My fav cookies! I love the sugar cookie and original chocolate chip. I have yet to try their ice cream but I hear good things! The workers are always happy even though you can tell they work hard all day making all the cookies. They have a smile on their faces and you're always greeted. Tried these cookies for the very first time at this location! Interesting set up and for some reason I thought there would be more pastries/cookies in a display. When you walk in there's a cashier staring at you and about 6 display cookies on a stand. I told the cashier how I have not been here before and she kinda just stared at me..... anyways I decided to get a 4 piece box of lemon, sugar, chocolate chop & muddy buddy. If you get good cookies, awesome, they're great. If you get rock hard cookies that cannot be eaten, count on not having the issue corrected. Apparently there is only 1 person at the store that can fix something and you have to work around her schedule. Also, good luck getting ahold of "customer service" because they want you to resolve it with the store or take weeks to respond. I got 2 of the brownie batter cookies and they were hard and not at all edible. Was told I had to come back the next morning because only the gal I spoke with could replace them, I couldn't make it that morning. I absolutely love the cookies! But... I have some concerns. The table they were using to make the cookies on didn't look like it had been cleaned recently. With the doors propped open you're going to get flies. It was also frustrating that my $25.00 gift card couldn't be used to buy by a cookie. I was told to use it... Don't ever order delivery. They will either "lose" your order, give it to another person on another delivery, or say "their computer is acting funny" so you will never receive your order. Love these cookies & I LOVE how they rotate through what they have and change them weekly. It's fun to see what new ones they come out with and which ones they bring back. I follow them on Instagram for their weekly cookie announcement. I also just tried their Crumble Cream yesterday and got the cookie butter ice cream and almost died and went to heaven. Super disgusted and unsatisfied with crumbl in Riverton. This is the second health code violation there. The first I saw a worker eating cookie batter out of the mixing bowl with gloves on, and last night we found a 5 in hair imbedded in the cookie. They refunded us but we lost our stars because they won't transfer. They wouldn't even give us a gift card to another store for the disgustingness. However, the cookies aren't as good as I was hoping. They use milk chocolate in their chocolate cookies...not my favorite! The sugar cookies were really dry and fell apart all over the place. Just bought a dozen of these huge cookies. They looked great! They must weigh a half pound each. They also load them in the weakest, most worthless box possible. I put my hand on the bottom of the box in the center so I could use my other hand to open the car door. As soon as I opened the door, the box opened on both ends and spilled the cookies all over in my back seat. So not only did I have opportunity of paying $25 for 12 cookies, I also get the chance to clean up the frosting and insides from these warm gooey cookies from my cars interior. I am a big fan of crumbl, but this location I am specifically unhappy with. On 6/17/22 I ordered a delivery order at about 6:15 pm and it was supposed to arrive at about 7:34. At about 7:43, I got a notification that my order was canceled, but the app said it was still going to be delivered, but at 8:06 this time. Then it was 8:40 and I still hadn't received my order so I called this location and was waiting for someone to answer for about 45 minutes before I decided to just drive down to see what was going on. I got there and somebody was locking up the building. I asked her about my order and what was going on and she said that the power had gone out and to try tomorrow. So fast forward to today, I called at 10:30 and was waiting for someone to pick up the phone for about 30ish minutes and then decided to try again later. Again, at 11, was on hold for 30 minutes didn't answer. Again at 12, was on hold for 10 minutes, didn't answer. Then lastly, again at 1, was on hold for 30 minutes and they didn't answer. That was when I decided to drive again to the building to get a refund on my order. This time the power was back on and everything was running smoothly there so I was confused as to how I haven't received a phone call or any message or anything on my order, not even answer the phone to avoid me having to make a second trip to get a refund. If someone were to at least let me know what was happening or to even answer their phone, it could've been resolved pretty easily and smoothly, but that seemed too difficult. read more

Staff is always really friendly whenever I go in. Overall, they have good cookies. Every once in a while, we get one that is so-so. (And I can definitely make a way better chocolate chip cookie at home!) But most of their cookies are unique, so that's fun. Makes for a "pretty" gift, which is mostly what I use them for. read more

Although the cookies are really good the company doesn't know how to honor their customers with their loyalty program. Yes they may be convenient and offer delivery for their cookies. But if you do not go into the store you CANNOT get loyalty stars for any of your orders. Which is totally ridiculous when you spend over $200 dollars and won't give you reward stars unless you come in. That I feel is unacceptable for a company to do. Only to offer when you come in. What if you don't live close to a store. That would suck so bad to have to drive everytime just to get points. We love Crumbl! We went in tonight to order a party box- super excited to try the Butterfinger cookies. The place was busy but all the staff was hard at work baking delicious cookies and helping customers. There was a family in front of us who placed what seemed to be a rather large and complicated order. They finished up and went to sit at the table to wait. We ordered our cookies and also sat down to wait for the chocolate chip cookies to bake. No issues there. Who doesn't want fresh baked cookies?! Well 5 minutes passed and this woman in a black shirt with flowers on it went up to the staff and while I couldn't hear what was being said, with her body language and the arms flailing, was complaining about something. One of the staff came up and assisted in a refund. Stayed professional the entire time. Moral of the story, the customer service here is amazing- cookies are amazing- the staff is friendly and keeps smiles on their faces. Keep up the good work! read more
