Can someone at this location check drive thru orders and mobile orders before handing them out? Easily been 5 separate times where an item is missing and a sauce. It's just frustrating at this point getting back in line to ask for it when it looks like 20 employees are working at all times. Never had this problem at In n out btw read more

I cannot believe this place only has 3.3 stars! First, the food. Amazing! Easily one of my favorite fast casual restaurants to hit when I don't mind spending a few more bucks. I have tried nearly everything in the menu since I discovered Culver's, and I have never been disappointed. Especially their ice cream, which you can get in all sorts of delicious ways when eating in or takeout, not to mention their pints for sale. Oh, and their root beer is so good. Second, the service - specifically at this location. Amazing! Always friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure they have happy customers. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past these days, and this Culver's - all Culver's for that matter - make it a point to provide excellent customer service. And lastly, the ambiance. It's fast casual, so not sure what anyone might expect. But with the staff always being cheery, and the place always being super clean, it's a nice environment when you feel like sitting down to eat. Seriously, if you've never eaten at Culver's, you are missing out. And if you eat at this location, you will not be disappointed at all by the service, quality of food, or the atmosphere. read more

Monday, 2/26/24 My first time here at culvers on route 69. I ordered a cheeseburger and a drink. My girlfriend ordered a fish sandwich and a drink. Total $ 19.03 No surcharge, instead, I got a 10% discount because I'm old. And I used my credit card. Now that's what I'm talking about Isaiah came by twice to make sure I if I needed anything and then somebody else came by twice to make sure we were OK. Damn.!! Love the Lemon Ice Smoothie, got one every time in went there in the PV store but the price for a medium lemon ice drink it's $6+! I'd pay that at a sit down restaurant but six bucks for a lot of ice, some lemonaide and maybe a squirt of soft ice cream is nuts. Will need to be desperate to spend that again. read more

We have been going to Culvers in Prescott Valley for several years. I must say we have never had a bad experience there nor have any of our friends. We are always talking about how friendly and knowledgeable the order takers and servers have always been to us. One time it took longer to get our fish dinner because of the volume of orders, so they came over to us and explained how sorry they were for the delay and gave us a card for free meals. It doesn't get any better than that. We look forward to going there at least twice a month. Oh, and the veterans discount is a huge plus! read more

I will never eat here again. After a poor experience two years ago, I thought I would try it again when I had an overnight stay in Prescott Valley. I love Culver's. For a fast food restaurant they are awesome. Always friendly. Aware of their surroundings and customers. It's a classic fast food restaurant somewhat up-leveled. The food we have had is always fresh. Their frozen custard is yummy. We eat here often and the only thing wrong was that they forgot our salad dressing one time. Soooooo disappointed with the cod dinner platter tonight. The fish was overcooked dripping in grease which made it dry and inedible. We got the cheese curds and mashed potatoes for sides. The cheese curds were the "bottom of the barrel", again overcooked, little tiny nuggets as hard as a rock. The mashed potatoes were the only edible thing I ate. We use the Prescott Valley location. Food is always fresh & tasty. Burgers, fish-baskets, sandwiches, and dinners. Chicken tenders or dinners. Chili soup an option. Good onion rings. Milkshakes need a spoon, and many sandwiches need a knife to split, they are large. Pork tenderloin a fave. Clean dining area with many seating options for low chairs or booths, high stools and kids chairs. Clean restrooms. Handicap accessible interior and parking. Senior discount applied when you ask at checkout. Friendly staff and manager follow up at table. Attention to training and detail is appreciated. Probably the worst experience I've had at a Culver's. Walked in around 8PM to no one taking orders at the counter, waited patiently for someone to take our order while we are standing at the register and someone walks in and up to a register and gets help almost immediately. For a fast food place Culver's is pretty good. I have only had their fish and chips and fish sandwich which both are great with a wonderfully crispy deep fried batter on top. The batter has the panko type crumb texture which makes it really crunchy but without an excessively breaded or thick batter. Of course their French fries are excellent. A great fast easy go to place. And they are opening a new one in Prescott soon so much closer. read more

Culver's is head and shoulders about any hamberger place around. I have a friend from Wisconsin and he sent me here to the Culver's on Rt 69.... The food is great, the "custard" is great, the place is clean and the people are fast and friendly. Come to Culvers in Precott Valley or the new one on Willow Lake Road on the way to Chino. Sometimes hard to find a places that really understand how serious some allergies can be . I guess we now have 'the usual' at Culver's. Buffalo chicken strips basket (like a combo, including drink and side), plus Cheese curds ($1 extra for this side). Chloe took our order and she was nice and friendly. They bring your order to your table and they have a roomy diner with quite a few booths. The design of the place is not an open room, it has some walls and dividers and kind of gives guests some privacy. Plenty of parking. Also, somehow our Garmin GPS had this place on Stoneridge, South of 69, however it is North of 69. read more
