Wanted to support a local business on the way snowboarding to bear instead of the usual McDonalds - so glad I came here instead! I got the ham egg cheese bacon bagel on an everything bagel, sausage on an everything bagel, sausage croissant, and ham croissant. All of it was good and about $5 each which in this economy...is VALUE! I think it has something to do with the melty gooey cheese, but definitely would come here again. I was SUUUUUUPER skeptical of stopping here. On my way up to big bear at 5AM and craving a good breakfast to energize us for snowboarding. This place had barely any reviews or pictures so I honestly was pushing for us to go to McDonalds.. because well, at least you know what the quality of that is like. I'm really glad my friend wanted to take a chance on this place because we were pleasantly surprised! They have a pretty big sandwich menu. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches (one sausage, one bacon and ham) and one lunch sandwich (pastrami). All on delicious croissants. The food was great! I called and ordered ahead and it was ready when we got there. She made sure to ask if I wanted to add jalapeños or avocado to anything. Like UMMM YESSSS thanks for asking!!! The ladies were so polite. Food was scrumptious. Will definitely stop again next time I'm headed that way. I usually go in to Aaron's donuts down the street and decide to try this shop today. I ordered a cake donut with vanilla frosting and sprinkles, 12 donut holes, 6 cream filled donut holes and 6 raspberry donut holes. When I got home I realized the person who helped me hadn't given me the 12 donut holes and had given me the wrong cake donut. Very disappointing customer service. Saw lots of people going in and out and decided to try it out. Moving closer I saw the Ice Cream blended Ice Coffee smoothies. That made me want to go inside. Once inside saw the donuts, sandwiches, smoothies, coffees and boba drinks and I was lost. I ordered the chocolate chip donuts which was soooo good and a mixed berries smoothie. The donut was so soft and nice. Can be compared with Krispy Kreme if not better in taste. This is my new go to donut place. read more

We got two donuts in the afternoon and they were fresh, and fluffy. We also got two traditional milk teas. If you like, give them a good few straw swirls to even out the sweetness since it sits at the bottom. They're delicious and smooth. Good milk to boba ratio. The milk teas use a dairy free powder so I could actually get one! Came here because the kid wanted juice and plant organix is NOT a juice shop. Walked in on the hope that they had fresh squeezed orange juice only to discover that they had plenty of smoothie options with fresh fruit. Great selection, including taro. Kid loved his banana and orange smoothie and enjoyed his bagel and egg omelet sando. I had an apple fritter which was good, but hard to make a bad apple fritter. read more

1st of all they have a Grade B not an A in their window my daughter couldn't decide what donut she wanted so I asked if she could taste the flavor donut holes and she said no you have to buy it it's $0.25 I said I'm not worth $0.25 what if my daughter wanted to come back she said no they're $0.25 so they have no customer service and I was very dissatisfied and Sad that I was not worth 25 cent. And I could have been a loyal customer beautiful I live up the Street so I guess I will continue to take my business to the other Donut shop on Del Rosa I know she would have let my daughter sample a 25 cent donut hole and the Sad thing is I spent almost $10 in her store at 2:45pm and my daughter was not worth 25 cent to try the jelly filled donut holes read more

I love their croissant sandwiches. I don't know what it is about them but I always come back for more. They have a special going on right now, buy two sandwiches and get one free. It's such a good deal and they are a good size. Half will get me full. The reason why I only give them four stars is because of the long wait. I've gone to this place 3 times in the last few weeks because it was so good. The turkey crossaint is so good, I can't bring myself to get anything else! Ive tried their smoothies and two different flavored milk teas (one hot and one cold), they were all delicious! I will definitely be going back, even though its in a not so great neighborhood. im a regular to this donut shop good sandwiches called my order in when i arrived my order was ready so i figure i would buy some donuts well first off the donuts looked old and very minimum it was 12 noon so im waiting 5 min goes by there is 3 people working no help so my 3 year old needed to go pee she starts her little peepee dance so i ask can she use your bathroom real qwick they said no public restroom ok so i said can i pay for my order and good she said 1 min and mind you there is 3 people working my baby is starting tl cry because like any other 3 yo they cant hold there peepee long so i say please can we use the bathroom she says no public restrooms so i said fine what do i owe you so i can go she says 1 min please my baby is crying so another lady that was a customer says theyll let you use the bathroom next door so my daughter heads out to take her well im upset at this time and i ended up waiting another 5 min after all that to pay for my food i wanted to walk out and not pay but thats not the Christian thing to do so i paid took my cold sandwiches and said i will never come back here again there was 3 employees there that could of helped me at any time but the lack of no courtesy they didnt i will never go there again because when they first open up the place was nice fresh food and all but now donuts are old and customer service is not good read more
