are always good! I never get to really interact with the staff much because I always use the kiosk to order but I have never had an issue with service. The store is always very clean. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 in because sometimes the cookies can be sloppy. Crumbl has delicious cookies. Only down side is that they change the menu weekly so if you find one you really like you gotta wait and hope they come back on the menu. The ladies that work there are always so friendly and apologize for the wait even if its only been a few minutes since you placed your order. Their store front is quite, cool and smells of delicious cookies. I wish there was one closer to my house but I try to pick some up when I come down to the area. read more

Last week, the flavors that I chose from, were 2 Milk Chocolate Chip, Triple Berry Cobbler, and Peanut Butter Brownie. The chocolate chip was pretty good, the size of the chips are my favorite part, they are nice and BIG in size! The PB Brownie was the star in my eyes, it had a surprise, hidden peanut butter inside the cookie! The Triple Berry Cobbler was dry, and felt stale when I cut into it. Very disappointing, the flavor was good, but paying over $4.00 a cookie, it should be fresh! (We bought the 4 pack box, at $16.49+tax). The service was good, they had four people working and it wasn't too busy. When they had a moment to take my order, the first employee answered my questions about a previous order, so I could get the names of the cookies correct. The second employee held the door open for me on my way out. Very sweet! I did not interact with the other employees, one was bringing boxes in, while the other one was making cookies. The ambiance was alright, but the counter where I picked up my cookies wasn't exactly clean or spotless, there was some jam or something sticky and some of it got on the outside of my box. My all-time favorite cookie that Crumbl has is the Caramel Popcorn! It is a nice mix of sweet and slightly salty! Last time we also tried Peanut Butter Blossom, and French Silk Pie. Both are good! I like Crumbl over all. My family isn't as impressed. I can understand that they are expensive, and yes I wasn't happy that one of the cookies were not fresh. Wait is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of placing an order ahead of time and putting I'm on my way to then sit at pickup for 30 minutes as "second in line" for someone to come out and tell me half of the cookies I ordered THIS MORNING are now not available and won't be ready for another hour and a half. Straight face unhappy employees offer no apologies, just a "we can issue you a refund". This is bare minimum, this does not make the situation right. I placed my order hours prior, trusting you to help make Valentine's sweeter for my employees and kids and it's clear we're just a replaceable number to this store. This is the second time this has happened, got no response when I filled out a server from the first time. I definitely will never give the opportunity for this to happen a third time. read more

Slow. As. Heck. Holy cow. There only one guy in the front taking his sweet time with no sense of urgency like it's a Sunday morning. He's folding boxes like it's a work of art. Barley even making cookies. While I guess there two or three other girls in the back not helping. The screen has over 10 orders and I been waiting for over 30 minutes for one cookie. This was not worth the drive here. And on top of that there's a lady there who seems to wake up on the bad side of bed every morning. Resting b face rude and cranky. I seen her before as well. They are all slow and act like we live our lives around them. Another customer next to me just yelled to the girls in the back if they are going to help. read more

ofc this has got to be the most darling choice of colors and design for these magical cookies. The girls working were super sweet & all were busy doing something. Having said all that... I almost had a heart attack when she said $5 per cookie!!! I only wish the cookie had semi sweet or dark chocolate chips. The milk chocolate is just too sweet after a few bites. But other than that... these definitely are my perfect dream cookie. I guess the price will keep me away from eating these often. read more

I only come here when my friend needs to get her Crumbl cookie fix. She loves Crumbl! I do not. To me, the cookies here are just OK and way overpriced.
