I gave an extra star this time ONLY because of how clean they keep this place! Not greeted when we walked in, the only time you get acknowledged is when they call your name for your order. There are two kiosks that you put your order in. There is a register, but everyone seems to have a set task to do & that is what they are pretty much focused on. These cookies do not hit the spot for me...too sweet & too thick. My son & bonus daughter wanted a sweet treat after dinner. I will say the caramel apple cookie (which is not advertised to be on the menu this week) had a decent taste but tome could of been cooked longer. read more

I'm so happy there's a Crumbl location close to home. The staff at this location were very friendly and the service was fast. I went with a friend and walked out with my own box. I personally don't love the ordering process, as it may seem confusing for 1st time customers. It can appear very chaotic during busy times. But that's a "chain" issue to resolve, not a location issue. Overall, It's so fun to go back for exciting new flavors each week! I absolutely loved the Lemon Cake "Cookie" Flavor of the week! Definitely the best cookies around, honestly all cookies and desserts were super soft and delicious. Plus love the fact every week it's a new set of cookies so a revolving selection every week. Also great how they a full size and miniature size cookies and desserts so if you just want small snack in one of items or a full sized one for a sugar rush they got you. Ordering here is bit hectic since very popular and busy, but at least after ordering you get your cookies quick and the staff show you the boxes with your order to confirm it is correct, a small touch but a big help since busy and to ensure your satisfaction. I was so excited to find a Crumbl somewhat local to me. The French Toast cookie was incredible. Unfortunately, the shop experience wasn't great. I was the only customer and no one acknowledged me when I walked in so I wound up ordering on the kiosk. The staff chatted amongst themselves. It didn't feel friendly. Finally, someone got my order. There was no one in the store but the employees. They talked amongst themselves while listening to music for 8 minutes before acknowledging me then had to wait another 10 minutes just to get 6 mini cookies. Poor management & poor training. For a store thats been open less than 6 months, you'd think the service would be better. read more

Went to the Poughkeepsie location last nigh, first visit, I was the only person in the store after about 5 minutes one of the 3 people standing around watching someone decorate the cookies said to me, you have to use the computer to order. So you want to charge over $5.00 per cookie and someone can't even take my order. The silk pie was fresh but not worth the self check out when they can easily have a human taking orders. read more

The cookies overall of course taste really good. The issue is mainly with the environment and the effectiveness of getting people in and out. Granted, this place is new, but the store is frequently jammed pack and without a solid plan of how to handle the influx of customers and orders. The past two weeks that I have gone, at least one of the kiosks is broken, making the waiting time longer. The staff are definitely trying their best to keep up, but there needs to be a better system in place. I placed an order last week for 3 s'mores brownies, but since they were rushing everything out the door, when I got left the store they were melted and a mess in the box. Staff doesn't seem happy to be there really, and store just seems a bit chaotic. Will keep going though since I do enjoy the food, but there needs to be a more efficient system in place. read more

I have been to both the Danbury and Yorktown Heights locations multiple times. This was my first visit to the new Poughkeepsie location. What a difference. Danbury and Yorktown even when they are crowded move things along. Poughkeepsie not so good. When you first walk in, the place is packed, which can be normal for any Crumbl location depending on the time you go. You have to wait on a line to place your order on the kiosk towards the right of the store. However, one of the two kiosks were out of order. So you are now waiting twice as long to place your order. Brand new store, one kiosk already broken. After placing our order, we shuffle through the crowd to the waiting area for our order to be filled. Well that took some time. As I looked around at the crew working there, it appeared some folks looked lost and really weren't doing anything. We finally get our order and squeezed our way out the door. When I opened the box I was very upset because they clearly put the toppings on the brownies and cookies too soon while the cookies were too warm and the toppings melted and ran off the cookies and into the bottom of the box. At $5 a cookie, you would think they would put out a quality product and have some quality control to make sure things are as they should be. Nope. They were struggling to keep up and just rushing stuff out. The photo on the left is what the brownies are supposed to look like and what we were expecting. The photo on the right is what we got. What a mess! Again, I have been to the Danbury and Yorktown locations and they would have never put out a finished product this bad. I like Crumbl and hope this store gets its' act together quickly or sells to someone who can run it properly. read more

first time trying this business. waited at least 30min for 6 mini cookies. there appeared to be approximately 10 people making cookies, and only 3 people assembling orders. your name appears on an electronic board in the order (so you think) to be served. Many people came in and got their order before me. They definitely need more people putting orders together. the cookies? Way too sweet! not worth the money, or the wait! J read more

It was ok but there was so many people and way too many workers and they were barely interacting with anyone and weren't smiling or anything. Other than that the food was good but really messy and there was chocolate and frosting all over the boxes!!! Just got some clueless workers (specifically one),and the cookies are not even that good to take your job that damn serious. If you wanted to take it that serious, maybe speed up the time it takes to get people their cookies. It takes too long for them to get their cookies, especially if there are older people in there who cannot stand long and have to suffer because there's not even one table or bench for people to sit on. The place doesn't even smell that good, it smells like straight sugar and shit. It gives people a headache, and the floors stay dirty.I understand if it's raining and it's wet, but there is no reason for that when there's no rain. And even when there is rain, they could try to dry the floor with a dry mop. There should be no reason why people are almost busting their ass.
