I've yet to step foot into a Crumbl with bad service, and the Petaluma location is certainly no exception. Everyone is super friendly and helpful--which, given the creative cookie flavors and weekly rotating menu, is kind of a must. Since they're so fast assembling the orders, there is hardly ever a line so you can typically be in and out in less than a few minutes. Although we've enjoyed a couple of the cookie flavors, we find most of the time that they are cloyingly sweet, to the point that after a couple bites you just feel absolutely sick. It's also really hard to get over the fact that you're paying about $5 per cookie! Lastly, although it's clearly noted that the calories are "per serving", they don't necessarily go out of their way to make it easy to find out how many servings per cookie. Hint: it's a lot! Hopefully none of y'all thought a 6oz cookie was only 140 calories! read more

This is a go to again! For sure, no doubt! Lemonade: Mmmmmm, a little too dough-y for me, but once again, nailed it with the lemonade flavored icing. Brownie: Okay, just okay for my taste; very, very, and I do mean VERY rich cookie; good, but rich, and I'm more on the light end of cookies. Also, this is a HEAVY cookie. The two kiosks were occupied but the employees at the register were quick to pull people to put together orders and payments. The larger Crumbl cookies are as advertised, oversized cookies with crunchy outer edges and soft insides. A four pack as shown is enough to feed two adults and four kids with some to spare. The area has plenty of parking & an amazing sushi place next door. A more expensive dessert but at roughly $16 for 4 pack, some tax/fees plus tip rounds out to $18.96 for us. In looking at costs, the serving fed our 6, so just over $3.00 per serving isn't a bad deal to get a variety of fresh baked cookies. Crumbl is pretty amazing. Huge soft and warm cookies that you can share (or not). Their menu changes weekly but I think the chocolate chip stays every week. I could be wrong so don't @ me. I've done the drive up a few times and the order ahead and walk in via the app. Get the app it's really simple to navigate and use. When you pull up they walk out in a minute or two with the warm cookies. I usually can only eat about 1/4 of a cookie, they are massive. pay attention to the calories because a serving is usually 1/4 or sometimes 1/6 of a cookie. My personal favorite is the chocolate chip or the lemon cookie. The cookies are all perfectly decorated and taste amazing. The employees are super friendly. Super nice. Tip them, they deserve it. Since my last visit I went back for another try of their new flavors, I had the chance to ask if the cookies could be bought without the icing/toppings. The cashier told me some cookies are sometimes available as they are being made, so if thats the case the team could prep it without the toppings. This week they have twix & rice Krispy inspired flavors & you are damn right i got them :3 OMG! the rice Krispy is not a cookie just the bar made into a cookie shape but SO FRESH & not overly sweet! Im in LOVE with it! I need to go back & buy all their inventory ^____^ Twix was also amazing but a bit sweet for me! Ahhh!
