I recently went to Crumbl for the first time. And I was serviced by Alyssa. She was super friendly and helpful and explained how pretty much the store works. And even offered me a sample.the cookies btw are HUGE and delicious. I then ordered some cookies from them and had them delivered to my best friends house. I have received Crumbl Cookies as gifts and was excited to gift them to a friend for Christmas! I ordered ahead and arrived at the end of my 30 minute window, but still had to wait for others to be made and served and mine to be put together and boxed. Unfortunately, the cookies did not look as nice as ones I had gotten before. The churro cookie was crumbled and only had a small amount of topping, and the orange cookie did not look great either. this location needs work on their customer service...placed an order for delivery this am called the location after ordering to verify the Business was listed and the recipients name was listed the employee verified all was correct...after waiting all day to receive a message from the recipient to let me know the order was received I find out it was not delivered...I called the location to verify the delivery address and this time told the delivery was to the name of recipient and zip code only hmm that's odd bc your confirmation and your employees conformation state different ...she proceeded to say a third party delivers and I can call the third party and ask what happened we do not call the third party but yet you hire the third party to deliver for you? Terrible Service ! ...after going back and forth with the Asst. Manager she proceeds to say you can come pick up another order...umm I do not live close she said I can refund you...the irritating part is instead of trying to fix the error the hired third party I can pick up or receive refund? The lack of customer service is appalling and needs work! I have had bad service in the past this service is definitely in the top three of bad customer service. read more

Dropped by the shop and saw a woman entering with 4-5 Walmart bags...filled with yellow cake mix boxes from Betty Crocker and Duncan Hines. Bags are thin so it was easy to see the brand and type of cake mix. Approx 12-16 boxes. Woman(employee) goes behind the counter and into the back area. So if you are thinking they have unique recipes...well, at least not all of their offerings. Bought the Lemon cookie (barely any lemon flavor), the Cookie Dough (too sweet)...but the Chocolate Brownie cookie was very nice even if some of the walnuts were rancid. read more

I find it ridiculous that we have a Crumbl in Plano, and it is more reliable and more convenient for me to drive to Allen or Garland to get cookies. Cookies were done around the edges but raw cookie dough in the middle. I was "bullied" in to leaving a 15% tip. Why should you feel obligated to pay a tip when you stand in line and wait for your order to go? A tip for somebody doing their job? Plus, the person boxing an delivering cookies to patrons in the parking lot NEVER washed his hands or changed gloves. He went out the door at least 5 times while we were waiting for cookies. Disgusting! Won't be back for overpriced, raw, dirty practice, and tip shaming cookies. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will never return to this location and have told all of my friends to do the same. I stood in line for 45 minutes while two workers ignored the whole line of customers. I witnessed multiple people walk out of the line in frustration. It was not sanitary or clean. When the worker overheard that her boss would be coming in to help she frantically started cleaning the place while still ignoring the line of customers. After 40 minutes of waiting in like, the worker told us she was unable to ring up the cookies on her computer and that we should try it on our phones. When we tried to order on our phones the service was unavailable in the app. This experience was a complete waste of guests time and overall was disrespected by the employees. read more

First off, this is my first review. After reading all the negative reviews I had to do them the justice of giving them a positive review. Got the flavors of the week with a regular Chocolate Chip. Ordered 2 of the Honey Bun, 1 didn't make it home. Delicious!!. Was there a wait? Yes, was it long? No. We did curbside pickup and waited maybe 10-15mins, not bad at all. If there is a line out the door, chances are you're going to have a longer wait. Worth the trip and wait. Will definitely be back. read more

I ordered cookies through the app to pick up and when I got there the lights were off , nobody was in there and there was a note saying they were closed due to technical difficulties. I called and was on hold for over an hour . They charged my card and it is now the second day I'm sitting on hold :) this location is never open when they're supposed to be I know they might be short staffed but I can't get ahold of anyone. Honestly worth the gas to drive to another location. read more

