Stumbled across this place while looking at the map and glad I did! Stopped by on a Friday night around dinner time and they had a ton of people working to bust out fresh cookies. They rotate 5 flavors every day so check their website. They also have them at the register. They also have chocolate chip every day. 4 stars because even though we kept it level, we were driving and had to stop fast so the cookies slid and each cookie had the frosting from the cookie next to it, on it. It was fine but that's why no pics. Need to work on a better box for travel. We ordered the 4 pack and had (in order of fave): Iced Oatmeal - EXACTLY like the flavor of our childhood (IYKYK) it's what I was hoping for. It's served warm. It was soft with a little bit of bite with the oatmeal. Not super chewy. Snickerdoodle - Nice cinnamon flavor. Lots of frosting but it was so light and fluffy. Served Warm. Nice and soft. Blackberry lemon - Not much lemon. Has a fluffy frosting (maybe blackberry? It was faint but a nice flavor. A HUGE dollop of blackberry jam. Not tart, perfect balance. Served Warm. VERY soft. Falls apart but that's ok. Chocolate Chip - good cookie but nothing special. Served warm. Nice and soft. read more

Amazing! Easy order at the kiosk when you walk in. Delicious cookies. Today I got banana cream pie, peanut butter, oreo, chocolate chip and sugar. So good had to eat one in the car on the way home. Ill be back... FOR SURE! YUM! read more

Crumbl I'm general is always a win with the delicious recipes. However, coming from someone who runs a successful business I have to say customer service will almost always out weigh customer satisfaction. Stopped in today to order a warm skillet cookie during slow hours since I have experienced this one selling out before. The staff didn't ever acknowledge me, when they brought me my single cookie nothing was said until I said have a nice day and it wasn't even warm. All around a disappointing experience here. So this was a hard rating to give. I could have gone three, cause they don't always hit for me or I could have gone five for creativity. I feel four is about right. My kids like to get these weekly, and I'll dabble, but my favorite is the regular chocolate chip. I really don't need all the extras, they are nice, but sometimes a bit much for me. All that being said, I think I've only had one cookie that did not hit at all, for the most part you will be happy. read more

Oooohhh those are some big cookies! And, they bake them right there - crackin' eggs and stuff! They are also baking away as well - you can see the whole process. The cookies are yummy, gooey and nicely flavored. They will give you a warm cookie if it is supposed to be warm - hard to live with that in the car and not eat it right then and there! Get your wallet out - they aren't cheap - but they are HUGE and do freeze well. (And taste delicious even when frozen! ). They also have ice cream which looks delicious! Mmmm good! read more

I received a Crumbl cookie box for my birthday. It was delivered by a lovely man. Looked gorgeous in a pink box, birthday message and sticker, tied with a bow. 4 gorgeous cookies inside: blueberry, pink icing, chocolate chunk, and cookie dough. These cookies are Huge! So big that eating one cookie at a time is too much. This box will last over a week. The only problem is that the cookies feel like they aren't cooked through. They are so thick and dense, no crisp. I do not like them! I really wish I did. I took a small taste of each. I do not like this doughy cookie genre. If you do, go get 'em. I just like a crispy snap when it breaks cookie. read more

Don't expect stellar service.. don't mind waiting...don't even mind cookies being cold or a little dry on some days but when you ignore a customer who has been clearly waiting ..just not cool...Get that dealing with customers or public all day can be tiring but at least acknowledge a waiting customer instead of blatantly ignoring. Know the tall female working saw me at pick up counter as she handed order to the customer next to me but she didn't even say a word as she saw me and slowly turned right back around. Would have been hard to not see that I was there too as I had toddler with me. I was left clearly waiting and no other customer present in waiting area. Would have just left if I hadn't already placed my order on the app. Guy up front busy mixing or adding something to machine saw that she dismissed me and he dropped what he was doing and came to help while she was standing and chatting to a lady mixing in back. A simple hello or a simple be there in a moment or have you been helped would have been nice. I did open boxes to check to see I got correct cookies in my car.. at least I got the right order but left not wanting to come back. read more

This location put me off CRUMBL. I used to like CRUMBL and have enjoyed them in numerous locations throughout the US. I opted for the Northbrook location since parking was easier than the Chicago location . The cookies were not fresh- more stale than anything . Something was off about their staple chocolate chip cookies. I could smell something that was reminiscent of milk powder which I have never experienced before . I've ordered from this location twice and unfortunately both times I had cookies that were underdone. I ordered the frosted sugar cookie both times ... the first time the cookie was raw and the almond extract was overpowering. The second time the cookie was cooked perfectly and there was a perfect amount of almond extract. I suppose they are doing me a favor because I am less likely inclined to stop by frequently. read more
