I love crumbl so much! My favorite cookies they have are definitely the red velvet and the moonbeam icecream benson Boone cookie. They were both delicious and I hope they end up bringing the benson Boone cookie back. Although most of the cookies are good, the one I absolutely despise is the pink sugar cookie. It's way too sweet and I guess the taste is too bland for me. The service is pretty good, I ordered 4 cookies and they brought it out almost immediately. Except, one time, they decided to ignore us and we were standing inside crumbl waiting even though we had an online order. It got to the point where I had to ask the worker if they had my order, and they, finally, brought it out. But the interior and exterior is pretty nice. There's always glass walls with pictures of cookies, and although inside is pretty small, I like how they show that they are crumbl. Like, for example, if you walk in to try a new place and it's crumbl but you don't know because you didn't see the sign, you'd know it was crumbl as soon as you walked in because of the decorations and just the vibe. All in all, I appreciate crumbl, but I do believe that they change a few things to make it better. Nothings better than constructive criticism AND compliments! read more

We ordered for delivery late on a Friday night (it was after 10:30 pm) and Crumbl delivered with Door Dash. What a great option to driving out at night to pick up a treat for a late night party. We ordered classic chocolate chip, hazelnut chocolate, corn bread (this was an usual choice to try, but not bad) patriotic bday cake and coconut lime. The fan favorite, in the house, was the oreo cream cookie. It was so delicious and creamy, crazy good with an ice cold glass of milk. Great with a WA dessert wine too. Was running errands and an empty parking space opened by Crumbl. So I decided to give it a try because I had some cash on me. They don't take cash... I was just kind of all around disappointed. -Ok so I was there in the afternoon but you would think you'd smell cookies when you walked in. -They show you 6 sample cookies but they don't bake them all every day. -My actual cookie was only about 2/3 the size of the sample. -I choose chocolate chip and even mentioned to my server/check out person that it would be a good test because every one knows what it should taste like. It didn't. It was lacking something. Maybe vanilla? -Their website says they are served warm. Mine wasn't. -The shop interior had no personality! With tip it cost me well over $5 for a single cookie. The people behind me was a woman with 4 kids. I did the math. The good things? -The kids working there gave good customer service. -There were a ton of large chocolate chips. read more

Horribly disappointing. We have probably tried a dozen different flavors, hopping that the next will be good... but it never is... These might be ok for someone who doesn't know what a good homemade cookie tastes like, but for my wife and I, they are all so very disappointing. If you want something sweet and good, go to Our Cookie House in Kennewick for a better cookie, or to Frost Me Sweet in Richland which has great cupcakes. read more

2nd time visiting since they opened. I will say their business model leaves much to be desired. First on the plus side... they are open late. However, not overly impressed with the cookies themselves. Way too much for an "average" cookie. Although they do have some unique offerings, they are very limited and can never seem to keep up with demand. If you want amazing cookies with an awesome selection, I suggest "Our Cookie House" on Gage. The thing that finally, though, got the 1-star rating was the fact that we wanted to get 4 cookies and, because they did not have anymore 4 boxes, would have charged us for 4 individual cookies. Really? Do.you really need to have the box to still offer the reduced price? IMO, their cookies are not worth 1) the incredibly long wait and 2) the high price for a cookie that really is not any better than you can get at any local bakery. I recommend you save your money and skip this place. read more

I would consider myself a cookie connoisseur.... my friends and family would probably vouch for that, and the Crumbl cookies are some of the very best I've ever eaten! I haven't had them all, and I'd say the chocolate chip is not their best, but every other one I've had has been amazing. The pre-order/car delivery, is super convenient. I've only been inside the store once, but found it very clean, with an easy and efficient ordering process. Excellent! read more
