Speaking to CHILDREN like that is beyond inappropriate--it's disturbing. As we were walking out she went behind the counter and started opening & shutting cabinets as loudly as she could. We didn't even stay a full minute before leaving because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we were. No family should ever be made to feel like that walking into a business. If this is how customers, especially kids are treated, then Scoopers doesn't deserve anyone's business. We will never be back.

The small (which is a "single scoop") was huge! Parking is plentiful, the store was clean and neat, the server a bit grumpy but maybe she just needed to take a break and get some ice cream. Then I turned the corner to discover an excessively long hallway, leading to 1 bathroom door at the very end of the very long, very very long hallway. I was so relieved to get back to take a photo of the ice cream flavor wall, really noting that though they've been here a long time, the space feels cold, uninviting and the people who work there don't help that. I really wanted to leave... I was annoyed discovering, I was at the wrong place, but honestly had that - even with you scooping in front of me, I feel like you're somehow spitting in it - it really felt that unfriendly up in there... but I imagine most people couldn't care less about me or my business. 3 people sort of 'helped' me and each was even less friendly than the last.
