I like the cookies here. I prefer the ones that arent loaded with frosting though. The biscoff & lemon are my favs so far.

My friend and I went to get cookies on the 14th and the cookies tasted fine until we got to the middle. The middle was super underdone and we started to feel sick. We both threw up later that night and traced it back to the cookies we ate. The outside was cooked the middle looked almost completely raw. Super disappointed crumbl used to be our go-to. read more

With all of the hype surrounding Crumbl...we were very excited to try this. They did disappoint...but time. Not only where the cookies almost an hour late after having placed our order a day in advance but they were also so dry. Practically inedible. Unfortunately, we would not order again. I am so disappointed. Ordered first thing in the morning for a noon delivery for an employee that is leaving. An hour past delivery time requested and still not out for delivery. Trying to reach the store to cancel, and I've been number 3 in line for 20 minutes. Still waiting. This is not the first mishap with this location. In December I ordered in the morning for a 4:00 delivery. It never got delivered. I called and finally got ahold of someone. They said they had to cancel my order because they had too many orders. I was never contacted and placed my order at 9:00 AM!!! This is ridiculous. You should list available times for delivery if you cannot complete the order ontime!!!! read more

Terribly disorganized and poor customer service. Only 4 flavors available so ordered a party pack of 3 of each. The person behind me orders the exact same party pack of 3 of each of the currently available flavors. That individual gets their order first because they dropped some of the cookies in my order, makes no sense why would have to wait longer when exact same order. Then while waiting more people line up to order and the person ordering doesn't want to take the orders and nonchalantly tries to direct someone else to take the orders, but no one hears nor takes over so a line builds up while the person running the register walks away. read more

I just moved here from Austin, where I went to Crumbl all the time. I thought I'd try it up here in Plano. What a mistake. I encountered some of the worst service I've ever had. My wife and I ordered cookies. We got there when they said they'd be ready, and I was told that one of the four cookies would not be ready for another 20 minutes. After waiting around for 20 minutes, I went back. Then I was told a different cookie I had ordered was not available. This was a full hour after we had ordered. There was no excuse for such poor service--it looked like they had at least ten people working. Everyone at the store was frustrated. I ended up just getting a refund because we were so frustrated and the employees didn't even seem to care. Just an awful experience. read more

I honestly dont know where these bad reviews came from. Every time I have went to this location the service and cookies have been amazing. Just today they were out of a cookie I ordered. Most people just shove in a random cookie. They called me and were so sorry and asked what flavor I wanted and it truly just made my day for someone to care like that. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an online order. Ordered box of cookies to be delivered yesterday for a party. Afternoon delivery time came and went with no information. Tried to call several times to get a status but it just goes to voicemail. Then last night around 11 pm I got a text that they were preparing my order. That was the last of it. Order has been finalized and I never received anything. Ran to grocery store last night to get last minute cookies for the party. Now I guess I need to go to the Plano location tomorrow to try and get my money back. I understand staffing and Doordash issues are common these days. But why not just disable the online ordering feature if you can't accomodate? read more

I have been to several Crumbl locations, but this one can't seem to get it together. The cookies are good, but the service is terrible. I hope this location can get a lesson from their sister store in East Dallas, as that one never seems to have the issues the Plano location has. We love crumbl, but not sure we'll be back to this location until it can get its organizational issues under control. In looking at the reviews, it appears these are long standing issues with lots of promises to change with no action. Disappointing. read more

Terrible service! I never ever leave reviews but this really upset me. I ordered 4 cookies at 6:40 pm. Didn't get the ones I wanted because literally everything was sold out so I got my friend his. We never saw them! Paid 21 dollars for 4 cookies and they never even showed up. Instead I was left on hold with the store for 10 minutes, nobody answered my texts and the app said my cookies would be delivered in 1 minute for 20 minutes. So sad. I won't be ordering from this location again. Maybe another one day but I for sure will go inside this time. read more

Worst customer service ever. Ordered my cookies at 10:30. Arrived at 12:30 and it still took 30 minutes to get the cookies in my hands. A sign outside said 6 persons only. Inside there were 10 customers and 3 employees. All employees behind the counter kept their backs towards everyone. No employee offered assistance to anyone in the store.Every customer was extremely frustrated and many just walked out. I will never again go back. We ordered curbside about 5-10 min before we got there, and got a notification that we were first in the curbside line. 20 minutes later my husband is having to go in. I'm not the type to leave a review good or bad but this location drives me crazy. We are huge Crumbl Cookies fans. We were thrilled when Plano opened up and looking forward to it being much closer than the other locations. Unfortunately though they need to manage better. They are almost always sold out of at least one cookie and most of the time more than that. Then you order ahead and the wait is 30+ min. One time they didn't even assembled the cookie right. It was supposed to have a crumble on top and they didn't put it on. Not once have we ordered from this location and was satisfied with the service. All day I've been wanting to order but they don't even have the cookies available to order. So sad! read more

Yesterday afternoon we went to Crumbl cookies in Plano bought a box of cookies all the cookies were delicious except for chocolate sundae. There was something in that cookie that was horribly bitter and chemical tasting. As if someone made a mistake in what they put in the cookie when baking it. We had to throw that cookie away it was not edible. While we were there we saw at least two small children get one cookie each both chose chocolate sundae I wonder if those poor children couldn't eat the cookie that they got. If there are any cookies left from yesterday I wish someone on the staff would taste it and see what we're talking about a very bitter spit out the cookie taste. read more

I went into this Crumbl an hour and a half before they closed and they insisted they were sold out of a flavor and would not be able to make it. Very disappointing to run out of flavors, especially when they are only here for a week. I missed a flavor since they did not prepare well and refused to make more. I've worked at two Crumbl's before and know it is unacceptable to run out of flavors, so this was very disappointing. read more

I had a few issues with my cookie delivery order today. First order never showed, second order had all my cookies smashed in one corner. Luis took care of me right away both times! Totally not Crumbl cookies fault- door dash is who delivers, and we all know they can't follow directions 98% of the time! He was quick to replace the first order, and immediately refunded after the second incident. Great customer service even though it was not their fault at all! read more

Such a horrible experience. I did a mobile curbside pick up order. Once I got to the store the app crashed not allowing me to let them know I was there. I had to get my two kids out of the car and walk inside. Although, I couldn't go inside because it was one in one out so I had to stand in the 100 degree heat to be able to get inside to let them know I was there. Finally, once inside it was a zoo with employees running everywhere not appearing to know what was going on. They had to ask me what was in my order and what my name was twice. They finally threw my four cookies together in a box getting icing on the other cookies and smearing them all together. The Hawaiian looked nothing like the picture and looked like a 5 year old decorated it. As I walked to me car I noticed they had chocolate frosting all on the side of the box and it got all over my shirt. Everything about this experience was a nightmare. read more
