Was in the area and decided to stop by Crumbl as I've never been. Upon entering, there was no welcome or explanation of what was available. I ended up ordering, quickly, so I could leave. I purchased the three mini cookies (two milk chocolate chip, one caramel apple). The cookies itself were ok. I wont return to this location due to the lack of customer service but may try another one.. potentially.

This is a good Crumbl location! Although it's smaller and less busy than other locations, I have found the checkout process to be fast and easy, and employees are friendly. I have also found that some Crumbl locations will overcook the cookies, making them harder than what I consider enjoyable, but they were baked well here. The store itself is clean and decorated well. They even have a photo of the first ever Crumbl - so cute! I will definitely be back when I see a cookie on the rotation I want to try. I LOVED the peaches and cream cookie. It was huge and so good!

These have become a family favorite. You have to watch which one are sold out on line when you order. If the cookies you want are there order right away, if not wait a little while and they may come back in stock. That happened for us with the pumpkin pie cookie. We have found as long as you like the flavor profile description you will like the cookie. We have not been disappointed and I don't want to admit how many we have ordered.

I have been passing by this place for a few months and yesterday, I finally decided to go in. Just got the 4 pack. I had the cookie with chocolate chips yesterday. Oh my, it was so good. Specially since it was warm, the chocolate chips was soft and the cookie was chewy. I like that it's not too sweet. My husband had the cookie with white frosting. He liked it . But his was cold, more like a pie. I think it's called key lime pie. The oatmeal cookie with white frosting was also good. I have yet to try the last cookie i bought, it has peanut butter snickers, i am sure it would be very good too. The staff service was very good. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. The cookies are delicious , so now that my sweet tooth has tasted , it will start craving for it. Ugghh... should have kept my distance...too late now.

Updating this review because the buttermilk pancake cookie absolutely blew my mind. Hands down one of the best cookies I've ever had!! I put it in the microwave for about 12 seconds and it was absolutely PERFECT. So soft and luscious on the inside! Absolutely melted in my mouth. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and butteriness!! Not quite sure how they pulled this off, but it completely embodied all of the flavors of the perfect pancake! I went back twice in a week and had to hold myself back from buying a million of them each time because it was just that good!! I am still thinking about it now and probably will everyday until it comes back on the menu again. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!

First time to Crumbl ever. I Ordered for pickup on the app 4 cookie box + 1 extra cookie. Cookies & Cream - too sweet for me but I was already expecting that. I would have loved if the topping was a bit more of a stiff frosting. If you're into Oreos and sweet then this is for you. 3.5/5 Honey Bun - reminds me of snickerdoodle, nice thickness just a tad of sweet glaze. Not too overly sweet as a whole. Would recommend 5/5 Cowboy (oatmeal) - So good. A mix of crunch & softness. Topped with shredded coconuts & walnuts I believe . The chocolate inside was melted and gave the cookie gooeyness. Good amount of sweet. 5/5 Raspberry Donut - Unique and very well done. The jam ontop is like preserves and the powdered sugar wasnt overly done. I would 100% get this again. Has that underbaked texture that pairs nicely with this flavor combo. 5/5 Chocolate Chip - A classic, delicious chunkiness and thick. I like the underbaked quality making them moist and soft. 5/5 Store was not busy at 11:40am on a Tuesday. Service was nice, professional, and they even gave my 2 year old a sticker. Due to a really bad prior experience here I avoid this location all together. I was 4 minutes away from this location and against my better judgement I placed an online order. Got to this location to pick up my order at 9:09pm last night. Lights were off and no one was there. There was a sign posted with new hours of operation. They should have turned their online ordering off and adjusted their hours on the app. I tried calling at 11am this morning. No one answered but I left a vm explaining the situation and requested a call back so someone could refund my money. No one ever called me back. I went back into the app and figured out how to cancel my order thankfully. Just as before, no one cared enough to reach out. I don't care how close I am to this location, I will never order from this location again.

Fabulous cookies, but very poor customer service EVERY time I have gone in to this location including my visit yesterday. Next time I will try a different location. I hope the customer service is at least passable at another location. I really enjoy the cookies, but I am a local small business and I can not get past how snarky these girls are. Delivery order was randomly cancelled at 3PM in the middle of the day do to the store being closed--even though store hours don't close until 10. I've messaged them on all social media platforms and the customer service text line and I cannot get in touch with anyone regarding what happened. The store phone just rings and rings forever. Edit: For anyone else having trouble, I was finally able to get in contact with someone on twitter and they issued me a refund! wanted to try this place due to all the rave. it's literally run by 13 year olds. i saw no manager on site. they are consumed with door dash orders and instead of focusing on walk ins they are more concerned with getting their door dash orders completed. many people cancelled their orders due to the wait. at 2pm on friday they had to temporarily close due to being out of so many cookies yet they only have five flavors to choose from anyway. management needs to step up their game as this is pathetic and disappointing for business that came highly recommended. need to refocus their priorities and pay attention to their customer feedback and complaints. read more

Love the products, but they do not know what they are doing. If I order in person there is always problems and they always ask why I can't order over the app. It is always your problem and will cost you an extra 15-30. These problems could easily be solved on the front end by people who talk to their guests read more

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I thought ordering ahead online would be efficient, but noooooo...They are extremely disorganized and substituted cookies without asking me fist. I guess they ran out of the speciality Dole Whip cookie and just threw whatever in the box. We didn't think to open the box before we got home - big mistake. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere like Cookie Society up the tollway. read more

I even called and was told 15 minutes again that they were working on my order. Why bother offering a service that you can't handle? I've had Crumbl before but this location has major service problems. The poor girl having to decorate the cookies today was sad to watch. (And I was there for half an hour waiting so I REALLY saw her struggle.) She was going as fast as possible, but was clearly overworked. Having to fold boxes, put cookies in and decorate them while maybe 10 other young workers had 0 sense of urgency mixing and baking in the back. They weren't helping her at all. A manager needs to pop in because they clearly are not concerned about customer service or their employees taking advantage of their coworker. read more

The girl behind the counter needs to be fired - she moves at the pace of a snail! People had to ask her to take their order because she was just standing there. The poor man was doing everything because she couldn't do a single thing. I waited for 10 minuted before deciding to leave without ordering because i couldn't wait any longer. There were 8 people waiting in the store for their orders - some had ordered over an hour ago. They need to replace that girl and hire an additional person too to make it efficient. My wife and I are fans of Crumbl. The only problem is that the cookies are way too big! They'll taunt you with the "catering only" size, which is actually a normal-sized cookie, but you can't order one as a regular customer :( That would help us so much. It's really tough to justify getting a cookie monstrosity bigger than the size of my hand when trying to eat responsibly. The only other option is pigeonholing myself into having leftovers...which I have a bit of a problem with since I'm paying up for a quality, fresh dessert. I'd love to give 5 stars, but this one problem makes it so difficult for me to fit Crumbl into my life. Hoping they change this someday. read more

Too unorganized to risk getting dessert here for a dinner party. Multiple days the app wouldn't let me put in an order for the next day. Called the store. They have no idea. Think I should be able to. Ask about cookie cutter. No idea. Called Allen location. They said they heard they stopped making them. No idea about curbside pickup for a future date. Too bad. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I stopped in on the way home to hopefully stop the constant chatter about how good it might be. Well that plan was a fail. Why? Because it WAS good. I had the sticky rice and got the husband's requested coconut mango juice. Perfectly sweet tart mangos, excellent flavor combos and everything was packaged nicely to go.