I dropped by here on a Wednesday evening and got 3 of their weekly flavors and 1 chocolate chip. Service was fast and store is very clean. The cookies of the week flavors did not impress me much - their cookies with icing on it are just way too sweet for me personally, though I'm sure many like it. My favorite was actually the regular chocolate chip, and I liked it enough that I would come back to Crumbl just for that cookie alone. Just be aware that if you are a fan of more classic cookies like me, then that's not really Crumbl's specialty, and you might be more satisfied with Tiff's Treats or Insomnia Cookies. Overall the regular chocolate chip on its own was good enough to earn it a 4-star review from me, but I would say the appeal of Crumbl is more the excitement around the revolving weekly flavors, rather than the taste of the cookies themselves. read more

I have tried multiple times to give this location a chance. 5 out of the 6 times I have tried to order they have been out of multiple flavors of cookies. Signs point to poor management. When you only have 6 flavors a week, plan ahead and know how much to prep for each day so you don't run out. I live in Plano and find myself having to go to Addison and Garland to get crumbl. Was excited to see that you could order on the app for curbside pickup! I pulled up at the selected time and was 11th in line to pickup my order (surprised there was a wait). I waited 30 minutes until the app said my order was ready. I waited and waited and no one delivered the cookies. I saw employees delivering cookies to other cars that pulled up after me. I asked one of the employees to check on my order and she never came back. I asked another employee and eventually my order came out, an additional 30 minutes later! Not accurate with delivery times. Cookies arrived almost 1 hr and 30 minutes later than stated on the app. When I called the store to inquire was told I would be on hold for 6 minutes and waited on hold for 21 before someone picked and told me they were short staffed and behind. All of this is understandable so would just be great if the promised times were more accurate or updated as they get behind. read more

I ordered ahead today for pickup at 9 which is an hour after there opening time because I know it takes time to prepare the cookies, and they sell out quickly throughout the day so I like to get them as early as I can. I absolutely love the cookies, but this is the second time I have ordered and gone to pickup my cookies and they don't have all the flavors ready. For it being that early in the morning and the fact that my order should have been made because that is the whole point of me making it ahead of time anyways, I don't understand why my cookies aren't ready. I don't live close enough to keep having to drive back and forth for some cookies, but I really look forward to trying the new flavors every week. This is an issue that could be fixed with just a phone call saying that all the flavors aren't ready or simply don't let people pick times where cookies may not be ready because of other orders. I really hope this can be resolved, but for now I probably won't be ordering any time soon. read more

Just go. Try the cookies, they're straight up crack. The flavors change weekly, but the classic chocolate chip is amazing.

Some of the cookies are okay and the size make it unique. But...Have you looked at the ingredients on their site? Food coloring, artificial ingredients, preservatives. This is a recipe that will kill you before your time. read more

We were super excited to go to Crumbl cookies because the cookies looked delicious and everyone around us has been raving about it. We were pretty disappointed. To start off, it was packed inside and most of the employees were not wearing masks. I understand that masks are not required but the location is so small we felt uncomfortable. When we got our cookie it did not taste fresh. We got the chocolate chip cookie and it didn't taste quite like a chocolate chip cookie, more like a shortbread cookie. Maybe we got a bad batch or we should've picked a different flavor? Regardless, our experience was not the best. read more

Do not use their delivery service. My time and money was wasted. I paid for 4 orders and took the time to handwrite cards and drive them to the store to be delivered with my orders. Not only were some of my orders delivered to the incorrect address, they did not send the cards and I had to call the store and they still had them. I was so excited to visit this cookie shop after seeing the amazing cookies on Facebook and Instagram. Just to be disappointed by the horrible customer service. No one acknowledged any customers when they entered. No signs or anything telling you how to make a purchase! So thankful for the customer ahead of me who explained everything to me. And i helped the customer after me. There should be a sign explaining the ordering process. I felt so bad for one customer nobody said anything to him and he was clearly being ignored. All the people working in the store were like zombies. It was not warm and welcoming. The other customer that helped me said that this store is horrible compared to the Waco location. I hope they fix this in the future! Not one single person turned around and made eye contact unless they called your name for your order. I would hate for a business to go downhill for such poor customer service! Great cookies tho! read more
