Paris Baguettes as a franchise has achieved a gold standard that whichever location you walk into, it's only the shop's size and other geographical aspects that change but the quality of what they sell and the customer service always remain high. I went into this location with my family today just for a slice of strawberry cake and it was good as usual. The place was ambient, the staff were welcoming and the service was good. This is probably the smallest of the PB locations I've been to but have absolutely no complaints to make. The parking is pretty large too considering where this bakery is located. read more

High quality ingredients, a little on the pricey side but totally worth it. Low key gives a Manhattan vibe based on the quality of food and the whole set up, you def don't feel like you're in a north Brunswick strip mall in Central Jersey. My friend and I were in the area and decided to stop by to see if this one looked different from the one in Edison. Interior: They have seating inside of this bakery and looks like it is good for college students. They have one section where they make the frosting or desserts when you walk in. Menu Items: This location is smaller and does not have many options to choose from. The Edison location seems to have a wider selection of the menu items. The Staff: They seem friendly, but they do not smile, nor do they greet you when you walk into the bakery. Strawberry Short Cake: We bought one slice of the strawberry short cake, and it was delicious. The taste of it was on par as it should be with the strawberries being fresh. Overall: We might come back and visit again if we were in the area again. Otherwise, I think we are good with the Edison location as they have more variety of cakes, bread, and other menu items. read more

This shop located in the North Brunswick shoppes, like other Paris Baguettes, has a wonderful selection of pastries and sweets to choose from! It's clean and staff was attentive. Not as large as the one in Edison, however, I do like how you can watch the piping work on the cake done by their staff at the front window. I actually stumbled across this establishment today. They have a variety of desserts and cakes. They also have a variety of croissant and pastry items oh and also sandwiches. I purchased a croissant, a sandwich and a matcha latte. The latte I didn't care for it tasted very artificial. The croissant was good and the sandwich I had later in the day was just ok for me. I've been to several Paris Baguette locations in the tri-state area and the flavor is consistently consistent so I can only comment on the actual place & the service. Love Paris Baguette as a whole but this location is garbage. The Edison one is 20 minutes away and a thousand times better, location and quality wise. Came here early afternoon and they were out of so many things. Very messy presentation. Very cramped location. Kept having to move out of the way for staff trying to restock but they were struggling. The guy working the register was rude and just not understanding me. I wanted the brewed hazelnut coffee on their menu for $2.19. He was trying to charge me for a regular coffee with hazelnut syrup ($2.19 + $.69 flavored syrup) and I kept explaining politely that that's not what I wanted. After a few back and forths, I pointed it on the menu but he said we don't have that brewed one. He still looked like he had no idea what I was talking about. We told him for we wanted our food for here multiple times and he kept saying to go. The twisted sugar donut was stale, oily and not good. The long coffee danish was okay, it had a mild coffee flavor. The apple turnover was great. The coffee ended up being fine but not what I wanted. The iced tea was very light and bland. It was under brewed and watery. They didn't have a lot of the things other PBs have like the chocolate brownie (my fave). read more

I love this place it's so good. You walk in and grab a tray and pick whatever pastries you want. I have also had their iced lattes and iced cafe mocha. First off, you can't walk past this place and not step inside. Very inviting.. I was really impressed by the lighting, the decor, the open presentation of the goodies. I think we almost lost it when we first made it in. Yes, there were some tables that needed attending to... I hope that they did get to cleaning them after we left. I really need people to understand that they have to CLOSE the sliding door of the pastry cabinet to keep unwanted pests out. Common sense is not too common, I guess. Options were beautifully presented and made your mouth water. The jumbo twisted donut was delicious, pistachio mochi donut had just the right amount of bite, but really didn't taste of pistachio at all...my daughter enjoyed her matcha macaron... but said that her pumpkin spice latte didn't have any sweetness and tasted of only milk and cinnamon. This establishment is very different than most Paris baguette, it seemed like the workers were very tired, I have worked in a paris baguette in 2016 before and it's very tiring due to management. I also heard someone scream in kitchen, very scary due to ptsd in military school . The food made my stomach upset mostly the bread. The ambiance was bit weird the vibe was like upsetting you can say. A sign said it was made freshly I don't think it was. I ask for iced milk latte I got a cold brew. And the espresso dark chocolate did not taste like espresso just regular dark chocolate. I was thrilled for this location to open it cut down my travel to Edison. However every time I stop in here I have to explain for 10 minutes why my 10 pastries need a larger box. The fact that I have to ask for the boxes is a nuisance. I'm spending over $60 I should not have to argue or discuss the size boxes I need. Then to be met with an attitude because I'd like the meat pastries boxed differently then non meat is ridiculous. Please work on making this a quicker experience.
