Very friendly staff and delicious cookies. Some are a little too sweet but others are incredible! There is something for everyone, although they are a little pricey. The milk chocolate chip one just tastes off to me, though. I have tried it at another location and thought the same thing- maybe because it's too milky and not chocolatey enough...I am weird, I know. But just my opinion. Definitely give them a shot, but checkout the weekly rotating menu online to ensure they have flavors that sounds good to you. read more

UPDATE...We finally gave Crumbl another shot this past Thursday. We did a walk-in order and let's just say...we were pretty impressed. The shop was full of people waiting for orders, and we placed our 6pack cookie order, literally only waited 5 minutes (if that).The employees had wonderful teamwork and got everyone's order out quickly. Crumbl in New Braunfels.....yeah! My kiddo loves their cookies but I've never tried it before. Stopped by for the first time and we were in and out in no time. I did order online so that helped a lot. We ordered a 4 pack box that included chocolate chip, chocolate cupcake, triple berry cobbler and the classic pink sugar. All flavors were warm except for the classic pink sugar which was surprisingly cold and my least liked flavor but my kiddo's favorite which worked out well for my husband and I. We ranked triple berry cobbler as the best, followed by chocolate chip, chocolate cupcake and classic pink sugar. The location is right next to Tia's tacos. It's logo is easy to miss so when you see Tia's, you know you're in the right spot. They change their flavors every week so I'm going to have to workout harder before the new flavors come out. read more

Crumbl is quickly becoming my favorite cookie place in town! This new location is on Hwy 46 in New Braunfels, next door to Tias Tacos. They offer a rotating menu with new cookie flavors each week, debuting every Monday. The cookies are large, with a perfect thick doughy soft center, and creative hipster flavors like dulce de leche, s'mores, buttermilk pancake, cake batter, caramel popcorn, raspberry lemonade, & much more! Most of the flavors are covered in frosting, but honestly they don't need it and in some cases it makes them over the top sweet. So I usually opt for the cookies without frosting like s'mores or milk chocolate chip. The s'mores is my current favorite. Highly recommend buying a box of six so you & family can try a variety of flavors. read more

I had never had a Crumbl Cookie their new store opened in New Braunfels, and wasn't sure how a cookie store could generate so much excitement...but I'm a new fan! My favorites so far are the original chocolate chip, the chocolate cake cookie with cookies & cream icing and the pink iced sugar cookie. Before getting one, I thought the price was high for one cookie, but they are a nice size that can easily be cut in half (or quarters) to savor the cookie for multiple treats. The folks in the store are very friendly. I also love the app with the opportunity to see the weekly flavors, order in advance and just pop in the store for your pickup. These are a soft "cakey" cookie so if you like your cookies crisp, you may not enjoy them as much. (My husband thinks the warm soft gewey middle means the cookie isn't done - but I love them that way)! read more

I've been waiting for a Crumbl Cookies to open here! I'm so happy they have too! Though let me say this week's flavor are not all that great! The warm cookies I ordered weren't all that warm either like they had been at other locations. That's A okay though the flavor was there and that's what counts! Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean. Felt like it had been there for years too lolll oh and watch out for cinnamon cookies they make all your other cookies taste like cinnamon too. Ordered from the in store kiosk, 6 pack of cookies, first time customer so trying each one. By the time they call my name, I had already heard they were out of Vanilla Bean so I thought I was ready. But now, now they didn't have chocolate chip either. I asked to change my order from the 6 pack to the 4, since they only had 4 different types of cookies. She went back, repacked the 4 in a smaller box and said thanks. Like I was leaving with 4 cookies when I paid for 6. No ma'am.
