Their cookies are delicious! They have everyday flavors and new flavors every week. You can conveniently order online ahead of time and pick it up. The store front is small but clean. Ample parking in the strip mall. I've had the normal size ones and it's just too much cookie. These are the 'mini' cookies which were perfect size in my opinion. When I brought some to my dentists office for their staff they used "out of this world" to describe the cookies. The price. Though. It's just a lot. It would discourage me from Going more frequently for sure. And I couldn't find any promo codes either. But definitely recommend if you're bringing as a gift or to a gathering, they were a hit! read more

No issues what so ever. Entered and was greeted. That's awesome. She was very helpful. I made a mobile order so I expected it to be ready upon arrival. It wasn't ready yet but she had it done within 5 minutes of being there! Store looked fine. Nothing out of place was decorated and menu was posted on the screen. The carrot cake cookie was amazing!! The cake is soft, moist, and fluffy complimented by the perfect amount of sweet cream cheese frosting. If you like carrot cake, this is a must try! I believe the total was $5.98 for one. Customer Service 10/10, associate was very friendly, Cleanliness 10/10 it was spotless the day I went. Plenty of free parking at this location. Me and my two friends went to crumbl today we got the 12 pack of the mini cookies we tried every single one of them and it tastes absolutely nasty and disgusting!! I suggest not going there unless you a soggy gross cookie. The workers there did not talk to the customers at all! read more

Ordered in person today 12/31/25. No greeting upon entering or when waiting (which is ok) but this is what I was given and the employee didn't show the cookie as they always do. I checked my order in the car and this is what I received. A cold, hard cookie that looked horrible. I returned to the store and the female employee asked me "what's wrong with it?". I have to admit these "cookies" are delicious. The flavors change every week and are consistently creative and decadent. Their marketing model is fantastic hitting all major social media and targeting mostly teens. The presentation and packaging are impressive. They make for a popular gift to bring if invited somewhere. You'll be hard pressed to finish an entire cookie (they are more like individual cake pastries) especially when they are clocking in at over 700 calories each which is well more than a Big Mac! read more

I knew these would be expensive so I waited until there was a week with four cookies I really wanted to try. When I first drove up I was intimidated by the long line outside. Decided to walk around before circling back. On my 2nd attempt, there was only one customer and one employee line-minder outside. I also noticed they were limited the customers inside so the two self-service kiosks and single counter with one cashier would not be overwhelmed. With this setup, I would expect even a long line would move quickly. I am familiar with the Crumbl ordering model so used the self service kiosk. Ordering was simple. Each cookies was about $4.86 - just under $5. About 90 seconds after I placed my order, my name was called and the employee showed me the cookies in the box. They looked perfect. I took the box and went outside - it was so quick and surprisingly fun! The box was nice and warm in my hands. The limited customers inside and quick turnaround time after ordering avoided what I call the dreaded "Starbucks crush" where a huge crowd hovers around the pick up area. Crumbl was surprising fast and efficient. On to the real test: taste. I ordered the classic chocolate chip (baseline measurement), chocolate cup cake, dolce de Leche, and s'more. Let me say these cookies are really big - about the size of a man's fist. I ate mine about 90 minutes after ordering it they were still super super and chewy with a slightly underbaked quality. The chocolate chip was pretty basic, nothing to write home about but an acceptable classic cookie. The s'more was a chocolate chip with two toasted marshmallows and graham cracker crust. Definitely a leveled up version of the classic and the marshmallows were perfectly toasted. I went crazy over the chocolate cup cake and dolce de leche. The chocolate cupcake was a soft vanilla sugar cookie with rich dark chocolate icing. The DDL was incredible as well, with a hit of cinnamon sugar and smooth caramel icing. I split each the 4 cookies with my husband it it was way too much - felt incredibly full and had to call it quits on the last few bites of DDL. The Crumbl menu changes weekly to entice you to visit frequently, but it was a little too rich for me to consider such frequent trips. Order a single cookie to split for my birthday in a few months? Definitely. Finally, every employee I encountered was super friendly and enthusiastic, from the line-minder to the cashier I passed to the box presentation. It was Chik-fil-a level nice and everyone was smiling. It was very disarming and the experience didn't feel rushed or frantic, despite how quickly my order was processed. Thanks, Crumbl. On the cookie spectrum there are Tate's cookies which are thin and crispy and Crumbl at the other end has cookies that are thick and soft. If you like soft bake style cookies you will like Crumbl a lot. I prefer Tate's style cookies. Note - the calories listed for each cookie are for a serving size of the 1/4 of a cookie. If you eat a whole cookie it is 4 times the calories listed on the menu board. The store is open late which is nice. read more

I went to this crumbl cookie located by me for the first time ever. I placed my order on Grubhub at least 30 minutes prior to me getting there. When I arrived they told me after 6 customers received their order and placed them after me and about 10-15 minutes of me standing there with no help they informed me that they didn't have the raspberry cookie I ordered that I paid an extra $1.49 for. They also were in the back laughing and joking around while the orders were clearly piled up being that it took me 30 minutes longer to receive my ONLINE TAKE OUT ORDER. The man had an attitude they didn't even know who was running the register with about 7 people working on the floor it was ridiculous to be honest. I've never had a problem with any food place. They wanted me to reorder my whole cookie order again after they refund me for the whole box who says I have time or money to be doing all of that. They were so unprofessional and unorganized my cookies was salty as hell for one and they still never gave me my $1.49 crumbl needs to do better now I see why no one goes there lol. read more
