I ordered a 6-pack of mini cookies, and when I picked them up I noticed I got two of the same cookie because they had run out of one I ordered. No one told me or asked what replacement I wanted. I only found out because I opened the box. It felt like they just put whatever they wanted in there. They did give me the option of a refund as a solution. My husband and I have been loyal Crumbl customers and have regularly sent cookies to close friends and family because we appreciate the thoughtful, personalized touches the service offers. Most recently, we placed an order to celebrate a dear friend's first Mother's Day. We included a personalized note along with a paid Mother's Day sticker to make the gift extra special. Unfortunately, the package was delivered without the personalized note or sticker. This completely diminished the sentiment we had hoped to convey. When we reached out for support, we were deeply disappointed by how the situation was handled. Xavier, the store manager at the Redlands, CA location, was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Rather than offering a meaningful solution, he simply offered a single free cookie for in-store pickup--despite the fact that we paid for delivery specifically because we are not local. We are incredibly dissatisfied with both the service failure and the lack of customer care. We chose Crumbl because of the experience it promises, and this fell far short. read more

This is a busy location! We were greeted as soon as we entered. I noticed the setup was similar to another Crumbl location we visited. We placed our order via the touchpads at the entrance to the right. Unfortunately, they didn't have the key lime pie cookie that I like, so I tried the cheesecake cookie instead. The cheesecake cookie was delicious. The cookie was soft and warm. It tasted like a sugar cookie, maybe with a hint of vanilla. The cheesecake topping was cool to room temperature. The store itself is in a nice location with lots of outdoor seating and the staff were working really hard to get orders out fast. The cookies just aren't for me, I think they're more geared towards kids rather than adults. My stepdaughter loves pretty much everything they have. I will say the triple chocolate chip cookie is pretty darn good though. The beetlejuice afterlife cake was alright but super filling after 2 bites.
