We went to the soft opening last night. For the first night being open, they had their system down very well. The service was fast, people were nice and let's not forget about the cookies...oh the delicious cookies! We got the four pack to try out a variety of flavors. We picked the chocolate chip, dirt cake, Butterfinger and Almond Joy. They were all tasty, but my favorite was the chocolate chip. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The only issue with the Progress Ridge location is that it's too close to my home, so I will need to keep my sweet tooth in check. read more

Crumbl is kind of like the cookie cousin of Blue Star Donuts across the street. Pricy (albeit large) cookies that are $4 each or $14 for a box of four. If you're into thinner, chewier cookies this is probably not your place; their cookies are on the thicker side and are soft when warm. They have fun new cookies every week as well as some classic regulars. I tried the almond joy, chocolate chip, and dirt cake cookies! Not the best cookies I've ever had but still tasty. The only con about this store as of now may be the lack of indoor seating. (There's a few tables set up outside.) read more

Simple premise. Pick how many cookies you want, then pick the types of cookies you want. Menu changes regularly. Instead of a paper menu they have the cookies in display. Most of the cookies they warm up for you. The cookies themselves are great and not your standard cookie. I'd say they're more like thin cakes, if that makes sense. We had never been to a Crumbl Cookie before this. We walked in and a young girl came up to the counter and just stared at us. She didn't say a word. No hello, no what can I get you, nothing. I looked down at the cookies on the counter and asked her to tell me about them. She sighed and finally spoke. It was obvious she wanted to be anywhere but there. We ordered and she walked away. I was like, umm, how should we pay for this? It seemed a chore for her to come back and help us through the process. Not everyone has been to an outlet yet. Not everyone knows your ordering process. How about acknowledging we even came in the door? Are new hires provided any type of customer service training? We will not be going back. Of the cookies we ordered, only one was good. Yea it sounds crazy to pay $4 for a cookie but let me tell you, it's for the experience and honestly worth it. They have new flavors each week but they do have a few standard repeats, chocolate chip is one of them. The cookies are huge and half of one is enough sugar for me. So if you're worried about spending that much on a cookie sharing one is a great way to go. I wasn't too crazy about the sugar cookies with the pink stuff on top. The peanut butter one is on point, they did great with the chocolate chip but who can mess up on those two flavors? not this place! Then I like to splurge on one of the weekly flavors and it's always difficult to choose just one. Their Instagram page keeps me in the know on those bad boys and those videos make my mouth water EVERY time. Give this place a try just once. I'm not sure what to make of this. To be honest I love cookies and so the idea of this sounded great. We heard raves from two friends so we decided to try it. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a lemon cookie, which may or may not have been the special at the time - I can't remember for sure. The cookies were individually boxed which, while I understand their intentions, seemed wasteful. We received them warm and I'm not sure if they were just out of the oven or warmed up. It was rather quick so I didn't really get to see what they do. The cookies are thick, hence the $4 per cookie but both of ours were raw in the middle. I didn't enjoy them and we weren't able to finish the lemon one because it was so raw. By that time we were home so we didn't take them back. I'm not in a rush to go back. Horrible management (Adrian) and customer service . Received a QR code for my bday cookie, email stated able to use in app, which I did. Apparently it did not show up on his end of the order and I will need to come in and show proof of this email before I can receive anything. He had no resolution for my concern because he said quote "it's not his job to inform corporate of the issue with the app" (odd) and told me to "Stop talking because he's trying to talk" That is not customer service! The debit machine prompts you automatically to a tip of minimum 15%. I found this to be odd. To carry out it's a tips of 3.50 for a party pack. Not my favorite for this place. I would go again. The cookies are huge and fresh, and I love the creative flavor combos. It's a little pricey, but we share and one cookie is definitely enough for two. We've gotten a box of four to nibble on and it takes 3 of us a couple days to eat them. I do think they are a softer, thick type of cookie and some of the chocolate ones have almost been like a dense cake. If you like a chewier type cookie this might not be for you. First off, we have loved this place and have been loyal customers. Always friendly service and consistent quality. I have zero complaints about the location. This issue is with a new corporate policy. We went in to the location today to get our usual bi-weekly 6 pack. We were surprised that it was no longer offered. When we were asked why we were told that the corporate office was unable to supply the 6 pack boxes due to a paper shortage. I confirmed that if I needed my usual six cookies I needed to now purchase the 4 pack and two additional cookies. This of course adds additional cost (4 pack +cookie+cookie) and the need for a whole other container for the other two cookies! I'm not sure who came up with this idea, but it verges on insane.
