Cookies are large and perfectly soft. I'm not huge on baked goods, but these cookies just could be worth the calories. Flavors rotate weekly. Was hoping for a 6 pack but you have choices of singles, 4 pack or 12. So I went big with 2 of every flavor....I mean how can you choose? This week we sampled classics like chocolate chip, sugar cookie but also Andes, rocky road, butter, and confetti. Butter was my favorite as it tastes like exquisite cookie dough. I really like that when you walk in there's a sweet scent of fresh baked cookies and you can see the staff whipping up fresh batter. They've got nothing to hide. The cookies are huge, took me two sittings to eat a whole one and the price is right at $3 a cookie. The muddy buddy was a soft, delicious peanut butter cookie with a healthy amount of melted chocolate topped with crumbled muddy buddy that had a perfect amount of crunch. Love me some crumbl... These are so dangerously good. They are not as sweet and the flavors are on point. We got the cinnamon swirl dream, lemon, dark chocolate and muddy buddy (peanut butter). I can't decide which ones my favorite. $10 bucks comes with a box of 4. I normally don't eat sweets or desserts but these are so worth it. And yes they deliver until midnight. Say what??? read more

Great cookies - fun selection every week! The only reason this isn't 5 stars, is because this particular location couldn't care less about keeping workstations clear of frosting, dough, etc... so when you pick up your box of cookies, be prepared to have the exterior of the boxes splattered in frosting and sprinkles. Not an awesome presentation when picking up gifts for clients. Also, if you plan on having curbside delivery, the employees would rather you come in for your pickup. They'll stare at you in your car from inside, rather than check and see if there's something they can help with. read more

The cookies are amazingly delicious. They come in a huge size for a cookie. The price is worth the size that they have. We got there 10 minutes before closing and they didn't have much but they were still making some more cookies because of the amount of orders they had. I stopped in early this afternoon, thinking it would be a quick few minutes just to get ONE cookie. Oh, no. I had the misfortune of walking in just moments after a woman who had a laundry list of BOXES of cookies she was needing to order. I appreciate the woman in front of me for acknowledging me and understanding I was there for one cookie and one cookie only, but the staff at Crumbl failed to address me in any way. I had an appointment at 1 p.m. across town, and I do not think it is fair in any way to make someone wait twenty plus minutes for just a single cookie, so I ended up walking. If people need a large order, it should not be immediately rung in. Find out what the people behind them need while you have other people work on filling the boxes for the other orders. Look at it from my perspective. Since she had a rather large order, how would I have felt if I continued to wait, only to find out after twenty minutes of being ignored that you'd run out of the one cookie (muddy buddy) I had been there to get after waiting for a ridiculous amount of time? Square can also take a payment on a cell phone, FYI, so if you don't want to lose out on small orders too, change your process. read more

EXPIRED MILK. Ordered cookies on February 1st and was delivered milk that had expired on January 10!! That isn't just like a day old, that is WEEKS. My daughter drank half the bottle chugging it before she realized the chunky texture. We called them and they refunded us, which is great but definitely doesn't make up for that kind of mistake. Were my cookies baked with curdled milk? We ordered form here all the time. The last three deliveries have been wrong. Worst Crumbl. I scheduled delivery FOUR days in advance, got the texts on the day that it was out for delivery, etc & yet... NO COOKIES delivered, even 5hrs later. So, i reach out to the store, and alas, i have been on hold for AN HOUR. not exaggerating, literally an hour. I came to Yelp, noticed that the "manager" has commented on a few reviews with a customer service number, so i try that. It's not even a valid number?? Maybe too many complaints?? Honestly, disappointed with the service. Of course the cookies always tastes great. But the service we received was the worst experience. We ordered a 6 cookie box via the Crumbl app so we could take advantage of some of the rewards I had racked up. We paid a delivery fee to have them brought to us, and the first picture below is what the cookies looked like when we got them. I couldn't even tell what was supposed to be what because of how terrible smashed and ruined they were. Not only was this an issue we experienced, but we also ran into a problem with the actual delivery. We had them delivered to a business, and the person who delivered them left them with the front desk and said no name was given with the order. That was false because on the delivery page on the CRUMBL APP (I need to reiterate this because it comes up later as an issue) it prompted me to leave optional delivery instructions. I typed in who the order was for and where it needed to go inside of the business. Neither of these things were acknowledged. So you can imagine our frustration after we finally hunted down the cookies after no one being able to figure out where they belonged. I called the store to get to the bottom of the issue and I believe the person who answered was named Stacey? She didn't introduce herself when she answered the phone so when I asked if I could speak with a manager, she sounded annoyed and said "What can we help you with?" and I'm like ???? So you're the manager or??? I still don't even know. When I explained what happened, there were no apologies or even acknowledgement that this was an issue. She then tried to say that they don't see any special instructions when they're ordered through DoorDash. I explained to her that I didn't order them through DoorDash, I ordered them through the Crumbl app. She then cut me off and said "We use DoorDash for all of our deliveries" and I said then what is the point of having the option on YOUR APP for delivery instructions if you don't utilize them?? She then tried to justify the driver saying they're only allowed to deliver to the front of the business and not any further. I told her that wasn't the issue, I didn't expect the driver to deliver them directly to my hands. But they said they didn't have a name for them nor did they know where they were supposed to go which is both wrong. After going back and forth with her for a moment, she said she would send 6 new cookies to us, free of charge, but again, no accountability taken for the mistake at all. As if because they were picked up and delivered by DoorDash, that once they left the store it was no longer their problem. If you won't take accountability for the issues they bring to YOUR service, then don't use them! The second pic is what the second box looked like and we were very pleased with this delivery until it happened AGAIN. The second box was sent to the front and they told the front desk they belonged to an entirely different department that was never mentioned by us. I wondered where the heck they even got that because when I went to get them from the front, the people there were told the wrong thing and again they had no idea who they belonged to. What an entirely failed system. long story short, don't order delivery from them. Just play it safe and pick them up. read more

Cookies were good...when I finally got them! I ordered through the app not knowing the delivery was through a third party. At 7:21p, my order states it's out for delivery...then DoorDash text me my order would be delivered by 7:58p. At 8:03p I got a text my order was cancelled, I called the delivery guy who said he was trying to talk with Crumbl which he was hung up on. I then called and spoke with Duke, he said it was an issue between them and DoorDash and I'd eventually get my order?!?! At 8:50p, almost two hours later after I ordered my cookies were delivered by a very frustrated DoorDash driver. You guys need to figure out this situation, these were a surprise for a wedding party and became just a big hassle :( read more

Yesterday I was craving their pumpkin and chocolate chip cookie. I placed an order and when I received my order the box was covered in dog hair. I have tried reaching out to the riverton store but after so many minutes the phone drops the call. Super disappointed! I know it's not crumbles fault but DoorDash won't do anything cause the order was placed off crumbles app. It's a shame the store doesn't answer the phone and fix the issue so my family can enjoy crumble again.
