Chocolate chip sea salt--perfection and my favorite. Great rich spin on a classic. Soft and tasty. A Fruity pebbles cookie--Tasted like cake. The fruity pebble cereal on top was slightly stale. Still good tho. A Mint chip cookie taste fluffy like a cake sandwich. Excellent combo mint and dark chocolate one is light and fluffy. Great flavor balance. Came in to treat my small children to a cookie for good behavior. We were not greeting with any sort of kindness or smiles. We were told to use the tablet to order. Another lady comes in and is rung up immediately and given her cookie... I thought that was odd as we waited. Anyways my kids see the stickers so they waited for the lady to come around and asked for a sticker and the lady said no. And these people ask for a tip after buying a $5 cookie with zero service. This is the email that I sent the manager of the Rocklin store and I got no response. I even sent a follow up email the next day and again no response. That was two weeks ago! Hi I ordered a s'mores cookie today around noon and used my birthday reward. I just opened the cookie this afternoon to eat it and it looks dry/stale. When I cut into it, it was hard and when I took a bite, it was completely stale. I have had S'more cookies from you guys in the past, and they've been very good. Wow wow! I don't know why this is my first time trying Crumbl. I had their special for their month, a sugar cookie with Mother's Cookies X's & O's, Birthday Cake, and Milk Chocolate Chip. February Sugar Cookie - I got it because it was their special for February. I liked it a lot and enjoyed the cookies as toppers. Birthday Cake - This is very sweet. They do not skimp on the frosting and I love the touch of heart sprinkles on top. Milk Chocolate Chip - This is always a classic and I regret not getting two of it. I love that their cookies are fairly big, thick, and soft all at the same time. There is no way I would be eating all four cookies in one sitting. I saved some for the following day and heated it up a little bit in the microwave and they were still delicious. The Birthday Cake cookie became less sweet after a day. read more

Where's the Graham flavor? Limeade-this was the only cookie we finished. I think it seemed less sweet, because of the lime. The staff was friendly and efficient. The store was clean and cute. Anyway, I decided to wait till the hype died down and the one day I tried to return they were closed! Oh well... they are closed on Sundays. Visiting the Rocklin location was a nicer experience. The store is cozy and clean and they have a couple of iPads in place where you could place your order online for pickup. What is the difference from ordering from my phone? Anyway, I stood in line, only one customer ahead of me but she took so long placing her order. This gave me a chance to check out the flavors this week (their menu changes weekly to 4-5 different specialty flavors). None of the cookies appealed to me so I chose a classic milk chocolate chip. This is always included in the rotation. The cookies were huge and thick... sweet and chewy with large chunks of chocolate chips! They're very good but the cookies are pricey... $4.50 for one, it's almost the same price as my movie ticket ($5 Tuesdays). I love the pink box... No excuse in trying their cookies ... they do delivery, pickup, takeout, and even have nationwide shipping available. The cookies are always good. The girls the first time I went in just sat there and finished their conversation before they took our order. They are always kind when they give us our order. Today we went in there and it was busy. Of course tons of people got there order before us because we had to pay with cash. We waited for 15mins before they took our order and our cash. From the moment we walked in, the crew member gave off an unwelcoming vibe--no smile, no greeting, and the first thing he said was, "We're cash only." That's fine, but the attitude made it feel like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. We tried asking about the cookie flavors, but instead of answering, he just stared at the oven, completely ignoring us like he didn't even hear the question. When we were ready to pay and handed him a $100 bill, he suddenly said he didn't have change. This could have been avoided if he'd mentioned upfront that they don't accept large bills. Overall, it felt like the staff had no idea how to do his job or interact with customers. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from Crumbl. For all i know he is pocketing the money hence he said cash only...just saying...what a punk!. Hope management takes action to improve this location. read more
